Description
Claims (18)
- コアと、
一対の誘電体層の間に正温度係数(PTC)発熱層を含む発熱/誘電体層と、
構造外装材と、
を含み、
前記発熱/誘電体層が前記コアと前記構造外装材との間に直接結合されている発熱パネル。 - 前記コアがハニカム構造体及び/または発泡材のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の発熱パネル。
- 前記構造外装材が第1の構造外装材であり、前記発熱/誘電体層とは反対側で前記コアに結合された第2の構造外装材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の発熱パネル。
- 前記第1の構造外装材及び前記第2の構造外装材のそれぞれが、樹脂が含浸された炭素繊維を含み、前記樹脂が熱可塑性材料及び/または熱硬化性材料のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の発熱パネル。
- 前記発熱/誘電体層とは反対側で前記構造外装材に結合された衝撃層をさらに含む、請求項1の発熱パネル。
- 前記衝撃層が、モノリシック金属、モノリシックポリマー、樹脂含浸金属、及び/または樹脂含浸ポリマー織物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載の発熱パネル。
- 前記発熱層が前記コアに結合された誘電体層上への発熱素子パターンの直接描画によって形成されている、請求項1に記載の発熱パネル。
- 前記コア、発熱/誘電体層、及び構造外装材が平面外に形状づけられている、請求項1に記載の発熱パネル。
- 前記構造外装材が第1の構造外装材であり、
前記発熱/誘電体層とは反対側で前記コアに結合された第2の構造外装材と、
前記発熱/誘電体層とは反対側で前記第1の構造外装材に結合された衝撃層と、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の発熱パネル。 - 正温度係数(PTC)発熱層の第1の誘電体層上への直接描画を行うことと、
発熱/誘電体層を製造するために、第2の誘電体層を前記PTC発熱層、及び前記第1の誘電体層に結合することと、
第1の誘電体層をコアに結合することと、
構造外装材を前記発熱/誘電体層に結合して、前記発熱/誘電体層を前記コアと前記構造外装材との間に直接結合することと、
を含む発熱パネルの製造方法。 - 前記コアがハニカム構造体及び/または発泡材のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記構造外装材が第1の構造外装材であり、前記発熱/誘電体層とは反対側で前記コアに第2の構造外装材を結合することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構造外装材及び前記第2の構造外装材のそれぞれが、樹脂が含浸された炭素繊維を含み、前記樹脂が熱可塑性材料及び/または熱硬化性材料のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 衝撃層を前記発熱/誘電体層とは反対側で前記構造外装材に結合することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記衝撃層が、モノリシック金属、モノリシックポリマー、樹脂含浸金属、及び/または樹脂含浸ポリマー織物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記PTC発熱層の前記第1の誘電体層への直接描画が、前記第1の誘電体層が前記コアに既に結合されている状態における、発熱素子パターンの前記第1の誘電体層上への直接描画を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記コア、前記発熱/誘電体層、及び前記構造外装材が平面外に形状づけられており、前記PTC発熱層の直接描画が、3次元形状に沿った発熱素子パターンの直接描画を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記構造外装材を結合するために閉鎖層の前記発熱/誘電体層への直接描画をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
