Claims (15)
- 流体の小滴を吐出するための流体吐出ダイであって、その流体吐出ダイは、流体吐出チャンバ、前記流体吐出チャンバ内の小滴吐出要素、及び前記流体吐出チャンバと連絡する流体供給穴を含む、流体吐出ダイと、
前記流体吐出ダイを支持するための本体であって、その本体は、前記流体吐出ダイの前記流体供給穴と連絡する流体供給スロットを含む、本体と、
前記流体吐出チャンバを介して流体吐出ダイ内で流体を再循環するための微小再循環システムと、
前記流体供給スロットを介して及び前記流体吐出ダイの前記流体供給穴を横切って前記本体内で流体を再循環するための大規模再循環システムとを含む、流体吐出デバイス。 - 前記流体供給穴が、流体を前記流体吐出ダイに供給し、
前記微小再循環システムが、前記流体供給穴を介して前記流体吐出ダイに供給される際に流体を再循環し、
前記大規模再循環システムが、前記流体供給穴への及び前記流体供給穴からの流体を再循環する、請求項1に記載の流体吐出デバイス。 - 前記本体を支持するためのダイ支持体を更に含み、そのダイ支持体が、前記本体の流体供給スロットの中へ、流体吐出ダイの前記流体供給穴の方へ突出した構造体を含み、
前記大規模再循環システムが、前記流体供給穴の方へ突出した前記構造体の端部の周りに前記流体供給スロットを介して流体を再循環する、請求項1に記載の流体吐出デバイス。 - 前記微小再循環システム及び前記大規模再循環システムが共に、前記流体供給穴を介して流体を再循環する、請求項1に記載の流体吐出デバイス。
- ダイ支持体と、
前記ダイ支持体により支持された本体と、
前記本体により支持された流体吐出ダイと、
前記本体が、内部に形成された流体供給スロットを有すること、
前記流体吐出ダイが、流体吐出チャンバ、前記流体吐出チャンバ内の小滴吐出要素、及び前記流体吐出チャンバ及び前記流体供給スロットと連絡する流体供給穴を含むこと、
前記ダイ支持体が、前記流体供給スロットの中へ前記流体供給穴の方へ突出した構造体を含むこと、
前記流体吐出ダイの前記流体吐出チャンバを介した第1の流体再循環通路と、
前記ダイ支持体の前記突出した構造体の周りの第2の流体再循環通路とを含む、流体吐出デバイス。 - 前記第1の流体再循環流体通路と連絡する第1の流体再循環要素を更に含む、請求項5に記載の流体吐出デバイス。
- 前記第2の流体再循環通路と連絡する第2の流体再循環要素を更に含む、請求項5に記載の流体吐出デバイス。
- 前記本体が、成形された本体を含み、前記流体吐出ダイが前記成形された本体へ成形される、請求項5に記載の流体吐出デバイス。
- 前記突出した構造体が前記ダイ支持体と一体的に形成される、請求項5に記載の流体吐出デバイス。
- 前記突出した構造体が、前記ダイ支持体に追加される、請求項5に記載の流体吐出デバイス。
- 流体吐出デバイスを動作させる方法であって、
流体供給穴を介して流体吐出ダイに流体を供給し、前記流体吐出ダイが流体の小滴を吐出し、
前記流体吐出ダイ内で流体を再循環し、前記流体供給穴を介して前記流体吐出ダイに供給された流体を再循環することを含み、
前記流体吐出ダイを支持する本体内で流体を再循環し、前記流体供給穴への及び前記流体供給穴からの流体を再循環することを含むことを含む、方法。 - 前記流体吐出ダイ内で流体を再循環することが、前記流体吐出ダイの流体吐出チャンバを介して流体を再循環することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記本体内で流体を再循環することが、前記本体に形成された流体供給スロットを介して流体を再循環することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記本体内で流体を再循環することが、前記流体供給スロットの中へ前記流体供給穴の方へ突出した構造体の端部の周りに流体を再循環することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記流体吐出ダイ内で流体を再循環すること及び前記本体内で流体を再循環することが共に、前記流体供給穴を介して流体を再循環することを行う、請求項11に記載の方法。
