Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態について、図1乃至図5を参照して説明する。なお、以下に説明する実施の形態は、本発明を実施する上での好適な具体例として示すものであり、技術的に好ましい種々の技術的事項を具体的に例示している部分もあるが、本発明の技術的範囲は、この具体的態様に限定されるものではない。
図2は、駆動力伝達装置2の構成例を示す断面図である。図2において、回転軸線Oよりも上側は駆動力伝達装置2の作動状態(トルク伝達状態)を、下側は駆動力伝達装置2の非作動状態(トルク非伝達状態)を、それぞれ示す。以下、回転軸線Oに平行な方向を軸方向という。
制御装置10は、演算処理装置であるCPU101と、ROMやRAM等の半導体記憶素子からなる記憶部102とを有している。CPU101は、記憶部102に記憶されたプログラムを実行する。
振動状態発生検知手段111は、駆動力伝達装置2のメインクラッチ3が締結されて左右後輪191,192にエンジン11の駆動力が伝達される四輪駆動状態で、左右前輪181,182及び左右後輪191,192に交互にスリップが発生する振動状態の発生を検知する。振動発生予備状態検知手段112は、左右前輪181,182及び左右後輪191,192に交互にスリップが発生する振動状態が発生し得る予備状態の発生を検知する。振動状態発生検知手段111及び振動発生予備状態検知手段112は、本発明の「検知手段」に相当する。
以上説明した本実施の形態によれば、低摩擦係数の路面からの発進時に左右前輪181,182及び左右後輪191,192が交互にスリップする振動状態が発生しても、駆動力伝達装置2の伝達トルクを低減して振動状態を抑制しながら、駆動力伝達装置2の熱負荷による損傷を防ぐことが可能となる。
以上、本発明を実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、上記に記載した実施の形態は特許請求の範囲に係る発明を限定するものではない。また、実施の形態の中で説明した特徴の組合せの全てが発明の課題を解決するための手段に必須であるとは限らない点に留意すべきである。また、本発明は、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (2)
- 車両の駆動源の駆動力が常に伝達される主駆動輪及び前記車両の走行状態に応じて前記駆動源の駆動力が駆動力伝達装置を介して調節可能に伝達される補助駆動輪を有する四輪駆動車に搭載され、前記駆動力伝達装置を制御する四輪駆動車の制御装置であって、
前記補助駆動輪に駆動力が伝達される四輪駆動状態で前記駆動輪及び前記補助駆動輪に交互にスリップが発生する振動状態の発生もしくは前記振動状態が発生し得る予備状態の発生を検知する検知手段と、
前記検知手段により前記振動状態又は前記予備状態が検知されたとき、前記駆動力伝達装置を介して前記補助駆動輪に伝達される駆動力を低減する振動抑制制御手段とを備え、
前記振動抑制制御手段は、前記駆動力伝達装置の熱負荷が所定の閾値よりも小さいことを条件として前記補助駆動輪に伝達される駆動力を低減する、
四輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 前記振動抑制制御手段は、前記検知手段により前記振動状態又は前記予備状態が検知されたとき、車速が所定の閾値よりも低いことをさらなる条件として前記補助駆動輪に伝達される駆動力を低減する、
請求項1に記載の四輪駆動車の制御装置。
