Claims (8)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンの出力側に連結されかつ複数の変速段を設定可能な変速機構と、前記変速機構からトルクが伝達される車輪と前記車輪とは異なる他の車輪とのいずれか一方の車輪に連結された発電機能を有する制御モータと、前記制御モータに接続された蓄電装置とを備えたハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンと前記制御モータとを制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記変速機構の変速比と車速とに応じたエンジン回転数で前記エンジンを運転した場合における前記エンジンの熱効率が良好となる前記エンジンの出力パワーを求め、
前記エンジンが前記出力パワーを出力している状態における前記ハイブリッド車両の走行パワーが前記ハイブリッド車両に要求される要求走行パワーとなる前記制御モータへの前記蓄電装置から供給する要求電力もしくは前記制御モータで発生する起電力を求め、
前記要求電力もしくは前記起電力が、第1所定電力以下の場合に前記制御モータと前記蓄電装置との間での電力の授受を遮断する
ように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第1所定電力は、前記要求走行パワーを前記エンジンから出力する場合の前記エンジンの運転点に基づく熱効率に応じたエネルギー損失量が、前記蓄電装置から前記制御モータに前記要求電力を供給し、または前記制御モータが前記起電力を発生した場合における前記制御モータのエネルギー損失量よりも大きくなるエネルギー量に応じた電力に定められている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記制御モータと前記蓄電装置との間での電力の授受は、前記要求電力もしくは前記起電力が前記第1所定電力以下の場合に前記要求電力もしくは前記起電力を所定減少率で減少させ、前記要求電力もしくは前記起電力が前記第1所定電力よりも低電力である第2所定電力以下に低下した後に前記制御モータと前記蓄電装置との間での電力の授受をゼロにすることにより遮断する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記変速機構の入力側に連結された第1モータと、前記変速機構の出力側または前記他の車輪に連結された第2モータとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記第1モータと前記第2モータとのうちのいずれか一方のモータを前記制御モータとして選択する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記要求走行パワーが前記エンジンの前記出力パワーよりも小さい場合に、前記第1モータを前記制御モータとして選択し、前記要求走行パワーが前記エンジンの前記出力パワーよりも大きい場合に、前記第2モータを前記制御モータとして選択する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記蓄電装置から前記第1モータに前記要求電力を供給し、または前記第1モータが前記起電力を発生した場合における電気的な動力損失と、前記第1モータから前記駆動輪に動力を伝達する際の機械的な動力損失との合算値である第1動力損失を求め、
前記蓄電装置から前記第2モータに前記要求電力を供給し、または前記第2モータが前記起電力を発生した場合における電気的な動力損失と、前記第2モータから前記駆動輪に動力を伝達する際の機械的な動力損失との合算値である第2動力損失を求め、
前記第1動力損失が前記第2動力損失よりも小さい場合に、前記第1モータを前記制御モータとして選択し、前記第1動力損失が前記第2動力損失よりも大きい場合に、前記第2モータを前記制御モータとして選択する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項4ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記制御モータと前記蓄電装置との間での電力の授受の遮断の有無にかかわらず、前記第1モータと前記第2モータとのうちの他方のモータと前記蓄電装置との間での電力の授受を遮断する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項4ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第2モータの逆起電力が第3所定電力よりも大きい場合に、前記第2モータと前記蓄電装置との電力の授受の遮断を禁止する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
