Abstract
Description
−繊維懸濁液が、前記天然繊維及び前記合成繊維から形成され、
−前記繊維懸濁液が、織布形成によって平滑な繊維層に形成され、かつ
−前記繊維層が、繊維織布を調製するために乾燥される。
実験方法:
EN ISO 1924−2:2008規格に準じて伸び測定を行った。
上記の材料から発泡性の帯紐(foam webbing)を用いて、実験室条件でハンドシートを調製した。
表1 発泡体を用いて調製し、次いで被覆した実験用シートの引張強さ
試作機で調製した試料の顕微鏡画像を撮影しており、当該試料は、本発明の技術に従って、底部織布にラテックスを被覆することによって調製され、当該画像は、織布のz方向におけるラテックスの分布を示す。
試験規模のフォームウェッバー(foam webber)を用いて調製した底部織布を、実験室規模の塗工機を用いて発泡被覆のプロセスに付した。被覆前に炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)をラテックス分散液に添加した。

Claims (22)
- 天然繊維及び随意の合成繊維により形成された繊維マトリックスを含む繊維織布を製造する方法であって、
天然繊維及び随意の合成繊維より水含有平面型繊維層を供し、かつ、前記水含有平面型繊維層は水性相及び繊維質相を含み、
前記水含有平面型繊維層を乾燥して前記水性相を除去することにより、前記天然繊維及び随意の合成繊維がともに繊維マトリックスを形成し、
水素結合が前記繊維間に形成される前に、前記繊維間内の前記水性相を介して少なくとも部分的に浸透可能なバインダーを、前記水含有平面型繊維層上に塗布することを特徴とする、繊維織布を製造する方法。 - 前記水含有平面型繊維層の乾燥分の割合が、約10〜65%、例えば約20〜55%、特に約25〜45%である場合に、前記バインダーを前記水含有平面型繊維層上に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーを非接触塗布法により前記水含有平面型繊維層上へ塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーを、発泡被覆、スプレー被覆又はカーテン被覆を用いて塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーを、溶液又はゲルの形態、特に、水溶液又は水性分散液の形態で前記水含有平面型繊維層上に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 十分量の前記バインダーを添加し、乾燥した前記繊維織布の乾燥重量の割合を、5〜40%、好ましくは、約10〜30%で確保することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥した繊維織布の機械方向の伸びは、少なくとも5%、例えば、約5〜20%、例えば、8〜15%であり、前記機械方向に対する直交方向の伸びは、少なくとも5%、例えば、5〜30%、好ましくは、10〜20%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維織布は平面体であり、かつ2つの対向する平面状表面から構成され、この場合、前記バインダーを前記平面状表面の少なくとも一方に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 塗布中又は塗布直後における、前記バインダーの前記繊維織布への浸透を、前記繊維織布の前記対向する側から前記バインダーの吸引を行うことによって促進することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維織布の特性を改質することができる物質、例えば、顔料、セルロース系微細材料若しくはナノセルロース等の微細材料、合成繊維又は可塑剤を前記バインダーに添加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱融着性、伸張性、通気性、印刷適性、熱伝導性、吸収特性及び摩耗性等の、前記繊維織布の機械的及び熱的特性を改善可能な添加剤を、前記繊維織布に配合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記天然繊維は、セルロース又はリグノセルロースであり、かつ前記合成繊維は、ポリラクチド、グリコール酸ポリマー、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステル、ポリビニルアルコール、若しくは二成分(bico)繊維などの熱可塑性ポリマー繊維である、又は、ビスコース、レーヨン、リヨセル若しくはテンセル繊維などの再生セルロース繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーは、デンプン、デンプン変性体若しくはデンプン誘導体、キトサン、アルギン酸塩等の天然バインダー又は生体高分子、又は、例えば、酢酸ビニル及びアクリル酸ラテックス、ポリウレタン若しくはSBラテックス等のラテックス、ポリビニルアルコール又はポリ酢酸ビニル等の合成バインダー、並びにこれらのバインダーの混合物及びコポリマーであり、特に、前記バインダーは、酢酸ビニル又はアクリレートラテックス又はそれらの混合物である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バインダー発泡の形態で前記ラテックスを前記繊維層の表面上に配し、前記ラテックスの割合が10〜30重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記天然繊維の割合が60〜95重量部であり、かつ前記合成繊維の割合が5〜40重量部であり、前記繊維織布の坪量が約20〜200g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維懸濁液が、前記天然繊維及び前記合成繊維から形成され、
前記繊維懸濁液が、織布形成によって平滑な繊維層に形成され、かつ
前記繊維層が、繊維織布を調製するために乾燥される、ことを特徴とする方法であって、
前記繊維層の乾燥分の割合が、約20〜50%であるときに、前記繊維層上にバインダーが塗布される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記繊維織布を抄紙機で形成し、かつ前記バインダーを、前記抄紙機のワイヤーセクションと乾燥セクションとの間の位置で前記繊維層に運ぶことを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維織布を、発泡成形により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維層のz方向において、前記塗布面から前記繊維層の厚みの少なくとも50%の深さまで、特に、少なくとも70%の深さまで、前記バインダーを浸透させることが可能であり、好ましくは、前記バインダーの少なくとも一部を、前記繊維層を通って当該繊維層の反対側の表面に至るまで浸透させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記天然繊維は、セルロース繊維若しくはリグノセルロース繊維であり、
特に、前記天然繊維は、セルロース若しくはリグノセルロース原材料から化学的若しくは半化学的解繊を用いて調製された繊維である、あるいは、機械的解繊を用いて調製された繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記天然繊維は、実質的に未精製セルロース又はリグノセルロース繊維であり、
特に、半化学的及び機械的繊維の濾水度が少なくとも300ml/分であり、例えば、450ml/分超であり、好ましくは、600ml/分超であり、これに対応させて、前記化学的繊維のショッパー・リーグラ濾水度が、35未満であり、例えば、25以下であり、好ましくは、20以下である、請求項20に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造された、繊維織布。
