Claims (6)
- 可動部と、
前記可動部の位置を測定するためのセンサ部と、
フランジと、
前記フランジに固定された第1のコネクタと、
前記センサ部に実装されるとともに、前記第1のコネクタに接続された第2のコネクタと、を有し、
前記第1のコネクタ及び前記第2のコネクタの少なくとも一方はフローティングコネクタである、エンコーダ。 - 前記センサ部は、組立用機械によって保持可能な被保持部として、平面部を含む位置調整用領域を有する、請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記位置調整用領域は凹部又は凸部を有する、請求項2に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記フローティングコネクタを複数有し、前記複数のフローティングコネクタは、それぞれのフローティングコネクタにおいて吸収可能な主たる変位方向が互いに異なるように配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記第1のコネクタ及び前記第2のコネクタの一方が前記フローティングコネクタであり、前記第1のコネクタ及び前記第2のコネクタの他方が剛性のコネクタである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエンコーダ。
- 可動部と、前記可動部の位置を測定するためのセンサ部と、フランジと、を有するエンコーダの製造方法であって、
前記フランジに第1のコネクタを固定することと、
前記センサ部に第2のコネクタを実装することと、
前記第1のコネクタに前記第2のコネクタを接続することと、
前記センサ部を前記フランジに固定することと、を含み、
前記第1のコネクタ及び前記第2のコネクタの少なくとも一方はフローティングコネクタである、製造方法。
