Claims (11)
- 外形成形された断面を有する複合構造体を製造する方法であって、
実質的に平坦なプライスタックをアセンブルし、
これには、
複数のフルプライを配置し、
前記フルプライを互いに貼り合わせ、
少なくとも一つの部分プライを配置し、
前記少なくとも一つの部分プライを、前記フルプライのうちの一つに貼り合わせて、
前記平坦なプライスタックを外形成形された形状に成形することが含まれる方法。 - 前記フルプライの貼り合わせは、前記プライスタックの中央領域において行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フルプライの貼り合わせは、スタックのフルプライの実質的に全層を通して行われる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの部分プライの貼り合わせは、前記プライスタックの周辺領域内で行われる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記平坦なプライスタックのアセンブルはさらに、複数の前記部分プライを配置し、前記部分プライを隣接する前記フルプライのうちの一つに貼り合わせることを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記部分プライの配置は、前記フルプライの少なくとも一つのエッジに沿って、前記部分プライを互いに相対的にオフセットさせることを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記部分プライの貼り合わせは、前記部分プライと前記プライの間で前記タックを互いに相対的にオフセットさせることを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記平坦なプライスタックのアセンブルは、複数の前記部分プライを配置し、少なくとも2つの前記部分プライを、前記フルプライのうちの一つに貼り合わせることを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの部分プライが、前記フルプライのうちの一つの対辺にそれぞれ貼り合わされる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記平坦なプライスタックのアセンブルは、複数の部分プライを前記フルプライの間に配置し、異なる数の前記部分プライを、2つの前記フルプライの各々にそれぞれ貼り付けることを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により生産される複合構造体。
