Abstract
Description
例4では、例1〜3のうちの少なくともいずれか1つにかかる直接可視化カテーテルにおいて、画像化要素は、外側部材の遠位端に配置される。
例7では、例1〜6のうちの少なくとも1つにかかる直接可視化カテーテルにおいて、透明バルーン部材は、外側部材の遠位端に固定された一端部と内側部材の遠位端に固定された対向する端部とを備える管状スリーブである。
例9では、例1〜8のうちの少なくともいずれか1つにかかる直接可視化カテーテルにおいて、外側部材は、照明装置を収容する照明管腔を少なくともさらに備える。
例13では、例10〜12のうちの少なくともいずれか1つにかかる中隔横断システムにおいて、透明バルーン部材の少なくとも一部は、バルーン部材の内腔からバルーン部材の外側表面に膨張媒体の流出を可能にする複数の穴を形成し、且つ、外側部材は、膨張媒体を透明バルーン部材に搬送する第2管腔を画定する。
例18では、例16または例17の方法は、両方の遠位の端部が左心房内にある時には、内側部材を外側部材に対して後退して、左心房を可視化する為に左心房で透明バルーン部材を膨張することをさらに含む。
例20では、例19の方法において、チャネルを通って内側部材を通ってアブレーション器具を搬送して損傷した組織上にそれを配置することを含む。アブレーション器具は、損傷した組織をアブレーションするラジオ周波数またはレーザー法に使用するように構成されている。
