Abstract

[1.電力管理装置及び適用例]
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る電力需給管理装置が適用される例を示す図である。電力需給管理装置100は、送配電システム102における電力需給バランスの均衡を安定に保つべく、蓄電池140、142、144の、送配電システム102における電力需給調整への参加を促進すると共に、当該蓄電池140等の充放電動作を制御する。
図2は、電力需給管理装置100の構成を示す図である。電力需給管理装置100は、処理装置200と、記憶装置202と、通信装置204と、を備える。通信装置204は、処理装置200をネットワーク106に接続するための、有線通信及び又は無線通信を行う送受信機である。記憶装置202は、例えばハードディスク装置で構成され、提供者管理データベース(提供者管理DB)250と、蓄電池管理データベース(蓄電池管理DB)252と、を記憶する。
次に、車両130等において用いることのできる、状態情報の送信処理に係る構成の例について、図3を参照しつつ説明する。なお、車両130等のそれぞれは、状態情報の送信処理に係る構成については同様の構成をとり得るので、図3においては、車両130を例にとり、その構成を示すものとする。
次に、電力需給管理装置100における処理について、図6に示すフロー図を用いて説明する。本処理は、電力需給管理装置100の電源がオンされたときに開始し、オフされたときに終了する。
なお、本発明は上記実施形態の構成に限られるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の態様において実施することが可能である。
以上説明したように、本実施形態の電力需給管理装置100は、蓄電池140等の現在の状態を示す状態情報を取得する状態情報取得部222と、状態情報から蓄電池140等の消耗の程度を示す性能指標を算出する性能算出部224と、を備える。また、電力需給管理装置100は、蓄電池140等を送配電システム102の電力需給調整手段として提供する提供者に対し、上記性能指標の値に応じたインセンティブを付与するインセンティブ付与部226を備える。

- 蓄電池の現在の状態を示す状態情報を取得する状態情報取得部と、
前記状態情報から前記蓄電池の消耗の程度を示す性能指標を算出する性能算出部と、
前記蓄電池を送配電システムの電力需給調整手段として提供する提供者に対し、前記性能指標の値に応じたインセンティブを付与するインセンティブ付与部と、
