Abstract
【解決手段】打設済のコンクリート100のコンクリート面100aに枠状をなすように裏当金1を固定する工程と、裏当金1およびコンクリート面100aを覆う複数のライニング板3の端部を裏当金1の位置で突き合わせ各ライニング板3の端部同士をシール溶接5により接合する工程と、を含む。

図1は、本実施形態に係るライニングの平面図である。図2および図3は、本実施形態に係るライニングの断面図である。なお、図2と図3は、断面位置が異なっている。

Claims (8)
- 打設済のコンクリートのコンクリート面に枠状をなすように裏当金を固定する工程と、
前記裏当金および前記コンクリート面を覆う複数のライニング板の端部を前記裏当金の位置で突き合わせ各前記ライニング板の端部同士をシール溶接により接合する工程と、
を含むライニング施工方法。 - 前記裏当金が前記コンクリート面から突出して固定され、前記コンクリート面から突出する前記裏当金の枠内に充填材を設置する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載のライニング施工方法。
- 枠状の裏当金の枠内に充填材を設置し、かつ前記裏当金の枠内を覆うようにライニング板を固定したライニングパネルを形成する工程と、
複数の前記ライニングパネルにおける各前記ライニング板の端部を前記裏当金の位置で突き合わせるようにして各前記裏当金を隣接して組み合わせて打設済のコンクリートのコンクリート面に固定する工程と、
複数の前記ライニングパネルにおける各前記ライニング板の端部同士をシール溶接により接合する工程と、
を含むライニング施工方法。 - 前記充填材が金属製であり、前記裏当金に前記充填材をシール溶接により接合する請求項2または3に記載のライニング施工方法。
- 打設済のコンクリートのコンクリート面に突出して枠状をなすように固定される裏当金と、
前記コンクリート面から突出する前記裏当金の枠内に設置される充填材と、
前記裏当金、前記充填材および前記コンクリート面を覆うように前記裏当金の位置で端部が突き合わせて接合される複数のライニング板と、
を備えるライニング。 - 枠状に形成された裏当金と、
前記裏当金の枠内に設置された充填材と、
前記裏当金の枠内を覆って前記裏当金に固定されたライニング板と、
を有するライニングパネルが形成され、
複数の前記ライニングパネルにおける前記裏当金が隣接して組み合わされて打設済のコンクリートに固定されることで各前記ライニング板の端部同士がシール溶接を可能に突き合わせて配置されるライニング。 - 複数の前記ライニングパネルは、各前記裏当金の組み合わせ部分に嵌合部が設けられている請求項6に記載のライニング。
- 前記嵌合部は、前記コンクリートに先に固定された前記裏当金に対し、後で前記コンクリートに固定される前記裏当金がコンクリート面に押し付けられるように楔状に形成されている請求項7に記載のライニング。
