Description

The present invention relates to an envelope-attached packaging bag.

A packaging bag composed of a packaging film generally has a vertical joint in which both ends in the width direction of the packaging film are overlapped and joined over the entire length in the length direction of the packaging film, and a predetermined length portion of the packaging film. It has a pair of horizontal joints in which both ends in the length direction are overlapped and joined, and a main body located between the pair of horizontal joints and accommodating a product.
As such a packaging bag, a gassho-pasted packaging bag in which the vertical joint portion protrudes from the main body portion and an envelope-pasted packaging bag in which the vertical joint portion constitutes a part of the main body portion are provided.
Conventionally, gassho-pasted packaging bags have been used for most of the packaging bags in which products on the market are enclosed.
In the gassho-pasted packaging bag, since the vertical joint is located at a different location from the main body, the vertical joint is designed so that it can be easily broken even at the vertical joint where two packaging films are stacked. Various structures have been proposed.
Then, in the gassho-pasted packaging bag, an auxiliary joint is provided at a portion of the main body adjacent to the widthwise end of one of the pair of horizontal joints, and an opening notch is provided in the auxiliary joint. The main body is cut from the opening notch so that the product can be easily taken out from the packaging bag (Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-337251

On the other hand, in the gassho-pasted packaging bag, in the pair of horizontal joints, both ends of the vertical joints in the extending direction are tilted and joined to the horizontal joints, so that the vertical joints are joined at the horizontal joints. A total of four packaging film portions are overlapped and joined (heat-sealed), and two packaging film portions are overlapped and joined (heat-sealed) at other lateral joining portions.
Therefore, when forming the horizontal joint, there is a problem that uniform pressure cannot be applied in the extending direction of the horizontal joint, and the horizontal joint in a completely joined state cannot be easily formed. The current situation is that we have devised.
Further, in the gassho-pasted packaging bag, since the vertical joint portion is located on the main body portion and stands out, the portion of the main body portion where the vertical joint portion is not provided constitutes the front surface of the packaging bag, and the vertical joint portion is provided. The portion of the main body constitutes the back surface of the packaging bag, but since the back surface of the packaging bag is divided into two by the vertical joint extending over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the main body, the back surface of the packaging bag is formed. In addition, there is a disadvantage in securing a large product advertising area that motivates the purchase of products.
Further, since the gassho-pasted packaging bag extends over the entire length of the main body in the longitudinal direction and has a vertical joint that stands out with respect to the main body, it is disadvantageous in increasing the commercial value of the product enclosed in the packaging bag. ..
Therefore, as in Patent Documents 1 and 2, an auxiliary joint is provided in the envelope-attached packaging bag at the position of the main body adjacent to one of the horizontal joints of the pair of horizontal joints, and the auxiliary joint is used for opening. It is conceivable to provide a notch and break the main body from the opening notch so that the product can be easily taken out from the packaging bag.

According to such an envelope-attached packaging bag, the two packaging film portions are overlapped and joined (heat-sealed) over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the pair of horizontal joints, so that the horizontal joints extend in the extending direction. A uniform pressure can be applied, which is advantageous in easily and surely forming a lateral joint in a completely joined state.
Further, in the envelope-pasted packaging bag, the vertical joint portion extends continuously with the main body portion and the vertical joint portion forms a part of the main body portion, so that the vertical joint portion is conspicuously located on the main body portion like the gassho-pasted packaging bag. There are no vertical joints, and the main body where the vertical joints are located can also be used as the front of the packaging bag, thus ensuring a single large product advertising area on both the front and back of the packaging bag. It will be advantageous.
Further, since the envelope-pasted packaging bag does not have a conspicuous vertical joint portion unlike the gassho-pasted packaging bag, it is advantageous in increasing the commercial value of the product enclosed in the packaging bag.
However, in the envelope-attached packaging bag, the vertical joint portion constitutes the main body portion, and two packaging films are stacked at the vertical joint portion, so that one of the horizontal joint portions is the horizontal joint portion. Even if an auxiliary joint portion having an opening notch is provided at a portion of the main body adjacent to the main body and the main body is torn from the opening notch, the vertical joint is not easily broken and the packaging bag is difficult to open.
In this case, in the envelope-pasted packaging bag, the vertical joint portion constitutes the main body, so if the structure of the vertical joint portion of the gassho-pasted packaging bag is applied to the vertical joint portion of the envelope-pasted packaging bag, the vertical joint portion may be applied. The main body is easily torn at this point, which causes a problem in the durability of the envelope-attached packaging bag.
Under these circumstances, an envelope-attached packaging bag in which an opening notch is provided in the main body so that the product can be easily taken out from the packaging bag has not been provided on the market.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and the present invention allows the product to be easily taken out from the packaging bag by breaking the main body from the opening notch provided in the main body. Durability is ensured, a perfectly joined horizontal joint is easily and reliably formed, a large product advertising area is secured on both the front and back of the packaging bag, and the commercial value of the product enclosed in the packaging bag is enhanced. It is an object of the present invention to provide an envelope-attached packaging bag which is advantageous for enhancing.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention comprises a vertical joint portion in which the end portions of the widthwise film at both ends in the width W1 direction of the packaging film having the width W1 and the length L1 are overlapped and joined in the length L1 direction. At the location of the packaging film located between the pair of lateral joints formed by overlapping and joining the end portions of the film in the length direction at both ends of the predetermined length portion along the length L1 direction and the pair of horizontal joints. It includes a main body portion formed in a hollow shape by a certain main body portion film and accommodating a product, and the vertical joint portion extends continuously with the main body portion film to form a part of the main body portion film. , An envelope-pasted packaging bag having a width W2 and a length L2 corresponding to the width W1 and the length L1 of the packaging film, and the main body portion adjacent to one of the horizontal joint portions of the pair of lateral joint portions. An auxiliary joint portion for joining the films of the main body portion facing each other is provided at an end portion in the width W2 direction, an opening notch is provided in the auxiliary joint portion, and extends in the width W2 direction through the opening notch. At the portion of the vertical joint including the virtual line, the portion of the overlapped width direction film end portion located inside the main body portion located on the opening notch side at the inside width direction film end portion. It is characterized in that a breaking region is provided so that the vertical joint portion can be easily broken.

According to the present invention, when the main body portion is broken from the opening notch and the torn packaging film reaches the vertical joint portion, the main body portion is easily torn at the vertical joint portion through the broken region and opened. The envelope-attached packaging bag can be easily opened from the notch.
Further, since the fracture region is covered by the outer width direction film end portion located outside the main body portion of the overlapped width direction film end portions at the vertical joint portion, the fracture region may be provided in the main body portion. Regardless, it is advantageous in ensuring the durability of the envelope-attached packaging bag.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the main body can be easily taken out from the packaging bag by breaking the main body from the opening notch provided in the main body, and a horizontal joint in a completely joined state can be easily and surely formed. It is possible to secure a large product advertising area on both the front and back sides of the packaging bag, and to provide an envelope-attached packaging bag that is advantageous in increasing the commercial value of the product enclosed in the packaging bag.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First Embodiment)
First, the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
The envelope-attached packaging bag 10A of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is formed of a packaging film 12A having a width W1 and a length L1 shown in FIG.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1210 is a registration mark indicating a cut portion, dotted line 1212 is a planned cut portion for cutting the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A containing the product, and the circled A letter is on the packaging film 12A. Indicates a pre-printed product name or design.
The packaging film 12A may be a single film, a composite film, a transparent film, or a non-transparent film, and various conventionally known materials can be used.
As shown in FIGS. 2 (A) and 3 (A), the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A includes a vertical joint portion 14, a pair of horizontal joint portions 16, a main body portion 18, an auxiliary joint portion 22, and an opening portion. It is configured to include a notch 24 and a breaking region 26.
The envelope-attached packaging bag 10A has a width W2 and a length L2 corresponding to the width W1 and the length L1 of the packaging film 12, and has a rectangular shape.

As shown in FIGS. 2B and 3B, in the vertical joint portion 14, the wrapping film 12A is rolled in the width W1 direction, and the width direction film ends 1202 at both ends of the wrapping film 12A in the width W1 direction are formed. It is a portion that is overlapped and joined over the entire length of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A in the length L2 direction, and extends in the length L2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A.
The two widthwise film end portions 1202 that are overlapped and joined to form the vertical joint portion 14 are the inner widthwise film end portion 1202A located inside the main body portion 18 and the outer widthwise film end portion 1202 located outside the inner widthwise film end portion 1202A. Part 1202B.
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the vertical joint portion 14 has a width W3 along the width W2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A.

The pair of laterally joined portions 16 are portions where the length-direction film end portions 1202C at both ends of the predetermined length portion along the length L1 direction of the packaging film 12A are overlapped and joined.
In other words, the pair of lateral joints 16 is formed by overlapping and joining two lengthwise film ends 1202C, which are two packaging films 12A over the entire length of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A in the width W2 direction. is there.
Therefore, when manufacturing the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A, uniform pressure can be applied over the entire length of the lateral joint portion 16 in the extending direction, and the lateral joint portion in a completely bonded (sealed) state can be easily and surely formed. It is advantageous on the above.

The main body 18 is a portion for accommodating the product, and is formed in a hollow shape by the main body film 1802 which is a portion of the packaging film 12A located between the pair of lateral joints 16.
As shown in FIGS. 2B and 3B, since the packaging bag is the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A, the vertical joint portion 14 extends continuously with the main body film 1802 of the main body film 1802. It constitutes a part.
Specifically, at the position of the vertical joint portion 14, the main body film 1802 is formed by superimposing two packaging films 12A, that is, the inner width direction film end portion 1202A and the outer width direction film end portion 1202B, and the vertical joint portion. In places other than 14, the main body film 1802 is composed of one packaging film 12A.
Therefore, in the envelope-pasted packaging bag 10A, the vertical joint portion 14 extends continuously with the main body portion 18 and the vertical joint portion 14 forms a part of the main body portion 18, so that the vertical joint portion 14 forms a part of the main body portion 18 There is no noticeable vertical joint located at, and the main body 18 where the vertical joint 14 is located can also be used as the front of the packaging bag, thus a single large item on both the front and back of the packaging bag. It is advantageous in securing the advertising area, and further, the conspicuous vertical joints such as the gassho-pasted packaging bag are eliminated, which is advantageous in increasing the commercial value of the product enclosed in the packaging bag.

The auxiliary joint portion 22 is an envelope-attached package located on an extension of the inner width direction film end portion 1202A located inside the main body portion 18 of the overlapped width direction film end portions 1202A and 1202B constituting the vertical joint portion 14. At the end of the bag 10A in the width W2 direction, from the end of one of the pair of horizontal joints 16 in the width W2 direction to the other horizontal joint 16 of the pair of horizontal joints 16. The main body films 1802 facing each other are joined to each other at the portions displaced toward each other.
In the present embodiment, the auxiliary joint portion 22 is connected to one lateral joint portion 16, and the auxiliary joint portion 22 and the one lateral joint portion 16 are continuous.
The opening notch 24 is provided at the auxiliary joint 22 located at the end of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A in the width W2 direction, and is formed in various conventionally known shapes such as an I-shape and a V-shape. Has been done.

The break region 26 is a notch for opening when the vertical joint portion 14 to which the two packaging films 12A of the inner width direction film end portion 1202A and the outer width direction film end portion 1202A are joined is opened when the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A is opened. It is a place where the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A can be easily broken along the virtual line S extending in the width W2 direction through 24.
The fracture region 26 is a portion of the vertical joint portion 14 including the virtual line S, and is located on the inner width direction film end portion 1202A located inside the main body portion 18 of the overlapped width direction film end portions 1202 on the opening notch 24 side. It is provided at the location located in.
In the first embodiment, as shown by diagonal lines in FIG. 1, fine cuts are formed in the entire length direction and width direction of the film end portion 1202A in the inner width direction, and the fracture region 26 has an inner width. It is provided over the entire area of the directional film end 1202A. Therefore, in the first embodiment, the fracture region 26 is configured to include a fine notch located on the virtual line S.
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the break region 26 has a width W4 along the width W2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A. In the first embodiment, the width W4 of the fracture region 26 and the width W3 of the vertical joint portion 14 are formed equally.

According to the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A of the first embodiment, the following effects are obtained.
Since the break region 26 is located at the vertical joint portion 14 on the virtual line S extending in the width W2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A through the opening notch 24, the packaging film 12A is a single film or a composite film. Regardless of which one is used, when the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A is opened from the opening notch 24 and the torn packaging film 12A reaches the vertical joint portion 14, the vertical joint portion 14 passes through the break region 26. The envelope-attached packaging bag 10A can be easily opened from the opening notch 24.
Further, since the break region 26 is provided over the entire length in the width direction of the inner width direction film end portion 1202A along the width W2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A, when the main body portion 18 is cut from the opening notch 24, The vertical joint portion 14 is also easily torn, which is advantageous in easily opening the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A.
Further, when the main body 18 is torn from the opening notch 24, even if the torn portion deviates significantly from the virtual line S in the length L2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A, the broken region 26 is attached to the envelope. Since the packaging bag 10A is provided over the entire length of the inner width direction film end 1202A along the length L2 direction in the length direction, the vertical joint portion 14 can be easily torn through the break region 26.
Therefore, even when the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A is formed by using the packaging film 12A that does not have directivity in the tearing direction, it is advantageous in easily opening the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A.

Further, in the vertical joint portion 14, the inner width direction film end portion 1202A provided with the breaking region 26 is located on the inner side of the main body portion 18, and the inner width direction film end portion 1202A is formed from fine cuts or cuts. The break region 26 is covered with the outer width direction film end 1202B in which the break region 26 is not formed.
Therefore, even if the envelope-attached packaging bags 10A rub against each other during shipping, transportation, or product display at the store, or if something hits the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A, the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A is torn from the broken region 26. It is advantageous in suppressing. That is, it is advantageous in ensuring the durability of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A even though the breaking region 26 is provided in the main body portion 18.
Therefore, the main body 18 can be easily taken out from the packaging bag by breaking the main body 18 from the opening notch 24 provided in the main body 18, and the horizontal joint 16 in a completely joined state can be easily and surely formed and packaged. It is possible to secure a large product advertising area on both the front surface and the back surface of the bag, and to provide the envelope-attached packaging bag 10A, which is advantageous in increasing the commercial value of the product enclosed in the packaging bag.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the following description of the embodiment, the parts different from those of the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same parts as those of the first embodiment will be designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted. To do.
As shown in FIG. 4B, in the envelope-attached packaging bag 10B of the second embodiment, the location of the inner width direction film end 1202A connected to the main body film 1802 on the virtual line S (see FIG. 3). In addition, a non-breaking region 28 in which a broken region 26 composed of fine cuts is not formed is left.
That is, in the second embodiment, the portion of the film end portion 1202A in the inner width direction located on the virtual line S is the fracture region 26 located on the opening notch 24 side and the non-breaking region 26 located on the main body film 1802 side. It is composed of a fracture region 28.
The non-breaking region 28 is joined to the outer width direction film end 1202B together with the breaking region 26.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4A, in the packaging film 12B used in the second embodiment, the fracture region 26 having the width W4 is formed at the portion corresponding to the inner width direction film end 1202A having the width W3. The non-breaking region 28 extends along the length L1 direction of the packaging film 10B.

As in the first embodiment, the break region 26 may be provided over the entire length of the inner width direction film end portion 1202A in the width W3 direction, and the break region 26 may be joined to the outer width direction film end portion 1202B. When the non-breaking region 28 is provided side by side with the breaking region 26 as in the second embodiment, one end and the other end of the packaging film 12B in the width W1 direction are provided at the vertical joining portion 14 located on the virtual line S. However, the portions of the packaging film 12B in which the break region 26 is not formed are joined and connected to each other, the strength of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10B at the vertical joint portion 14 is ensured, and the envelope-attached packaging bag 10B is connected. It is more advantageous in ensuring durability.
In this case, the width W4 of the breaking region 26 along the width W2 (see FIG. 2) direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10B is from the viewpoint of ensuring openability and from the viewpoint of ensuring the durability of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10B. It is preferably 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less.

(Third Embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.
In the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C of the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, on the virtual line S (see FIG. 3), in other words, the inner side located on the opening notch 24 side at the portion including the virtual line S. A plurality of cuts 32 extending along the virtual line S and parallel to each other are formed at the end portion 1202A of the film in the width direction, and a break region 26 is formed by the cuts 32, and the break region 26 is an envelope-attached packaging bag. It has a width W4 along the width W2 (see FIG. 2) direction of 10A.
It is the same as the second embodiment in that the non-breaking region 28 in which the breaking region 26 is not formed is left at the position of the inner width direction film end 1202A connected to the main body film 1802.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5A, in the third embodiment, the width W4 composed of a plurality of cuts 32 is provided at the portion of the packaging film 12C corresponding to the inner width direction film end 1202A having the width W3. The broken region 26 and the non-broken region 28 are provided at intervals in the length L1 direction of the packaging film 12C.

In the third embodiment, unlike the first and second embodiments, the fracture region 26 is along the length L2 (see FIG. 2) of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C as shown in FIG. It has a length L3, and the virtual line S is located at the center in the length L3 direction.
The length L3 of the fracture region 26 is, for example, substantially equal to the width W3 of the vertical joint portion 14, or a plurality of dimensions of the width W3 of the vertical joint portion 14, or the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C. The dimension is substantially equal to the length of the auxiliary joint 22 along the length L2 direction.
Therefore, when the main body 18 is torn from the opening notch 24, even if the torn portion deviates from the virtual line S in the length L2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C, the virtual line S is formed in the breaking region 26. Since it is located in the center of the length L3 direction, it can absorb the deviation of the torn portion, and it is easily torn even at the vertical joint portion 14 through the break region 26, so that the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C can be easily opened. It will be advantageous.
Further, in the third embodiment, the break region 26 has a length L3 along the length L2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C, and is only a part of the inner width direction film end 1202A in the length direction. Since it is not formed, the area where the portions of the packaging film 12C in which the break region 26 is not formed is joined at the vertical joint portion 14 can be increased as compared with the second embodiment, and the vertical joint can be formed. The strength of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C in the part 14 is ensured, which is more advantageous in ensuring the durability of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10C.
As shown in FIG. 7, the fracture region 26 may be formed by forming a plurality of V-shaped notches 34 instead of the cut 32, and in addition, an I-shaped notch, a plurality of slits, holes, and the like. It is arbitrary that the fracture region 26 is formed by using various conventionally known fracture shapes such as fine cuts. Such a configuration of the fracture region 26 is applicable to all of the present embodiments including the first and second embodiments.

Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D of the fourth embodiment, the breaking region 26 is located at the inner width direction film end 1202A located on the opening notch 24 side, and one lateral joint portion 16 from the portion including the virtual line S. The envelope-attached packaging bag 10D is continuously provided along the length L2 (see FIG. 2) direction.
In the case of a film in which the packaging film 12D does not have directionality in the direction in which it is torn, after the purchaser of the product takes out the product from the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D, the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D is used for storing the remaining products. When attempting to use, when the purchaser of the product tears the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D from the opening notch 24, the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D is torn along one lateral joint 16 so that the large main body 18 remains. Can be considered.
In such a case, at the inner width direction film end 1202A located on the opening notch 24 side, from the portion including the virtual line S to one lateral joint portion 16 along the length L2 direction of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D. When the break region 26 is continuously provided, the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D can be torn along one of the lateral joints 16, and the purchaser of the product can cut the envelope-attached packaging bag with the large main body portion 18 remaining. The 10D can be used for storing the remaining products, which is advantageous in increasing the practical value of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10D.

(Fourth Embodiment)
Next, a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the envelope-attached packaging bag 10E of the fifth embodiment, the first point is that the auxiliary joint portion 22 is not continuously formed with one lateral joint portion 16 but is separated from one lateral joint portion 16. It is different from the embodiment.
That is, the envelope-attached packaging bag 10E of the fifth embodiment is displaced from the end of one horizontal joint 16 in the width W2 direction toward the other horizontal joint 16 of the pair of horizontal joints 16. Although the main body film 1802s facing each other are joined to each other to form the auxiliary joint 22 in the same manner as in the first embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, the auxiliary joint 22 is one of them. It is formed so as to be separated from the transverse joint portion 16.
An opening notch 24 having an I-shape or a V-shape is provided at the auxiliary joint portion 22 located at the end of the envelope-attached packaging bag 10E in the width W2 direction.
According to the fifth embodiment as described above, since the auxiliary joint portion 22 is separated from one of the lateral joint portions 16, the opening notch 24 is more easily found, and the envelope-attached packaging bag 10E can be opened. It is advantageous to do it more easily.

Although the envelope-attached packaging bags 10A to 10E of the five embodiments have been described as the envelope-attached packaging bag of the present invention, the size, shape, weight, hardness and softness, sales form, etc. of the product to be enclosed have been considered. It is appropriately determined what kind of envelope-attached packaging bags 10A to 10E are used.
Further, in the first to fifth embodiments, the case where the vertical joint portion 14 is located at the center of the envelope-attached packaging bags 10A to 10E in the width W2 direction has been described, but the position of the vertical joint portion 14 is the envelope. The width of the pasted packaging bags 10A to 10E is not limited to the center in the W2 direction and is arbitrary.
