Claims (8)
- ケースと、
前記ケースに固定された側板に回動可能に結合されるハンドルと、
前記ハンドルの下部に結合されるユーピン(U pin)と、
前記ユーピンに結合されて移動するレバーと、
前記ケースから突設される装着部に垂直移動可能に設けられ、前記レバーの接圧力を受けて移動するクロスバーとを含み、
前記レバーの下面には曲面状に形成される接圧部が設けられ、遮断時に前記クロスバーを垂直下方に押すようにすることを特徴とする回路遮断器の開閉機構。 - 前記装着部には、前記クロスバーが上下に移動できるように、一字溝状に形成される切欠部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器の開閉機構。
- 前記クロスバーの上面には、前記レバーに接する頭部が突設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器の開閉機構。
- 前記頭部の内側角部は、曲面状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回路遮断器の開閉機構。
- 前記接圧部は、頂点から傾斜面へ行くほど曲率半径が大きくなる第1曲面部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器の開閉機構。
- 前記第1曲面部の傾斜面の一部には、変曲点を有する変曲部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路遮断器の開閉機構。
- 前記接圧部は、前記第1曲面部から所定距離離隔して形成される第2曲面部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路遮断器の開閉機構。
- 前記第2曲面部は、前記第1曲面部より低く形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の回路遮断器の開閉機構。
