Abstract
Description

− その壁部が柔軟な膨張可能材料で作製されているバルーン本体と、
− バルーン本体内に流体を導入して、圧力下で膨張させるための膨張開口部と、
− 腔所の生体組織および/またはこの腔所内に存在する生体液の、生物学的量を測定するための少なくとも1つの装置と、
を含んでおり、測定装置は、
− バルーン本体の壁部の外面に取り付けられ、測定された生物学的量を検知する電気測定信号を供給するように設計された外部センサと、
− バルーン本体の内部に位置し、電気測定信号を処理して、生物学的量の少なくとも1つの測定値を提供するように設計された処理装置を含む内部モジュールと、を含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (10)
- 人間または動物の体の腔所に収縮状態で挿入され、次いで、この腔所内で膨張されて、腔所を圧迫することを意図した、膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)であって、
− その壁部(14)が柔軟な膨張可能材料で作製されているバルーン本体(12)と、
− 前記バルーン本体(12)内に流体を導入して、圧力下で膨張させるための膨張開口部(22)と、
− 前記腔所の生体組織および/またはこの腔所内に存在する生体液の、生物学的量を測定するための少なくとも1つの装置(31)と、
を含んだ膨張可能な医療用バルーンにおいて、前記測定装置(31)は、
− 前記バルーン本体(12)の壁部(14)の外面(44)に取り付けられ、測定された生物学的量を検知する電気測定信号を供給するように設計された外部センサ(42)と、
− 前記バルーン本体(12)の内部に位置し、電気測定信号を処理して、前記生物学的量の少なくとも1つの測定値を提供するように設計された処理装置(52)を含む内部モジュール(48)と、
を含む、ことを特徴とする膨張可能な医療用バルーン。 - 前記外部センサ(42)は、前記バルーン本体(12)の壁部(14)を通して形成された道管(62)を通過する1つまたは複数の電気ワイヤ(60)によって、電気測定信号を前記内部モジュール(48)に送信する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 密封材料(64)が、前記道管(62)を塞いでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 前記密封材料(62)は、前記センサ(42)を、前記バルーン本体(12)の壁部(14)の外面(44)に取り付ける接着剤を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 前記内部モジュール(48)は、前記バルーン本体(12)の壁部(14)の内面(50)に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 前記密封材料(62)は、前記内部モジュール(48)を、前記バルーン本体(12)の壁部(14)の内面(50)に取り付ける接着剤を含む、ことを特徴とする、共に用いられた請求項3および5に記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 前記内部モジュール(48)は、前記生物学的量の測定値を、前記膨張可能なバルーン(10)が挿入された人間または動物の体の外部に位置する装置に伝送するように設計された無線通信装置(54)をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 前記内部モジュール(48)は、前記生物学的量の測定値を記憶するためのメモリ(56)をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 前記外部センサ(42)は、前記バルーン本体(12)の壁部(14)の外面(44)に印刷されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
- 前記バルーン本体(12)は、膨張された際に、人間または動物の体の鼻腔(32)の内部形状に従うように事前形成されている、ことを特徴とする、耳鼻咽喉科または脳神経外科で使用するための、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の膨張可能な医療用バルーン(10)。
