Claims (10)
- シャフト軸受をシールするためのシールアセンブリ(100)であって、前記シールアセンブリは、シールハウジング(110)と、前記シールハウジングによって保持された2つのシールリング(121,122)とを備え、前記シールリングはそれぞれシャフトを取り囲むよう構成され、環状チャンバ(130)が前記シールリングの間に形成されて、接続チャネル(111)によって軸受ハウジング側のオイル空間(13)に接続されており、
前記シールアセンブリの設置位置において、前記オイル空間の第1の可能な充填レベル(N1)では、前記接続チャネル(111)は、オイル空間および環状チャンバの間の充填レベルの平衡化を行い、かつ前記オイル空間の第2の可能な充填レベル(N2)では、オイル空間および環状チャンバの間の充填レベルの平衡化を防止する、シールアセンブリ。 - 前記シールアセンブリの前記設置位置において、1つの前記シールリングがスライド直径Dを有し、
前記第1の可能な充填レベル(N1)は、前記スライド直径Dの最大で100%、80%、60%、50%、または最大で40%、前記環状チャンバの底部(G)より上にあり、および/または
前記環状チャンバの前記底部(G)から前記第2の可能な充填レベル(N2)の距離(d2)は、前記環状チャンバの前記底部(G)から前記第1の可能な充填レベル(N1)の距離(d1)の最大で95%、最大で90%、最大で85%、または最大で80%、および/または前記環状チャンバの前記底部(G)から前記第1の可能な充填レベル(N1)の距離(d1)の少なくとも20%、少なくとも30%、少なくとも40%、少なくとも60%、または少なくとも70%である、請求項1に記載のシールアセンブリ。 - 前記設置位置において、前記環状チャンバへの前記接続チャネルの開口部(111d)および/または前記接続チャネルのオイルチャンバ側入口の最下点または中心点は、
D/20≦a≦2D/3またはD/11≦a≦D/9である前記第1の可能な充填レベル(N1)からの距離aを有し、および/または
D/20≦b≦2D/3またはD/11≦b≦D/9である前記第2の可能な充填レベル(N2)からの距離bを有し、
ここでDは、少なくとも1つの前記シールリングのスライド直径である、請求項1または2に記載のシールアセンブリ。 - 前記接続チャネルが前記シャフト(10)を部分的に取り囲むセクション(111b)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記接続チャネル(111)のセクションが前記シールハウジング(110)の2つのハウジングリングの間に延在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記シールハウジングにベントチャネル(112)が形成され、前記ベントチャネル(112)が前記設置位置において、前記オイル空間(13)の前記第1の可能な充填レベル(N1)より上に延在し、かつ前記環状チャンバ(130)および前記オイル空間(13)を接続する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記ベントチャネルが少なくとも1つの曲がり部(112’,112”)および/または少なくとも1つの湾曲部を含む、請求項6に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記設置位置において、前記オイル空間(13)に開口する前記ベントチャネルのセクション(112c)が前記オイル空間に向かって下降している、請求項6または7に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 下降する前記セクション(112c)が、前記オイル空間への前記ベントチャネルの開口部の直径(d)の少なくとも3倍の長さ(L)を有する、請求項8に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ(100)のためのシールハウジング(110)。
