以下、本発明の第1実施例に係る多方切換弁としての四方切換弁について図1〜図3を参照して説明する。本実施例の四方切換弁は、一例として、空気調和機で使用される冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて冷媒流路の切り換えに用いられる。もちろん、この四方切換弁の用途は、冷媒流路の切り換えに限られず、各種流体の流路の切り換えに用いることができる。第2実施例も同様である。
以下、本発明の第2実施例に係る多方切換弁としての四方切換弁について図4〜図7を参照して説明する。

Claims (1)
- 複数のポートが設けられた弁座面を有する弁座と、前記弁座面上に設けられた弁体と、前記複数のポートに連通された複数の直線状の導管と、を有する多方切換弁であって、
前記弁体の内側の壁面は、前記弁座面とともに、停止位置に応じて前記複数のポートのうちの2つのポートを連通するようにU字状に曲がる流路を構成し、
前記曲がる流路の中央部における前記弁座面から前記壁面までの高さをHとし、当該曲がる流路によって連通される、前記導管および前記ポートで構成される直線状の2つの流路の最小径部の径をDとしたとき、以下の式(1)を満足することを特徴とする多方切換弁。
