Claims (6)
- 複数の摩擦係合機構を有する有段式の自動変速機が駆動源の出力軸側に連結されており、前記複数の摩擦係合機構の伝達トルク容量を設定する油圧が係合状態および解放状態に相当する油圧に切り換わるように油圧制御部が前記複数の摩擦係合機構の前記油圧を制御することで、変速比が異なる変速段を設定する車両の変速制御装置において、
前記自動変速機および前記油圧制御部を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、変速中における前記自動変速機の入力回転数が変速後の変速段での同期回転数に向けて変化するイナーシャ相にて、前記複数の摩擦係合機構のうちの変速後の変速段を構成する特定の摩擦係合機構の油圧を、前記変速の際に、前記駆動源から出力される駆動トルクのうちの特定の摩擦係合機構に掛かる第1の駆動トルクと等しい伝達トルク容量を設定する第1油圧を超え、かつ前記変速比の変化に伴う動力源側のイナーシャによって発生するイナーシャトルクを前記第1の駆動トルクに加える第2の駆動トルクと等しい伝達トルク容量を設定する第2油圧未満の油圧に設定する
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記特定の摩擦係合機構は、変速前後で前記係合状態に維持される摩擦係合機構である
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記特定の摩擦係合機構は、変速後に前記係合状態に相当する係合油圧に昇圧される複数の摩擦係合機構のうちの時系列として先に前記係合油圧に昇圧される摩擦係合機構である
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記第1油圧は、前記特定の摩擦係合機構に掛かるトルクに基づいて求まる理論値であり、
前記第2油圧は、予め決められた安全率を前記理論値に加えた伝達トルク容量を設定する油圧である
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記特定の摩擦係合機構における前記駆動源から駆動力が伝達される入力側部材と前記入力側部材に係合する出力側部材との差回転数を検出する検出部を備え、
前記イナーシャ相は、前記差回転数が第1閾値を超え、かつ第1閾値よりも値が大きい第2閾値未満の範囲となる回転同期相を含む
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
ロックアップクラッチを有するトルクコンバータを前記自動変速機の入力側に備え、
前記コントローラは、少なくとも前記イナーシャ相にて、前記ロックアップクラッチを、前記駆動源から出力される駆動力を前記自動変速機に直接に伝達する完全な係合状態に維持するように前記トルクコンバータを制御する
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。
