Abstract

【課題】急速に尿液を吸収できるだけでなく、良好な換気状態を確保する前提下で尿液の浸出を有効に阻止でき、更に厚さを幅広く低下させる超薄型強吸収力の幼児用おむつを提供すること。【解決手段】幼児用おむつであって、前記幼児用おむつのクロッチが表面層（１）、SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布（２）及びSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布層（３）を含み、表面層（１）とSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布（３）との間にSAF高吸水性の繊維不織布（２）が配置されたことを特徴とする。SMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布が換気液体収容コア層の背面に配置されるように設計し、液体阻止の目的を達成し、その浸出を有効に阻止でき、液体及び血液の阻止、換気という目的を実現する前提下で、製品の厚さを大きく減少する。SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布を生理用ナプキン液吸収層とするので、生理用ナプキンの厚さを大きく低下させ、且つ幼児用おむつによる尿液の吸収量を向上させるため、快適さを与える。【選択図】図１

Description

本発明は、尿液を急速に吸収できるだけでなく、良好な換気状態を確保する前提下で尿液の浸出を有効に阻止でき、更に幼児用おむつ厚さを幅広く低下させる超薄型強吸収力の幼児用おむつに関し、紙おむつ製造分野に属する。
特許文献１の「紙おむつ」は、不透水性の最下層、透水性の表層、及びこの最下層と表層との間に位置する吸収コアを含み、前記吸収コアが被覆層により外被され、前記被覆層と透水性表層との間にブリード層が設置される紙おむつにおいて、前記ブリード層が上、下層の吸水襯紙（合紙）を含み、中間部がフラッフパルプと芳香塩との混合物とするものである。
しかし、換気性が悪く、幼児或は子供に着用された後、その尿液と皮膚との間に生じた熱い尿により皮膚に過敏湿疹を発生させやすく、更に吸収コアが厚いで、子供が着用された後、両腿間に行走により摩擦させ、直接的に子供腿部の体形発展及び快適度に影響し、成人用おむつとしては、吸収コアの厚さが大きく、換気性が悪いので、着用に影響する。

そこで、本発明は、従来技術の問題点を解消し、尿液を急速に吸収できるだけでなく、良好換気状態を確保する前提下で尿液の浸出を有効に阻止でき、更に幼児用おむつ厚さを幅広く低下させる超薄型強吸収力の幼児用おむつを提供することを課題とする。
上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、幼児用おむつのクロッチが表面層、SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布及びSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布層を含み、表面層とSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布との間にSAF高吸水性の繊維不織布が配置される超薄型強吸収力の幼児用おむつを提供する。
本発明はその従来技術と比べて、SMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布が換気液体収容コア層の背面に配置されるように設計し、液体阻止の目的を達成し、その浸出を有効に阻止でき、液体及び血液の阻止、換気という三つの目的を実現する前提下で、製品の厚さを大きく減少する。SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布を生理用ナプキン液吸収層とするので、生理用ナプキンの厚さを大きく低下させ、且つ幼児用おむつによる尿液の吸収量を向上させるため、快適さを与える。

表面層とSMS抗血液の撥水性不織布層との間にSAF高吸水性の繊維不織布層を配置し、このような設計を本発明の技術的特徴の一つとする。このような設計の目的は、SAFの最も主要な機能が強吸水性、生理塩吸収性及び吸湿性、汗吸収性とすることにある。SAFの最大吸水量は繊維の２００倍とし、最大生理塩水吸収量がその自身の６０倍とし、純白、無味及び引張強度の高い繊維物質とするので、SAF不織布の液体浸透の阻止能力がSAPよりも便利であり、より安全になり、且つ速乾性、通気性、熱保持等の機能を備え、即ち、熱を伝導できるため、穿身に着用される場合、涼しく快適になり湿らない。また、幼児用おむつのクロッチの厚さを低下させ、幼児に快適に穿着させる。
SMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布層がアクリル酸不織布背面に位置する設計を、本発明の技術的特徴の二つとする。このような設計の目的は、ことにある由于尿液量（或は便血量）が人により確定できなく異なり、使用者にとって、吸収量の大きいか或は小いおむつを遅疑逡巡に選択し、収量大のおむつを選吸する場合には、おむつの液吸収コアが自身で厚いで、使用された後、ズボンの臀部からおむつの痕跡を発現でき、使用者が大変に気まずくさせる、特に春、夏、秋に対処することにある。収量の小さいおむつを選吸した場合には、その厚さが薄いが、使用後、ズボンの臀部からおむつの痕跡を発現できない。然し、尿液量が大きい場合、微量の浸出によりズボンを汚染することがあり、特には色の浅いズボンが、その汚染尿液の顕現により使用者に回避できない気まずさを引き起こす。本発明は、表面層とSMS抗血液の撥水性不織布層との間にSAF高吸水性の繊維不織布層が配置されるので、おむつの厚さを大きく増加しなく、使用者が使用した後ズボンの臀部からおむつ使用の痕跡を発現しなく、おむつの吸収量を根本的に向上させ、使用者の需要を解決できる。
SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布が多積で積層され、且つ各層の厚さが１mm未満とする設計を、本発明の技術的特徴の三つとする。このような設計の目的は、ことにある当二層或は多層の厚さが１mm未満とするSAF高吸水性の繊維不織布が積層される場合、その積層間にある空隙により上位レイヤーの浸漬尿液へのロックに有利するため、使二層或は多層の厚さが１mm未満とするSAF高吸水性の繊維不織布の液吸収量が遥かに自身の液吸収量を超す。
実施例１：
図１及び２に示すように、超薄型強吸収力の幼児用おむつは、幼児用おむつを含み、前記幼児用おむつのクロッチが表面層１、SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布２及びSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布層３により構成され、表面層１とSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布３との間に、SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布２が配置される。前記SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布２が、スパンボンドアクリル酸不織布又は溶射アクリル酸不織布、或は熱間圧延アクリル酸不織布又はスパンレースアクリル酸不織布とする。前記SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布が、一層或は多層とする。前記表面層がES不織布又はSS不織布、或いはスパンレース不織布又はガーゼ、又はPE開孔フィルムとする。前記SMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布単位質量は１４〜２００g／m２が好ましい。
実施例２：
前記SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布が一層或は多層とし、且つ各層の厚さが１mm未満とする。
前記実施例は、本発明の設計を説明するものであり、その趣旨から逸脱しない範囲で、従来公知の技術を援用して、適宜設計変更可能である。

  1. 幼児用おむつであって、前記幼児用おむつのクロッチが表面層（１）、SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布（２）及びSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布層（３）を含み、表面層（１）とSMS生理塩水耐食性の不織布（３）との間にSAF高吸水性の繊維不織布（２）が配置された
    ことを特徴とする超薄型強吸収力の幼児用おむつ。
  2. 前記SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布（２）が、スパンボンドアクリル酸不織布又は溶射アクリル酸不織布、或は熱間圧延アクリル酸不織布又はスパンレースアクリル酸不織布である
    請求項１に記載の超薄型強吸収力の幼児用おむつ。
  3. 前記SAF高吸水性の繊維不織布が一層或は多層とし、且つ各層の厚さが１mm未満である
