Claims (10)
- ガスタービン(10)であって、
その内部で空気が圧縮され得る軸流圧縮機として形成された圧縮機(11)であって、ステータ側案内羽根(30、30a)およびロータ側回転羽根(29)を備える、圧縮機(11)と、
少なくとも1つの燃焼室(21)を備えるバーナ(13)であって、前記圧縮機(11)内で圧縮された空気が前記少なくとも1つの燃焼室(21)に送給され、前記圧縮空気の存在下において燃料が前記少なくとも1つの燃焼室(21)内で前記空気の加熱を受けて燃焼され得る、バーナ(13)と、
前記加熱された空気がその内部で膨張し得るタービン(12)と、
前記圧縮空気の流れ方向において見た場合に前記圧縮機(11)の下流に配置されたディフューザ(22)であって、内壁(26)および外壁(27)を有するディフューザ(22)と、
前記外壁(27)に続く中間ハウジング(28)と、
を備える、ガスタービン(10)において、
前記圧縮機(11)のステータ側出口側案内羽根(30a)の出口側案内羽根リング(32)が、内方シュラウド(33)および外方シュラウド(34)を備え、
前記ステータ側案内羽根(30a)の前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の前記外方シュラウド(34)上には、第1の固定デバイス(35)が形成され、前記案内羽根リング(32)は、前記第1の固定デバイス(35)を介して前記中間ハウジング(28)に直接的に装着され、
前記ステータ側案内羽根(30a)の前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の前記内方シュラウド(33)上には、第2の固定デバイス(36)が形成され、前記ディフューザ(22)の前記内壁(26)は、前記第2の固定デバイス(36)を介して前記案内羽根リング(32)に直接的に装着されることを特徴とする、ガスタービン(10)。 - 前記ディフューザ(22)の前記外壁(27)は、前記中間ハウジング(28)に直接的に連結されるか、または前記中間ハウジング(28)の一体部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の2つのステータ側案内羽根(30a)が、いずれの場合においてもタンデム構成を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の前記ステータ側案内羽根(30a)の厚さと前記案内羽根リング(32)の前記内方シュラウド(33)の厚さとの間の比が、1:5よりも大きいかまたは1:5に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の前記ステータ側案内羽根(30a)の厚さと前記案内羽根リング(32)の前記外方シュラウド(34)の厚さとの比が、1:5よりも大きいかまたは1:5に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の前記ステータ側案内羽根(30a)の前記厚さは、前記各案内羽根(30a)の吸気側と加圧側との間の最大距離により定義されることと、前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の前記各シュラウド(33、34)の前記厚さは、前記案内羽根リング(32)の径方向における前記各シュラウド(33、34)の2つの境界表面間の距離により定義されることと、を特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記出口側案内羽根リング(32)の前記ステータ側案内羽根(30a)は、前記内方シュラウド(33)、前記外方シュラウド(34)、前記第1の固定デバイス(35)、および前記第2の固定デバイス(36)とともにモノリシックアセンブリを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記モノリシックアセンブリは、ジェネレーティブ製造法により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のガスタービン。
- 軸流圧縮機として形成されたガスタービンの圧縮機(11)のステータ側案内羽根(30a)の出口側案内羽根リング(32)であって、内方シュラウド(33)および外方シュラウド(34)を備え、前記外方シュラウド(34)上には第1の固定デバイス(35)が形成され、前記案内羽根リング(32)は前記第1の固定デバイス(35)を介して前記ガスタービンの中間ハウジング(28)に直接的に装着されることが可能であり、前記内方シュラウド(33)上には第2の固定デバイス(36)が形成され、前記ガスタービンのディフューザ(22)の内壁(26)が、前記第2の固定デバイス(36)を介して前記案内羽根リング(32)に直接的に装着され得る、出口側案内羽根リング(32)。
- 前記案内羽根リングは、ジェネレーティブ製造法によりモノリシックアセンブリとして製造される、請求項9に記載の案内羽根リングを製造するための方法。
