Abstract
Description
タイヤのトレッド面の一部が当接される支持面を有する支持台と、
前記タイヤの内周側を支持し、タイヤ軸心方向の両端側に向かって突出する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の両端部に荷重を付与し、前記タイヤを前記支持面に向かって押し付ける縦荷重付与機構と、
を備える、タイヤ用荷重付与装置を提供する。
前記縦荷重付与機構は、前記軸受部を介して前記タイヤを前記支持面に向かって押圧する一対の押圧部材で構成されるようにしてもよい。
前記いずれかの構成のタイヤ用荷重付与装置と、
前記タイヤに対して、タイヤ軸心方向からX線を照射するX線照射手段と、
前記X線照射手段から照射され、前記タイヤを透過したX線を検出するX線検出手段と、
を備え、
前記支持面は、タイヤ軸心と平行な回転軸を中心として回動可能である、タイヤ用検査装置を提供する。
また、本発明に係るタイヤ用検査装置によれば、タイヤの内部構造を的確に把握できる。

Claims (6)
- タイヤのトレッド面の一部が当接される支持面を有する支持台と、
前記タイヤの内周側を支持し、タイヤ軸心方向の両端側に向かって突出する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の両端部に荷重を付与し、前記タイヤを前記支持面に向かって押し付ける縦荷重付与機構と、
を備える、タイヤ用荷重付与装置。 - 前記縦荷重付与機構は、前記支持部材の両端部に対して、前記支持面に向かって引っ張り力を作用させる一対の縦荷重付与部材で構成される、請求項1に記載のタイヤ用荷重付与装置。
- 前記縦荷重付与部材は、長さを調整可能な軸部材で構成される、請求項2に記載のタイヤ用荷重付与装置。
- 前記支持部材の両端部を回転可能に支持する軸受部を備え、
前記荷重付与機構は、前記軸受部を介して前記タイヤを前記支持面に向かって押圧する一対の押圧部材で構成される、請求項1に記載のタイヤ用荷重付与装置。 - 前記支持部材に対して軸心方向に向かう荷重を付与する横荷重付与部材をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用荷重付与装置。
- 前記請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用荷重付与装置と、
前記タイヤに対して、タイヤ軸心方向からX線を照射するX線照射手段と、
前記X線照射手段から照射され、前記タイヤを透過したX線を検出するX線検出手段と、
を備え、
前記支持面は、タイヤ軸心と平行な回転軸を中心として回動可能である、タイヤ用検査装置。
