Claims (11)
- ガスタービン燃焼室(10)であって、
燃焼室ハウジング(11)を有し、
少なくとも部分的に前記燃焼室ハウジング(11)内に配置されたバーナー(12)を有し、
前記ガスタービン燃焼室(10)の主要燃焼領域(16)を含む、前記燃焼室ハウジング(11)内に配置された火炎管(15)を有し、
前記火炎管(15)の上流端には、火炎管カバー(17)が配置され、
前記火炎管カバー(17)の領域には、前記火炎管カバー(17)に半径方向内側に隣接して、前記バーナー(12)の混合管(19)が延在しており、前記混合管(19)は、少なくとも部分的に前記ガスタービン燃焼室(10)の予主要燃焼領域(21)を画定し、
前記バーナー(12)の前記混合管(19)と前記火炎管カバー(17)との間には、軸線方向空気流路(20)が形成されており、前記軸線方向空気流路(20)を介して、前記混合管(19)を冷却するために、空気を、前記混合管(19)に沿って軸線方向において外側に誘導でき、
前記火炎管カバー(17)へ向けて、半径方向空気流路(22)が導入されており、前記半径方向空気流路(22)を介して、前記軸線方向空気流路(20)に続いて、空気を、前記火炎管カバー(17)を冷却するために前記火炎管カバー(17)の半径方向に誘導できることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼室。 - 前記火炎管カバー(17)の半径方向内側側面(23)上に、前記半径方向空気流路(22)の入口開口部(24)が形成されており、
前記入口開口部(24)を介して、前記軸線方向空気流路(20)からの空気が、前記半径方向空気流路(22)に移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。 - 前記主要燃焼領域(16)に面する前記火炎管カバー(17)の軸線方向表面(18)に、前記半径方向空気流路(22)の出口開口部が形成されており、
前記出口開口部を介して、空気が、前記半径方向空気流路(22)から出て、前記主要燃焼領域(16)に入ることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。 - 前記半径方向空気流路(22)の前記出口開口部は、前記火炎管カバー(17)の前記軸線方向表面(18)の半径方向外側部分に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。
- 前記半径方向空気流路(22)は、前記火炎管カバー(17)の範囲内で、前記半径方向空気流路(22)の半径方向内側入口開口部(24)と、前記半径方向空気流路(22)の半径方向外側出口開口部と、の間に延在することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。
- 前記半径方向空気流路(22)は、前記半径方向空気流路(22)の半径方向内側入口開口部(24)と、前記半径方向空気流路(22)の半径方向外側出口開口部との間に限られていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。
- 前記半径方向空気流路(22)の半径方向内側入口開口部(24)と、前記半径方向空気流路(22)の半径方向外側出口開口部との間の前記半径方向空気流路(22)は、湾曲経路またはらせん状の経路をたどることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。
- 前記バーナー(12)は、入口リング(26)を備えており、
前記入口リング(26)を介して、空気が、前記バーナー(12)の前記混合管(19)と前記火炎管カバー(17)との間に形成された前記軸線方向空気流路(20)に入ることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。 - 前記入口リング(26)は、半径方向開口部(27)を有しており、
前記半径方向開口部(27)を介して、空気が、半径方向において、前記軸線方向空気流路(20)に入ることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。 - 前記混合管(19)と前記火炎管カバー(17)との間において前記軸線方向空気流路(20)の下流端には、シール(28)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。
- 前記火炎管カバー(17)は、ジェネレーティブ製造法を用いて、すなわち3D印刷によって生成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼室。
