Claims (15)
- 特に組織凝固用の装置(10)であって、
プローブ本体(15)と、
電圧(UHF)が印加可能であり、前記プローブ本体(15)内に配置される少なくとも1つの電極(16)と、
前記プローブ本体(15)に割り当てられ、光学測定装置(24)に接続可能である少なくとも1つの導光装置(19)と、を有し、
前記測定装置(24)は、光学距離測定装置および/または温度測定装置および/または組織タイプ決定装置として構成される
装置。 - 複数の焦点位置(32、33、34)を規定するGRINレンズ(28)またはレンズアレイは、導光装置(19)の遠位端に配置される
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記レンズ(28)は、少なくとも1つ、好ましくは複数の光軸(29、30、31)を規定するように構成され、前記光軸のうち、好ましくは少なくとも1つが前記電極(16)と平行である、または鋭角をなす
請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記焦点位置(32、33、34)は、規定された領域、好ましくは平面(35)上に配置される
請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記測定装置(24)は、距離測定装置として構成され、異なる前記複数の光軸(29、30、31)に沿って決定された距離(d1、d2、d3)のうちの最短距離を示すように構成される
請求項3または4に記載の装置。 - 前記プローブ本体(15)は、ガス源(23)に接続可能である少なくとも1つの流路(17)を含み、前記電極(16)は、好ましくは前記流路(17)内に配置される

請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記測定装置(24)は、干渉法距離測定装置である
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 異なる波長(λ)の光を同時にまたは異なる時点で出射するように構成される光源(37)が、干渉法距離測定のために設けられる
請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記測定装置(24)は、温度測定装置として機能する高温計である
請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記測定装置(24)は、組織タイプ決定装置として機能する発光分光計である
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記測定装置(24)は、少なくとも1つのフォトダイオードと少なくとも1つの光学フィルタとの組合せである
請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記プローブ本体(15)と、前記少なくとも1つの電極(16)と、前記少なくとも1つの導光装置(19)とは、組織処置用の前記器具(15)の一部として構成され、前記測定装置(24)は、前記器具を供給するための供給装置(12)の一部として構成される
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記供給装置(12)は、前記器具(15)の前記電極(16)が接続可能である、パルス(25)およびパルス休止(26)を有する高周波パルス電圧(UHF)を生成するための発電機(22)と、前記器具(15)の前記導光装置(19)が接続可能である光学測定装置(24)とを含み、前記光学測定装置(24)は、前記パルス休止(26)中、少なくとも有効である
