Claims (10)
- インクジェット印刷システムであって、
外部のインク供給部からインクを受容するためのインク経路を含む印刷ヘッドと、
前記印刷ヘッド内でインクを噴射するための複数のノズルと、
前記インク経路内に配置されたインク圧力センサであって、前記印刷ヘッド内の前記インクのインク圧力を判定し、前記インク圧力を示す信号を出力するように構成されている、インク圧力センサと、
前記インク圧力センサから前記インク圧力を示す前記信号を受信して処理するように構成されたコントローラと、を備える、インクジェット印刷システム。 - インク圧力及び時間プロファイルを記憶するように構成されたプロセッサ及びメモリをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、前記インク圧力を示す前記信号を前記プロセッサに転送するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 印刷機状態情報が、前記インク圧力及び時間プロファイルと共に記憶されている、請求項2に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 印刷機状態情報が、ワイパの場所、ワイパ速度、及び/またはバルブの状態を含む、請求項3に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 印刷機の統計値が、前記インク圧力及び時間プロファイルと共に記憶されている、請求項2に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 印刷機の静力学が、画像当たりのインク滴の数及び/または発射頻度を含む、請求項5に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 前記プロセッサが、所定の印刷初期化インク圧力及び時間プロファイルが所定の基準を満たすとき、印刷を可能にするように構成されている、請求項2に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 前記所定の基準が、前記インク圧力を、最小限の時間、最小閾値より高く保持することを含む、請求項7に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記インク圧力及び時間プロファイルが所定の基準の範囲外であるとき、前記インク圧力及び時間プロファイルを記憶するようにさらに構成されている、請求項2に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
- 前記コントローラが、前記インクの前記インク圧力を連続的に監視し、前記コントローラが、所定の基準を満たさないインク圧力及び時間プロファイルをメモリ内に記憶するために、前記インク圧力を示す前記信号をプロセッサに送信するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のインクジェット印刷システム。
