Description
Claims (26)
- インプラントを骨に配置するための整形外科用器具アセンブリであって、
標的開口部を通る標的軸を画定する前記標的開口部を有する調節可能な標的アームを備える標的ガイドと、
長手方向軸を有し前記標的ガイドに接続可能な前記支柱とを備え、
前記支柱は支柱開口部と支柱開口部中心とを備え、
前記支柱開口部は前記支柱開口部を通る支柱開口部軸を画定し、前記支柱開口部軸は前記支柱開口部中心で前記長手方向軸と交差し、
前記調節可能な標的アームは、前記標的軸を前記支柱開口部中心に合わせることにより前記標的開口部を前記支柱開口部に合わせるように移動可能である、
整形外科用器具アセンブリ。 - 前記標的ガイドは支柱支持体をさらに備え、前記調節可能な標的アームは、第1のアーム端部、前記支柱支持体への接続部、および第2のアーム端部を有し、前記標的開口部は前記第2のアーム端部に接続され、前記調節可能な標的アームは第1の位置と第2の位置との間の前記接続部に沿って移動可能である、請求項1に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは、第1の円弧位置と第2の円弧位置との間で回転可能である、請求項2に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは支柱支持体に回転可能に接続され、前記標的アームは前記支柱支持体の周りで円弧を描いて移動可能である、請求項1に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは、アーム孔と、前記アーム孔を通る調節可能な脚部と、締結具とをさらに含み、前記調節可能な脚部は前記標的開口部に接続される、請求項4に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記アームは第1の円弧位置と第2の円弧位置との間で回転可能であり、前記標的開口部は第1の標的開口部位置と第2の標的開口部位置との間で移動可能である、請求項5に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 第2の調節可能な標的アームをさらに備え、前記調節可能な標的アームは前記支柱に回転可能に接続され、前記標的アームは前記長手方向軸の周りで円弧を描いて移動可能であり、前記第2の調節可能な標的アームは調節可能な標的アームに回転可能に接続され、前記第2の標的アームは前記長手方向軸の周りで円弧を描いて移動可能である、請求項1に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは、アーム孔、前記アーム孔を通る調節可能な脚部、および締結具をさらに含み、前記調節可能な脚部は前記標的開口部に接続され、前記第2の調節可能な標的アームは第2のアーム孔、前記第2のアーム孔を通る第2の調節可能な脚部、および第2の締結具をさらに備え、前記第2の調節可能な脚部は第2の標的開口部に接続される、請求項7に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記標的ガイドおよび前記支柱は、前記長手方向軸の周りで回転可能に移動可能である、請求項7に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- インプラントを骨に配置するための整形外科用器具アセンブリであって、
調節可能な標的アームおよび標的開口部を通る標的軸を画定する前記標的開口部を備える標的ガイドと、
長手方向軸を有し前記標的ガイドに接続可能な支柱とを備え、
前記支柱は支柱開口部と支柱開口部中心とを備え、
前記支柱開口部は前記支柱開口部を通る支柱開口部軸を画定し、前記支柱開口部軸は前記支柱開口部中心で前記長手方向軸と交差し、少なくとも1つの内部係合構造を備え、前記内部係合構造は前記支柱と係合するねじの複数の位置合わせのために構成され、
前記調節可能な標的アームは、前記標的軸を前記支柱開口部中心に合わせることにより前記標的開口部を前記支柱開口部に合わせるように回転可能に移動可能である、
整形外科用器具アセンブリ。 - 前記調節可能な標的アームは、第1のアーム端部、支柱支持体への接続部、および第2のアーム端部を有し、前記標的開口部は前記第2のアーム端部に接続され、前記調節可能な標的アームは第1の位置と第2の位置との間の前記接続部に沿って移動可能である、請求項10に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記アームは、第1の円弧位置と第2の円弧位置との間で回転可能である、請求項11に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは、支柱支持体に回転可能に接続され、前記標的アームは前記支柱支持体の周りで円弧を描くように移動可能である、請求項10に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは、アーム孔、前記アーム孔を通る調節可能な脚部、および締結具をさらに含み、前記調節可能な脚部は前記標的開口部に接続される、請求項13に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記アームは第1の円弧位置と第2の円弧位置との間で回転可能であり、前記標的開口部は第1の標的開口部位置と第2の標的開口部位置との間で移動可能である、請求項13に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 第2の調節可能な標的アームをさらに備え、前記調節可能な標的アームは支柱支持体に回転可能に接続され、前記標的アームは長手方向軸の周りで円弧を描くように移動可能であり、前記第2の調節可能な標的アームは前記調節可能な標的アームに回転可能に接続され、前記第2の標的アームは前記支柱支持体の周りで円弧を描くように移動可能である、請求項10に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは、アーム孔、前記アーム孔を通る調節可能な脚部、および締結具をさらに含み、前記調節可能な脚部は前記標的開口部に接続され、前記第2の調節可能な標的アームは、第2のアーム孔、前記第2のアーム孔を通る第2の調節可能な脚部、および第2の締結具をさらに備え、前記第2の調節可能な脚部は第2の標的開口部に接続される、請求項16に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記支柱は凹部をさらに備え、前記調節可能な標的アームはさらに歯部を有し、前記歯部は、前記支柱が静的に解放可能に前記標的ガイドに接続できるように、前記標的アームを拘束する前記凹部に挿入可能であり、そのため、前記標的ガイドと前記支柱は、前記長手方向軸の周りで回転可能に移動できる、請求項16に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記調節可能な標的アームは標的アーム凹部をさらに有し、前記第2の標的アームはさらに第2のアーム歯部を有し、前記第2のアーム歯部は前記標的アーム凹部に挿入可能であり、前記調節可能な標的アームに対して前記第2の標的アームを拘束する、請求項18に記載の整形外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記支柱開口部はテーパの付いた開口部入口を備え、前記テーパの付いた開口部入口は、前記ねじを前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造に導くように角度が付けられている、請求項10に記載の支柱。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造は、前記ねじのねじ山に係合するか、または部分的に係合する、請求項10に記載の支柱。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造は、前記ねじの先端ピッチと実質的に一致する、請求項10に記載の支柱。
- 平面部材は、前記開口部の前記周囲に垂直な平面内で半径方向内側に延びる、請求項10に記載の支柱。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造は、前記ねじのねじ山と少なくともほぼ係合する柔軟な平面部材を有し、前記柔軟な平面部材は、前記ねじの主軸に対して移動可能であり、前記ねじを前記支柱開口部に移動させる、請求項10に記載の支柱。
- 前記支柱開口部はテーパの付いた開口部入口を備え、前記テーパの付いた開口部入口は前記ねじを前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造に導くように角度が付けられており、前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造は前記ねじのねじ山に係合するか部分的に係合し、前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造は前記ねじのねじ山ピッチと実質的に一致する、請求項10に記載の支柱。
- 前記支柱開口部は支柱開口部軸を有し、前記少なくとも1つの内部係合構造は、前記支柱開口部軸から0度〜20度オフセットした進入角を前記ねじに提供する、請求項25に記載の支柱。
