Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、第一実施形態に係るガラス板梱包体1(以下、梱包体1と表記)は、ガラス板2と保護シート3とが交互に重ね合わされてなる積層体4と、積層体4を積載する製品積載用パレット5と、製品積載用パレット5を下方から支持する緩衝パレット6とを備えている。本実施形態においては、積層体4に含まれた複数枚のガラス板2が平置き姿勢で積載されている。
以下、第二実施形態に係るガラス板梱包体について説明する。なお、第二実施形態の説明において、上記の第一実施形態で説明済みの要素と実質的に同一の要素については、第二実施形態の説明で参照する図面に同一の符号を付すことで重複する説明を省略し、第一実施形態との相違点についてのみ説明する。

Claims (7)
- 複数枚のガラス板を含む積層体と、前記積層体を積載する金属製の製品積載用パレットとを備えたガラス板梱包体であって、
前記製品積載用パレットを下方から支持する緩衝パレットを更に備え、
前記緩衝パレットが木製又は樹脂製であることを特徴とするガラス板梱包体。 - 平面視で、前記緩衝パレットの外周端部が前記製品積載用パレットの外周端部から食み出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス板梱包体。
- 前記製品積載用パレットと前記緩衝パレットとの相互間に介在する弾性部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス板梱包体。
- 前記製品積載用パレットと前記緩衝パレットとが固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラス板梱包体。
- 前記緩衝パレットが木製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガラス板梱包体。
- 前記複数枚のガラス板が平置き姿勢で積載されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のガラス板梱包体。
- 前記複数枚のガラス板が縦置き姿勢で積載されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のガラス板梱包体。
