Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態におけるモータ駆動システム10の構成の一例を示す図である。モータ駆動システム10は、モータ駆動装置10aと、保護装置10bと、同期モータ12とを有する。モータ駆動装置10aは、同期モータ12を駆動させる駆動装置である。
上記実施の形態は、以下のように変形してもよい。
図4は、変形例1におけるモータ駆動システム10の構成を示す図である。上記実施の形態においては、同期モータ12にエンコーダ12aおよび温度センサ12bが設けられていた。しかし、図4に示すように、同期モータ12にエンコーダ12aおよび温度センサ12bが設けられていなくてもよい。この場合、同期モータ12の回転速度(回転数)および巻線の温度は、電圧センサ14bおよび電流センサ18a、18u、18vの測定値などを用いて駆動制御部20が推定して求めることができる。
上記実施の形態および変形例1は、矛盾の生じない範囲で任意に組み合わされてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 複数の巻線を有する同期モータと前記同期モータを駆動させるモータ駆動装置との間に設けられた保護装置であって、
前記モータ駆動装置と前記同期モータとの接続と遮断とを切り替える開閉装置と、
抵抗と、前記開閉装置と前記同期モータとの間において前記抵抗を介して複数の前記巻線を短絡するスイッチとを有したダイナミックブレーキ回路と、
前記開閉装置および前記ダイナミックブレーキ回路を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ダイナミックブレーキ回路の前記スイッチを制御して複数の前記巻線を短絡させた後に、前記開閉装置を制御して前記モータ駆動装置と前記同期モータとの接続を遮断に切り替える、保護装置。 - 請求項1に記載の保護装置であって、
前記ダイナミックブレーキ回路は、各相に1つ以上の前記抵抗および1つ以上の前記スイッチを備え、
前記制御装置は、複数の前記スイッチを制御して、複数の前記抵抗を介して複数の前記巻線を短絡する、保護装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の保護装置であって、
前記ダイナミックブレーキ回路は、前記抵抗の電圧または前記抵抗に流れる電流を検出する検出器を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記検出器の検出信号に基づいて、複数の前記巻線が短絡したか否かを判定し、複数の前記巻線が短絡したと判定した後に、前記開閉装置を制御して前記モータ駆動装置と前記同期モータとの接続を遮断に切り替える、保護装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の保護装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記同期モータまたは前記モータ駆動装置の異常が検知された場合に、前記ダイナミックブレーキ回路に前記巻線を短絡させる、保護装置。
