Description

The present invention relates to a sheet storage container, and more particularly to a sheet storage container including a container body for storing a roll-shaped sheet and a lid having a take-out portion for taking out the sheet.

For example, as a sheet storage container for storing a roll-shaped sheet obtained by winding a sheet such as a wet sheet in a roll shape, the container body has a bottomed cylindrical shape and is detachably attached to the container body by covering the upper end opening of the container body. A container made of a lid is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In such a sheet storage container, the lid is provided with a take-out portion in which a known sheet retaining slit is formed. The sheet is a lid formed by winding the sheet that is continuously extended in a strip shape so as to be sequentially peeled off from the innermost layer sheet at the central hollow core portion of the cylindrical roll-shaped sheet. Along with being continuously pulled out to the body side, it is taken out of the container through a sheet fixing slit formed in the take-out part, separated at a part such as a perforation provided on the sheet, and the end portion is a sheet fixing slit. It will be used as a unit sheet one by one in the state of being held in the air.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-227046

In the conventional sheet storage container, since the roll-shaped sheet holds a considerable weight at the initial stage when the sheet is pulled out from the roll-shaped sheet, the roll-shaped sheet is sequentially continuous from the innermost layer sheet in the central hollow core portion. It is possible to stably support the resistance force when peeling off with the roll-shaped sheet and pull it out smoothly to the lid side, but for example, a certain amount of sheet is pulled out and the roll-shaped sheet becomes lighter. If the inner diameter of the hollow core becomes large, it becomes difficult to stably support the resistance force when the innermost layer sheet is peeled off, and the roll-shaped sheet becomes easier to move inside the container body and is hollow. By pulling out the inner layer sheets together from the core, for example, in a state where they are stacked in multiple layers, it becomes easy for the sheets to be clogged at the sheet retaining slits, and it is difficult to smoothly remove the sheets from the container. May become.

The present invention is effective in making the roll-shaped sheet easier to move inside the container body even when a certain amount of the sheet is pulled out from the roll-shaped sheet housed in the container body and the roll-shaped sheet becomes lighter. A sheet storage container that allows the sheets to be smoothly taken out of the container by avoiding pulling out the inner layer sheets from the hollow core in a state where they are stacked in multiple layers. The purpose is to provide.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention covers a bottomed tubular container body in which a roll-shaped sheet formed by winding a sheet in a roll shape is stored, and a container body that covers the upper end opening of the container body and is detachably attached to the container body. A sheet storage container including a lid having a take-out portion for taking out a sheet, wherein a sheet stop slit is formed in the take-out portion of the lid, and the lid has a take-out portion. An annular contact rib that protrudes from the inside toward the container body and is capable of contacting the upper end surface of the roll-shaped sheet is provided so as to surround the outer peripheral portion of the take-out portion, and the sheet stop slit. The take-out portion formed with the above-mentioned object has achieved the above object by providing a sheet storage container provided in a state where the center position thereof is eccentric from the center position of the container body.

According to the sheet storage container of the present invention, even if a certain amount of sheet is pulled out from the roll-shaped sheet housed in the container body and the roll-shaped sheet becomes lighter, the roll-shaped sheet moves inside the container body. The sheet storage container 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a roll-shaped sheet in which, for example, a sheet made of a non-woven fabric is wound in a roll shape in a state of being impregnated with a liquid component such as a cleaning liquid. The sheet 20 is housed in the container body 11. The sheet storage container 10 can continuously take out the sheet (wet sheet 20a) from the stored roll-shaped sheet 20 to the outside of the container via the take-out portion 13 (see FIG. 2) provided on the lid body 12. (See FIGS. 4A and 4B), and the wet sheet 20a taken out is separated by, for example, a pre-established perforation or the like so that it can be used as a unit sheet one by one. Used as. The cleaning liquid contains water, an antibacterial component, a surfactant and the like. In the sheet storage container 10 of the present embodiment, even when a certain amount of the wet sheet 20a is used and the roll-shaped sheet 20 becomes lighter (see FIGS. 5A and 5B), the roll-shaped sheet 20 can be used. While suppressing the movement easily inside the container body 11, the wet sheet 20a of the inner layer is pulled out from the hollow core portion 21 in the center of the roll-shaped sheet 20 in a state of being overlapped with a plurality of layers. This is provided with a function that allows the wet sheet 20a to be smoothly taken out of the storage container 10 by avoiding the above.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sheet storage container 10 of the present embodiment has a bottomed cylinder shape in which a roll-shaped sheet 20 formed by winding a wet sheet 20a in a roll shape is preferably stored as a sheet. The container main body 11 and a lid 12 that is detachably attached to the container main body 11 so as to cover the upper end opening of the container main body 11 and has a take-out portion 13 for taking out the wet sheet 11a on the upper surface portion 12a are included. It is a container. A sheet retaining slit 13a is formed in the take-out portion 13 of the lid body 12, and the lid body 12 can be projected from the inside toward the container body 11 side and brought into contact with the upper end surface 20b of the roll-shaped sheet 20. A possible annular contact rib 16 is provided so as to surround the outer peripheral portion of the take-out portion 13. The take-out portion 13 in which the sheet retaining slit 13a is formed is provided in a state where the center position C1 thereof is eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11.

Further, in the present embodiment, in the sheet storage container 10, preferably, the container body 11 has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the annular contact rib 14 has an annular shape.

In the present embodiment, the wet sheet 20a forming the roll-shaped sheet 20 is a sheet having a width perpendicular to the extending direction of, for example, about 100 to 170 mm (135 mm in the present embodiment) and continuously extending in a strip shape. The roll-shaped sheet 20 is formed by being wound in a roll shape. The roll-shaped sheet 20 is, for example, a cylinder having a diameter of about 50 to 100 mm (70 mm in this embodiment) and a height of about 100 to 170 mm (135 mm in this embodiment) and a size that can be accommodated in the container body 11. It has a shape. The height of the roll-shaped sheet 20 corresponds to the width of the wet sheet 20a. The cylindrical roll-shaped sheet 20 has a hollow core portion 21 (see FIGS. 4 (a) and 5 (a)) left in the central portion thereof so as to penetrate between the end faces on both sides. It is wound in a roll. The wet sheet 20a can be sequentially peeled off from the innermost layer through the hollow core portion 21 and continuously pulled out toward the lid body 12. On the wet sheet 20a that is continuously extended in a strip shape, a separation guide line (not shown) such as a perforation is provided at predetermined intervals of, for example, about 110 to 180 mm (150 mm in this embodiment) in the extension direction. However, it is formed across the width direction. The wet sheet 20a pulled out from the hollow core portion 21 of the roll-shaped sheet 20 is taken out of the storage container 10 through the sheet retaining slit 13a formed in the take-out portion 13, and is taken out of the storage container 10 from the separation guide line by a perforation or the like. In a state where the portion on the container body 11 side is held by the sheet retaining slit 13a, it is separated at the portion of the separation guide line by a perforation or the like, and has a length of, for example, about 110 to 180 mm (150 mm in this embodiment). It will be used as a unit sheet for each sheet.

The container body 11 that houses the roll-shaped sheet 20 is a blow-molded product using, for example, polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene or polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the container body 11 preferably has a bottomed cylindrical shape having an outer diameter of about 60 to 150 mm (97 mm in the present embodiment), and for example, 110 to 10 It has a height of about 200 mm (160 mm in this embodiment). The container body 11 is provided with a mounting cylinder portion 11a whose diameter is slightly reduced via a step portion 11b at the upper end portion, and a lid body 12 described later is detachably screwed on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder portion 11a. A male screw ridge 11c for wearing is provided. The upper end opening of the mounting cylinder portion 11a serves as a storage port for storing the roll-shaped sheet 20 inside the container body 11. At the time of distribution and sale of the sheet storage container 10 or in a state before use, the mounting cylinder portion 11a is provided so as not to volatilize the liquid component impregnated in the wet sheet 20a from the roll-shaped sheet 20 stored in the container body 11. The upper end opening can be closed by covering it with aluminum foil or the like (not shown). For example, after removing the lid 12 from the container body 11, the consumer removes the aluminum foil or the like from the upper end opening of the mounting cylinder 11a, and pulls out the end of the wet sheet 20a from the roll sheet 20 to take out the end. The wet sheet 20a is taken out of the container and ready to be used by facing the outside of the take-out portion 13 through the sheet retaining slit 13a of the 13 and reattaching the lid body 12 to the container body 11. Can be done.

The lid 12 that is detachably and integrally attached to the container body 11 is an injection-molded product using, for example, polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene or polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate. As shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D, the lid body 12 includes a mounting sleeve portion 12c mounted on the mounting cylinder portion 11a of the container body 11, a reduced diameter portion 12b, and an upper surface portion 12a. Consists of. The mounting sleeve portion 12c is an annular band-shaped portion having an outer diameter similar to the outer diameter of the container body 11, and the reduced diameter portion 12b is smooth from the upper end portion of the mounting sleeve portion 12c toward the upper upper surface portion 12a. It has a triangular cross-sectional shape consisting of an upright portion (see FIG. 3C). At the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 12d, an engaging convex portion 12f for engaging the engaging rib 14c (see FIG. 2) of the upper lid 14 is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper lid 14 is a circular portion having an inner diameter similar to the outer diameter of the peripheral wall portion 12d, which can be fitted so as to be fitted to the outside of the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 12d. .. The upper lid 14 is composed of a circular top surface portion 14a and a mounting skirt portion 14b provided so as to project downward from the peripheral edge portion of the top surface portion 14a. Engagement ribs 14c are provided so as to project from the inner surface of the mounting skirt portion 14b in an annular shape. The upper lid 14 elastically deforms the mounting skirt portion 14b and pushes it into the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 12d from above, thereby engaging the engaging rib 14c with the engaging convex portion 12f of the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 12d. , The take-out portion 13 of the lid body 12 can be covered and detachably attached.

Further, the upper lid 14 is provided with an inner locking ring 14d and an outer locking ring 14e that are doubly arranged concentrically so as to project from the lower surface side. When the upper lid 14 is mounted so as to cover the take-out portion 13, these inner locking ring 14d and the outer locking ring 14e project outward from the upper surface portion 12a of the lid body 12 and surround the outer peripheral portion of the take-out portion 13. It is locked to the upper end portion of the sealing ring 17 provided in an annular shape by sandwiching the upper end portion. As a result, when the sheet storage container 10 is not used, the space above the take-out portion 13 is sealed, and the liquid component impregnated in the wet sheet 20a and the roll-shaped sheet 20 is effectively prevented from volatilizing. Becomes possible.

Then, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D, a sheet for taking out the wet sheet 11a is preferably formed on the upper surface portion 12a of the lid body 12 surrounded by the peripheral wall portion 12d. The take-out portion 13 in which the stop slit 13a is formed is provided. Further, an annular contact rib 16 capable of projecting from the inside of the upper surface portion 12a of the lid body 12 toward the container body 11 side and bringing the upper end surface 20b of the roll-shaped sheet 20 into contact with the outer peripheral portion of the take-out portion 13. It is provided around. The annular contact rib 16 may be provided so as to project from the inside of the reduced diameter portion 12b of the lid 12 toward the container body 11.

The take-out portion 13 is configured to include a take-out opening 13b provided in a state where the center position C1 is eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11. In the present embodiment, the center position C1 of the take-out portion 13 is provided in a state of being eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11. Inside the upper surface portion 12a, an annular slit member locking rib 13c, which is arranged concentrically with the take-out opening 13b so as to surround the take-out opening 13b, is provided so as to project toward the container body 11 side. There is. A seat retaining slit 13a is formed in the take-out portion 13 by mounting and fixing a slit forming member 13d made of, for example, a known elastomer material so as to be fitted into the slit member locking rib 13c.

The annular contact rib 16 is preferably a rib having an annular shape, and is preferably smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical roll-shaped sheet 20 housed in the container body 11 and having the diameter of the roll-shaped sheet 20. It is formed so as to have an outer diameter larger than 1/2. As a result, the annular contact rib 16 can be preferably provided in a region radially away from the center position of the container body 11 by 1/2 or more of the radius of the roll-shaped sheet 20. By providing the annular contact rib 16 in a region separated in the radial direction by 1/2 or more of the radius of the roll-shaped sheet 20 from the center position of the container body 11, the roll-shaped sheet 20 can be separated from the unused state. Even if the hollow core portion 21 becomes large due to consumption, the upper end surface 20b of the roll-shaped sheet 20 can be reliably brought into contact (contact) with the lower end of the annular contact rib 16.

Further, it is preferable that the annular contact ribs 16 are arranged concentrically with the container body 11 and the lid 12. Since the annular contact ribs 16 are provided concentrically with the container body 11 and the lid 12, the upper end surface 20b of the roll-shaped sheet 20 is placed on the lower end of the annular contact ribs 16 over the entire circumference. It becomes possible to make contact easily.

Further, the annular contact rib 16 has a height that does not exceed the upper end opening of the container body 11 by the mounting cylinder portion 11a in a state where the lid 12 is mounted on the container body 11 (see FIG. 2). It is preferable that the upper surface portion 12a is provided so as to project from the inside toward the container body 11 side. As a result, the upper end opening of the mounting cylinder portion 11a, which is attached to prevent the liquid component invading the wet sheet 20a of the roll-shaped sheet 20 from volatilizing during distribution, sale, or use of the sheet storage container 10. The lid 12 can be attached to the container body 11 without damaging the aluminum foil or the like that covers the container. The gap between the upper end opening of the container body 11 by the mounting cylinder 11a and the lower end of the annular contact rib 16 is preferably maintained at 2 to 10 mm. The thickness of the annular contact rib 16 is preferably larger than the thickness of the wet sheet 20a forming the roll-shaped sheet 20, and is preferably about 1 mm, for example. The position of the lower end of the annular contact rib 16 is preferably the same height position over the entire circumference. This makes it possible to support the upper end surface 20b of the roll-shaped sheet 20 in a stable state and prevent the roll-shaped sheet 20 from being lifted. Further, since the lower end of the annular contact rib 16 does not reach the upper end opening of the mounting cylinder portion 11a of the container body 11, the wet sheet 20a pulled out from the hollow core portion 21 is brought into annular contact until it reaches the take-out opening 13b. It becomes possible to make it difficult to contact the rib 16. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent the wet sheet 20a being pulled out from being unintentionally separated at the portion of the disconnection guide line due to the perforation or the like due to the contact resistance with the annular contact rib 16. Become.

Then, in the present embodiment, the take-out portion 13 in which the sheet retaining slit 13a of the upper surface portion 12a of the lid body 12 is formed is provided in a state where the center position C1 thereof is eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11. There is. Since the take-out portion 13 is provided with its center position C1 eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11, as will be described later, the hollow core portion 21 is fully stretched on the wet sheet 20a on the inner layer side. It is possible to pull out the attached sheet diagonally while sequentially peeling it inward from the end portion attached to the upper part of the sheet, and the wet sheet 20a can be taken out smoothly. .. From this point of view, the take-out portion 13 is provided in a state where the center position C1 is eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11 with an eccentric amount of 3 to 25% of the inner diameter of the annular contact rib 16. It is more preferable that the annular contact rib 16 is provided in a state of being eccentric with an eccentric amount of 3 to 15% of the inner diameter of the annular contact rib 16, and an eccentric amount of 5 to 10% of the inner diameter of the annular contact rib 16. It is more preferable that the container is provided in an eccentric state.

In the sheet storage container 10 of the present embodiment, as described above, for example, the consumer removes the lid 12 from the container body 11 and then removes the aluminum foil or the like from the upper end opening of the mounting cylinder 11a to form a roll. The end of the wet sheet 20a pulled out from the sheet 20 faces the outside of the take-out part 13 through the sheet stop slit 13a of the take-out part 13, and the lid 12 is reattached to the container body 11 to reattach the wet sheet. Take out 20a from the container and make it ready for use. After that, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the consumer holds the end of the wet sheet 20a facing the outside of the take-out portion 13 by hand and pulls out the wet sheet 20a to pull out the wet sheet 20a. Is pulled out from the central hollow core portion 21 of the roll-shaped sheet 20 housed in the container body 11 so that the innermost layer sheet is sequentially peeled off, and is continuously taken out of the storage container 10. The removed wet sheet 20a can be used as a unit sheet one by one in a state where the wet sheet 20a is separated at a portion of a separation guide line such as a perforation and the end portion is held by the sheet fixing slit 13a.

In the sheet storage container 10 of the present embodiment, since the roll-shaped sheet 20 holds a considerable weight at the initial stage when the wet sheet 20a is started to be pulled out from the roll-shaped sheet 20, the most in the central hollow core portion 21. The resistance force when the inner layer of the wet sheet 20a is continuously peeled off can be stably supported by the roll-shaped sheet 20 and smoothly pulled out to the lid 12 side. Further, even in the initial stage when the wet sheet 20a is started to be pulled out, the take-out portion 13 is provided in a state where the center position C1 thereof is eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11, so that the hollow core portion 21 in the center is provided. In, the innermost wet sheet 20a can be more easily peeled off, and it is possible to effectively prevent the innermost wet sheet 20a from being pulled out together in a state of being overlapped with a plurality of layers. Become.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, for example, when a certain amount of the wet sheet 20a is pulled out and the roll-shaped sheet 20 becomes lighter or the inner diameter of the hollow core portion 21 becomes larger, the most It becomes difficult to stably support the resistance force when the inner layer wet sheet 20a is peeled off, and the roll-shaped sheet 20 becomes easy to move such as being lifted inside the container body 11, and from the hollow core portion 21. For example, when the wet sheet 20a of the inner layer is pulled out together while being stacked on a plurality of layers, it becomes easy to be clogged at the sheet fixing slit 13a, and the wet sheet 20a can be smoothly moved out of the storage container 10. It may be difficult to remove.

According to the sheet storage container 10 of the present embodiment, even when the roll-shaped sheet 20 housed in the container body 11 becomes lighter in this way, it is effective that the roll-shaped sheet 20 becomes easier to move inside the container body 11. The wet sheet 20a is smoothly taken out of the container by avoiding pulling out the inner layer wet sheet 20a from the hollow core portion 21 in a state where the wet sheet 20a is overlapped with a plurality of layers. It becomes possible.

That is, according to the sheet storage container 10 of the present embodiment, the lid body 12 can be brought into contact with the upper end surface 20b of the roll-shaped sheet 20 by projecting from the inside of the upper surface portion 12a toward the container body 11. An annular contact rib 16 is provided so as to surround the outer peripheral portion of the take-out portion 13, and the take-out portion 13 of the lid body 12 in which the sheet fixing slit 13a is formed has its center position C1 as the center position of the container body 11. It is provided in a state of being eccentric from C2.

As a result, according to the present embodiment, the roll-shaped sheet 20 becomes lighter, so that, for example, the roll-shaped sheet 20 is pulled up by the pulling force when the innermost layer wet sheet 20a is peeled off by the hollow core portion 21. Even if an attempt is made to move upward, the lower end portion of the annular contact rib 16 is located in the outer peripheral region of the roll-shaped sheet 20, for example, in the outer peripheral region away from the central hollow core portion 21 from which the wet sheet 20a is taken out. By continuously contacting the upper end surface preferably in an annular shape, it is possible to effectively prevent the roll-shaped sheet 20 from easily moving inside the container body 11. Further, since the take-out portion 13 is provided in a state where the center position C1 is eccentric from the center position C2 of the container body 11, the roll-shaped sheet 20 can be moved by contacting the annular contact rib 16. Due to the synergistic effect of the suppression, the sheet that is completely attached to the wet sheet 20a on the inner layer side in the hollow core portion 21 is sequentially peeled inward from the end portion that is attached to the upper part of the sheet. , It becomes possible to pull out diagonally, and the wet sheet 20a can be taken out smoothly.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the container body does not necessarily have to have a bottomed cylindrical shape, and may have a bottomed cylindrical shape having an elliptical cross-sectional shape or another cross-sectional shape. The annular contact rib does not necessarily have to have an annular shape, and may have a ring shape having another cross-sectional shape such as an elliptical cross-sectional shape or a rectangular cross-sectional shape. When the roll-shaped sheet becomes lighter and moves upward, the lower end of the annular contact rib does not necessarily have to continuously contact the upper end surface of the roll-shaped sheet in an annular shape, and depending on how it is moved upward. For example, when the roll-shaped sheet is lifted while tilting diagonally, only a part of the roll-shaped sheet may come into contact with the sheet. The annular contact ribs do not necessarily have to be arranged concentrically with the container body and the lid, and may be arranged in an eccentric state. The rolled sheet to be stored does not necessarily have to be a wound wet sheet impregnated with a liquid component, and a sheet not impregnated with a liquid component or various other sheet materials are wound in a roll shape. It can also be formed by turning. Further, the upper lid that covers the take-out portion of the lid is known as a lid that is screw-fitted to the lid, a lid that is rotatably hinged to the lid, and the like, in addition to the lid as described above. Various lids can be used.
