Claims (15)
- 特に航空機または宇宙船の胴体構成要素用の、二方向または多方向繊維半製品から湾曲繊維プリフォームを生成するためのデバイス(1)であって、
共有面に配置されることで格子(4)を形成するように互いに十字に結合可能となるように形成された複数の第1の薄板(2)および複数の第2の薄板(3)であって、少なくとも部分的に、前記格子(4)の前記薄板(2、3)の局所配向が変化するように、前記共有面と交差する軸(5)まわりに弾性的に曲げ可能に形成される、複数の第1の薄板(2)および複数の第2の薄板(3)と、
前記繊維半製品(9)を前記格子に一時的に付着させるために形成され、前記薄板(2、3)が曲がると、それに応じて前記繊維半製品の局所繊維配向も変化するように構成される付着手段(6;6A;6B)と、を有する、デバイス。 - 互いに結合するために、前記第1および第2の薄板(2、3)は、互いに差し込むことができ、特に、前記第1および/または第2の薄板(2、3)の厚さに対応する深さを形成するように結合する、対応するプラグ・ソケット(7)を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 特に不規則な中立薄板(8)が、前記格子(4)に導入され、
前記中立薄板(8)は、生成される前記湾曲繊維プリフォームの理論的なまたは実際の中立繊維の領域に配置され、
前記中立薄板(8)は、前記中立薄板(8)の第1の側に配置された前記格子(4)のセルが曲げの間伸張され、前記中立薄板(8)の第2の側に配置された前記格子のセルが曲げの間圧縮されるように形成される、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記繊維半製品(9)の支持面として設けられた変形可能なメンブレン(11)、特に、前記薄板の前記曲げを補償するための弾性的に付勢されたメンブレンが、前記格子(4)上に設けられる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記付着手段(6A)が、前記格子(4)に流体的に接触する減圧箱(16)を有し、該減圧箱(16)は、例えば、前記繊維半製品を支持するために設けられた前記格子(4)の各セルに、特に、前記減圧箱(16)に設けられて減圧源が接続された減圧接続部(12)によって、減圧が印加されるように形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記減圧箱(16)が、前記繊維を支持するために設けられた前記格子(4)のセルの領域において穿孔され、
穿孔(14)および/または前記格子(4)を密封するための密封手段(13)が、減圧が前記繊維半製品(9)に実質的に存在するように繊維半製品支持体のない領域および/または前記繊維半製品支持体の縁部領域に設けられる、請求項5に記載のデバイス。 - 前記穿孔(14)は、前記繊維半製品を支持するために設けられた前記格子(4)の前記セルが、前記薄板(2;3)が張力除去されたときに配置される第1の領域と、
前記繊維半製品を支持するために設けられた前記格子(4)の前記セルが、前記薄板(2;3)が曲げられたときに配置される第2の領域と、に設けられる、請求項6に記載のデバイス。 - 前記密封手段(13)が、前記格子の各状態において、前記繊維半製品を支持するために設けられた前記格子(4)の前記セルの近傍に配置された前記穿孔(14)を密封し、
前記密封手段(13)が、特に、前記穿孔(14)および/または前記格子(4)の空気不透過性の局所的なカバーおよび/または選択的作動可能バルブを有する、請求項6または7のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記付着手段(6)が、前記繊維半製品(9)にとって重要でない前記格子上、好ましくは、前記繊維半製品(9)の縁部に設けられた適用領域内に、特に、粘着性を有する、ざらざらした、ぎざぎざした、および/または針状の部分の形態の前記格子(4)自体の接合手段を有する、請求項1から8の各々に記載のデバイス。
- 前記付着手段(6B)が、前記格子(4)とは反対側で前記繊維半製品(9)に接触する接触面(15)を有し、
該接触面(15)と前記繊維半製品(9)との間の摩擦係数が、前記格子(4)と前記半製品(9)との間の摩擦係数よりも小さくなるように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記格子(4)および/または前記付着手段(6;6A;6B)は、前記薄板(2;3)が曲げられるとき、前記以前に湾曲された繊維プリフォームを移送するためのエンドエフェクタの一部として形成される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 二方向または多方向繊維半製品(9)を、互いに十字に結合されて、共有面に配置された複数の第1の薄板(2)および複数の第2の薄板(3)からなる格子(4)に適用し、前記繊維半製品(9)を前記格子(4)に一時的に付着させるステップと、
前記共有面と交差する軸(5)まわりに少なくとも部分的に前記薄板(2;3)を弾性的に曲げ、前記薄板(2;3)が曲がるときに前記格子(4)の前記薄板(2;3)の局所配向が変化し、それに応じて前記繊維半製品(9)の局所繊維配向も変化するステップと、を有する、特に、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のデバイス(1)を用いて湾曲繊維プリフォームを生成するための方法。 - 前記繊維半製品(9)は、前記格子上において、前記繊維半製品の二方向または多方向繊維が前記薄板(2;3)と平行に少なくとも部分的に延びるように配向され、および/または前記繊維半製品(9)の理論的なまたは実際の中立繊維が、前記格子(4)の特に不規則な中立薄板(8)に配置されて配向され、弾性曲げの間、前記中立薄板(8)の第1の側に配置された繊維が、そこで作用する前記格子(4)の前記セルの伸張に応じて変形され、前記中立薄板(8)の第2の側に配置された繊維が、そこで作用する前記格子(4)の前記セルの圧縮に応じて変形する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記一時的付着が、前記繊維半製品(9)に作用する機械的圧力または前記繊維半製品(9)に作用する流体減圧によって行われる、請求項12または13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記湾曲繊維プリフォームを移送するステップは、前記薄板(2;3)が曲げられるときに前記格子(4)によって、および/または付着に使用される付着手段(6;6A;6B)によって行われる、請求項12から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
