Description
Claims (20)
- 流体デバイスの流体入口に接続された2つ以上の流体プライムチャネルと、
関連する前記流体プライムチャネルと前記流体入口との間の流れを制御するために、各流体プライムチャネルに動作可能に関連付けられた流量制御バルブと、
前記流体デバイスの流体出口に接続された1つ以上の出口チャネルと、
前記流体出口と関連する出口チャネルとの間の流れを制御するために、各出口チャネルと動作可能に関連付けられた流量制御バルブと、
を備える装置。 - 各流量制御バルブは、ピンチバルブまたは空気圧作動エラストマーバルブである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体入口および前記流体出口をバイパスするバイパスチャネルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流体は、圧力差により前記装置および前記デバイスを通って移動する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- すべてではないが、少なくとも2つの流体プライムチャネルが、前記流体入口の前で合流する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流体デバイスの流体入口に接続された2つ以上の流体プライムチャネルのそれぞれに異なる流体を貯蔵することと、ここで、各流体プライムチャネルに動作可能に関連付けられた流量制御バルブが、関連付けられた流体プライムチャネルと前記流体入口との間の流れを制御し、
2つ以上の流体プライムチャネルのうちの第1のチャネル内の第1の流体の少なくとも一部を前記流体入口に移動させることと、
前記第1の流体を、前記流体デバイスの流体出口を通して、前記流体出口に接続された出口チャネルに移動することと、ここで、前記出口チャネルと動作可能に関連付けられた流量制御バルブは、前記流体出口と前記出口チャネルとの間の流れを制御し、
前記第1および第2流体プライムチャネルを前記流体入口に接続する共有流体プライムチャネルを通じて2つ以上の前記流体プライムチャネルのうちの第2のものの中の第2の流体の少なくとも一部を移動させ、共有流体プライムチャネルを洗い流すことと、
前記第2の流体プライムチャネル内の前記第2の流体の少なくとも一部を前記流体入口に移動させることと、を含む方法。 - 前記第2の流体を、前記流体出口を通して前記出口チャネルに移動させることをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の流体の少なくとも一部を、流体出口を通して前記出口チャネルから前記デバイス内に移動させることをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流体を前記流体入口に移動させる前に、ある量の空気を前記流体入口に引き込んで、前記第2の流体を前記第1の流体から分離することをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の流体を移動させることは、前記流体プライムチャネルに圧力差を加えることを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- プレートの表面に直交する回転軸を中心に回転可能なプレートと、
各区画が前記プレートを貫通して形成された流体出口ポートを有する、前記プレート上に配置された複数の流体区画と、を備え、ここで、前記複数の流体区画の前記流体出口ポートは前記回転軸から共通の半径方向距離に配置され、各出口ポートは、前記プレートが前記回転軸の周りを回転するときに、流体デバイスの流体入口と整列するように配置される、装置。 - 前記プレートは円形であり、前記流体区画は前記プレートの周囲に広がる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記プレートは、長方形環状体形状である、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流体区画を覆う蓋をさらに備え、前記蓋は、前記流体出口ポートからの流体の流れを制御するためのバルブを開閉するためのバルブアクチュエータを含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記プレートは円形であり、前記流体出口ポートが前記プレートの外周に配置されている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記プレートは円形であり、前記流体出口ポートは、前記プレートの中心点近傍に配置されている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 各流体区画の前記出口ポートと前記流体入口との間にエラストマーシールをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記エラストマーシールは、前記ウェルプレートの底部にオーバーモールドされている、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記回転軸の周りの前記プレートの動力回転をもたらすためのプレート駆動システムをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記プレート駆動システムは、前記プレートの周囲に形成された噛み合う歯車の歯と係合する電動駆動ギアを含む、請求項18に記載の装置。
