Abstract
【解決手段】作業車管理システムは、作業車の作業走行における、バッテリ7の使用状況を示すバッテリ作業情報を生成するバッテリ作業情報生成部54と、バッテリ作業情報を経時的に診断して、作業車に固有のバッテリ7の劣化傾向を示すバッテリ劣化情報を生成するバッテリ劣化情報生成部と102、バッテリ劣化情報を作業車の管理者に報知する報知部56とを備えている。

Description
バッテリを駆動源として作業走行する作業車及びそのような作業車を管理する作業車管理システムに関する。
このことから、作業車に搭載されたバッテリの劣化傾向が適切なものであるかどうかの判断が可能な情報を与えることができる作業車及び作業車管理システムが要望されている。
(1)作業日時と作業モードとの経時的評価から作業傾向の推定及びバッテリ劣化傾向の推定を行い、推定結果をバッテリ劣化情報とする機能。
(2)バッテリ劣化情報に含まれるバッテリ劣化に関する元データを作業走行場所に応じて補正する補機能。
(3)運転者毎または草刈機毎のモータ消費エネルギを算出する機能。
(4)運転者毎または草刈機毎の作業時間及び作業量を統計的に解析する機能。
(5)複数のバッテリパックでバッテリ7が構成されている場合、バッテリパックIDを用いて、バッテリパック毎の酷使度を算出する機能。
(6)満充電時のSOCからバッテリ寿命を算出する機能。
(7)車両停止時のSOCからバッテリ保存時の劣化補正値を算出する機能。
(8)バッテリ温度異常などのバッテリ異常を統計的に解析する機能。
(9)バッテリ7の適正な利用のために推薦される作業走行する際の適正な作業負荷レベルを、上記各種機能によって得られるデータから導出する機能。
(1)上述した実施形態では、作業車として草刈機が取り上げられたが、本発明は、コンバイン、トラクタ、田植機、耕耘機などの農作業機、その他の分野での作業機にも適用可能である。

Claims (5)
- バッテリを駆動源として作業走行する作業車を管理する作業車管理システムであって、
前記作業車の作業走行における、前記バッテリの使用状況を示すバッテリ作業情報を生成するバッテリ作業情報生成部と、
前記バッテリ作業情報を経時的に診断して、前記作業車に固有の前記バッテリの劣化傾向を示すバッテリ劣化情報を生成するバッテリ劣化情報生成部と、
前記バッテリ劣化情報を前記作業車の管理者に報知する報知部と、
を備えた作業車管理システム。 - 前記バッテリ作業情報生成部及び前記報知部は前記作業車の制御系に備えられ、かつ
前記バッテリ劣化情報生成部は、前記制御系とデータ通信可能なデータ処理装置に備えられている請求項1に記載の作業車管理システム。 - 前記バッテリ作業情報には、温度履歴データと、SOC履歴データと、電圧履歴データと、充放電回数データとのうちの少なくとも1つのデータが含まれており、かつ
前記バッテリ劣化情報生成部は、前記温度履歴データと前記SOC履歴データと前記電圧履歴データと前記充放電回数データとのうちの少なくとも1つのデータに基づいてバッテリ酷使度を前記バッテリ劣化情報として算出する請求項1または2に記載の作業車管理システム。 - 前記バッテリ作業情報には、前記作業走行を実施した作業地の場所、作業日時、及び前記作業走行の作業負荷レベルが含まれ、かつ
前記バッテリ劣化情報の属性情報として、前記作業地の環境状況と適正な作業負荷レベルとが加えられる請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の作業車管理システム。 - バッテリを駆動源として作業走行する作業車であって、
作業走行における、前記バッテリの使用状況を示すバッテリ作業情報を生成するバッテリ作業情報生成部と、
前記バッテリ作業情報を経時的に診断して、前記作業車に固有の前記バッテリの劣化傾向を示すバッテリ劣化情報を生成するバッテリ劣化情報生成部と、
前記バッテリ劣化情報を報知する報知部と、
を備えた作業車。
