Claims (15)
- エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)のための塗布ユニット(4)であって、造形平面(5)及び/又は造形材料(3)の以前に塗布された層(6)上へ造形材料(3)を塗布するように適合され、前記造形平面(5)又は前記以前に塗布された層(6)の少なくとも1つの塗布領域(7)上へ造形材料(3)を選択的に塗布するように適合された前記塗布ユニット(4)において、
少なくとも1つの塗布要素(8、21)を有し、前記塗布要素(8、21)が、前記塗布要素(8、21)の塗布表面(9)上に前もって塗布された造形材料(3)を前記塗布領域(7)へ移送するように適合されており、前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の造形材料(3)に対する付着能力及び/又は前記造形材料(3)の付着能力を調整するように適合された付着ユニット(10、20、22)が提供されることを特徴とする塗布ユニット。 - 前記付着ユニット(10、20、22)は、前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の前記付着能力を選択的に増大させ、特に生成し、且つ/又は前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の前記付着能力を選択的に減少させ、特に除去するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記付着ユニット(10、20、22)は、前記塗布領域(7)に対応する前記塗布要素(8、21)の少なくとも1つの移送領域(19)内で前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の前記付着能力を選択的に増大させるように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記付着ユニット(10、20、22)は、前記塗布領域(7)に対して相補形の前記塗布要素(8、21)の少なくとも1つの相補形領域内で前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の前記付着能力を選択的に減少させるように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記付着能力は、特に造形材料(3)の以前に照射された層の接触圧力及び/若しくは残留熱を介して、受動的に調整可能であり、且つ/又は前記付着ユニット(10、20、22)は、特に帯電及び/若しくは磁化及び/若しくは接着及び/若しくは加熱を介して、前記付着能力を能動的に調整するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記付着ユニットは、前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の前記領域内に印加される吸引流又は真空を生成することによって、前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の造形材料(3)に対する付着能力を調整するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塗布領域(7)は、造形すべき前記3次元の物体(2)のそれぞれの層の横断面及び/又は少なくとも1つの支持構造、特に壁若しくは支持要素、のそれぞれの層の横断面に本質的に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記塗布要素は、板状の形状を有し、又は前記塗布要素(8、21)は、回転対称の形状を有し、且つ/若しくはローラ、特に円筒ローラとして構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記塗布要素(8、21)は、前記塗布要素(8、21)の転がり運動を介して造形材料(3)を選択的に塗布するように適合され、前記塗布要素(8、21)は、前記転がり運動が提供されるように、前記造形平面(5)及び/又は造形材料(3)の以前に塗布された層(6)に対して可動であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 造形材料供給ユニット(11、23)を有し、前記造形材料供給ユニット(11、23)は、特に前記塗布要素(8、21)の塗布表面(9)に直接接触して造形材料(3)を供給することによって、前記塗布要素(8、21)上へ造形材料(3)を塗布するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記塗布要素(8、21)は、前記造形材料供給ユニット(11、23)に対して可動に、特に回転可能に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記塗布表面(9)及び/又は前記塗布領域(7)上に塗布される造形材料(3)の層の層厚さは、少なくとも1つの塗布パラメータに応じて、特に前記塗布要素(8、21)と前記塗布領域(7)及び/若しくは前記造形材料供給ユニット(11、23)との間の接触圧力に対応して、並びに/又は前記塗布要素(8、21)の回転速度に対応して、調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- 前記塗布ユニット(4)を、特に前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)を調節し、特に清浄にするように適合された調節ユニット(17)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット。
- エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)であって、この装置は、造形平面(5)及び/又は造形材料(3)の以前に塗布された層(6)上へ造形材料(3)を塗布するように適合された少なくとも1つの塗布ユニット(4)、特に請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の塗布ユニット(4)を備え、前記塗布ユニット(4)は、前記造形平面(5)又は前記以前に塗布された層(6)の少なくとも1つの塗布領域(7)上へ造形材料(3)を選択的に塗布するように適合され、少なくとも1つの塗布要素(8、21)が、前記塗布要素(8、21)の塗布表面(9)上に前もって塗布された造形材料(3)を前記塗布領域(7)へ移送するように適合され、前記塗布要素(8、21)の前記塗布表面(9)の造形材料(3)に対する付着能力及び/又は前記造形材料(3)の付着能力を調整するように適合された付着ユニット(10、20、22)が提供される、装置。
