Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、封止層と、封止層内に埋め込まれた太陽電池と、封止層の上に形成されたパターン層とを含むソーラーモジュールであって、パターン層は、少なくとも1つのパターンユニットを含み、パターンユニットは、複数の互いに分離した色点を含み、また、入射光線を色点に通過させてその近傍の隙間を迂回することにより、太陽電池の色点に対応する部分にポアソン輝点が生じる、ソーラーモジュールを提供する。

Claims (10)
- 第1表面および前記第1表面と反対する側にある第2表面を有する封止層と、
前記封止層内に埋め込まれた複数の太陽電池と、
前記封止層の前記第1表面の上に形成されたパターン層と
を含むソーラーモジュールであって、
前記パターン層は、少なくとも1つのパターンユニットを含み、
前記パターンユニットは、複数の互いに分離した色点を含む、ソーラーモジュール。 - 前記色点の幅が0.03〜0.10mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記色点の幅が0.05〜0.08mmの範囲である、請求項2に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記封止層の前記第2表面に結合される第2透光板をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記封止層の第1表面および前記パターン層に結合される第1透光板をさらに含み、
前記第1透光板は、受光面および前記受光面と反対する側にある裏面を有し、
前記裏面で前記封止層および前記パターン層に接して配置される請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。 - 前記第1透光板は、その受光面に粗面が形成されるか、または、その受光面および裏面の両方に粗面が形成される、請求項5に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記粗面の粗さのRa値が0.1を超える、請求項6に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記粗面は、前記第1透光板の表面の一部または全面に形成される、請求項6に記載の表ソーラーモジュール。
- 前記粗面により、入射光線が多角度から前記パターン層に入射し、色点の下方にポアソン輝点を生成させ、色点で遮蔽される太陽電池に入射光線を到達させる、請求項6に記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記複数の太陽電池は、互いに直列に接続する、請求項1に記載のソーラーモジュール。
