Description

本願発明は、透明クレンジング料に関する。 The present invention relates to a transparent cleansing agent.

Cosmetics contain many substances having various properties such as various physiologically active ingredients and oily ingredients. Surfactants are blended as necessary components for keeping these components having various properties stable. Surfactants gather at the interface of water and oil, water and air, water and powder, etc. to make them familiar, and also exhibit actions such as emulsification, foaming, adsorption, wetting, and dispersion.
A water-based cleansing agent (water-type cleansing agent) that contains a surfactant to remove makeup stains and oily makeup stains on the skin, and dissolves oily ingredients. Both oil-based cleansing agents (oil-type cleansing agents) that remove makeup stains are on the market.

In recent years, oil-type cleansing agents (oil-based cleansing agents) have become the mainstream of cleansing agents. Oil-based cleansing agents generally have excellent cleansing performance for makeup cosmetics such as lip colors and foundations, but tend to be inferior to water-based cleansing agents in their ability to remove film-forming mascara. In addition, it has been pointed out that it takes a long time to rinse and the oil remains on the skin, resulting in a slimy feeling.
On the other hand, it has been pointed out that the water-based cleansing agent is excellent in rinsing, but is inferior in cleansing power to makeup cosmetics having excellent durability (makeup retention effect) such as waterproof type.
In order to solve such a problem, a cleansing agent that is a transparent liquid while coexisting with oil and water has been proposed. Since these cleansing agents contain oil, they are excellent in cleansing performance for makeup, and on the other hand, they also contain water, so that they are excellent in washability, and both good cleansing performance and wash-out performance can be achieved at the same time. Technologies related to transparent cleansing agents containing water and oil can be broadly divided into four types. That is, a) a type with a large amount of oil and a small amount of water, b) a type with a small amount of oil and a large amount of water, c) a type with a large amount of both oil and water, and a type with a small amount of both oil and water and a large amount of surfactant or polyol. ,.

これらのタイプのクレンジング料については、多数の組成が開示されているが、次のような特徴と問題点が知られている。
a)油が多く、水が少ないタイプ(特許文献1、特許文献2参照)のクレンジング料は、水が15質量%以下で油が占める割合が高いため、性能としては油性クレンジング料に近い特徴を持ち、メイクに対するクレンジング性能が高い反面、洗い流し易さに問題があることが指摘されている。
Many compositions of these types of cleansing agents have been disclosed, but the following features and problems are known.
a) The cleansing agent of the type with a large amount of oil and a small amount of water (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2) has a characteristic similar to that of an oil-based cleansing agent in terms of performance because the proportion of oil is high when water is 15% by mass or less. It has been pointed out that while it has high cleansing performance for makeup, it has a problem in ease of washing.

b)油が少なく、水が多いタイプ(特許文献3、特許文献4参照)のクレンジング料は、油剤の配合量が10質量%以下となり水が占める割合が高いため、性能としては水性クレンジングに近い特徴を持ち、洗い流し易さに優れる反面、クレンジング性能が劣ることが指摘されている。 b) The cleansing agent of the type with less oil and more water (see Patent Documents 3 and 4) has an oil content of 10% by mass or less and a high proportion of water, so its performance is close to that of water-based cleansing. It has been pointed out that it has characteristics and is easy to wash off, but its cleansing performance is inferior.

c) The cleansing agent of the type containing a large amount of both oil and water (see Patent Documents 5 and 6) contains a high amount of nonionic surfactant in order to maintain stability in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature. Alternatively, a monohydric alcohol having 2 to 5 carbon atoms, a dihydric alcohol such as butylene glycol or dipropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol or polypropylene glycol, or a compound derivative thereof is blended as a surfactant. However, if these ingredients are mixed in a high amount, there is a concern of irritation to the skin, dryness, and eye irritation during use, and there is a problem that the moisturizing feeling after washing is impaired.

d)油と水の両方が少なく、界面活性剤またはポリオールが多いタイプ(特許文献7、特許文献8)のクレンジング料は、主成分がノニオン界面活性剤またはポリオールである。これらの成分を配合すると、肌に対する安全性と使用時ののびが重くなることなどが問題点として指摘されている。 d) The cleansing agent of the type (Patent Documents 7 and 8) in which both oil and water are low and the surfactant or polyol is high is mainly a nonionic surfactant or polyol. It has been pointed out that the combination of these ingredients causes problems such as safety to the skin and heavy spread during use.

Further, the inventor of the present application has proposed a cleansing oil which is an oil-type cleansing agent but whose detergency does not decrease even if water is mixed during cleansing (Patent Document 9). This cleansing agent has a feature that it has a fine emulsified particle size at the time of rinsing and does not leave an oily slimy feeling. The cleansing agent is composed of A component: a diester of a branched fatty acid having 14 or more and 22 carbon atoms and polyglycerin, a diester of an unsaturated fatty acid having 14 or more and 22 carbon atoms and polyglycerin, or both, B. Ingredients: An ester of a fatty acid having 6 or more and 10 or less carbon atoms and polyglycerin, and the ratio of the degree of polymerization of polyglycerin to the number of bonds of fatty acid (= degree of polymerization of polyglycerin / number of bonds of fatty acid) is 2.0 or more. 4.0 or less, C component: 1 or 2 selected from the group consisting of diester oil of dihydric alcohol and branched fatty acid, triester oil of glycerin and branched fatty acid, and diester oil of dicarboxylic acid and branched aliphatic alcohol. As described above, D component: contains a hydrophilic compound. This cleansing agent quickly reduces the residual feeling of oil by rinsing after cleansing, but it is considered necessary to further reduce the residual feeling of oil for the refreshing effect of washing. In addition, since it is an oil-type cleansing agent, there is a problem in its cleansing ability with respect to a film-type make-up cosmetic.

In order to reduce the cleaning effect of the cleansing agent and the residual feeling of the oil contained in the cleansing agent containing the oil component after washing with water on the skin, a type of cleansing agent in which oil and water coexist is effective. However, in addition to the problems described in the above-mentioned prior art, when both water and oil are contained, cloudiness and separation occur, and the aesthetic appearance and performance as a cosmetic are often impaired. Further, even if it is transparent at room temperature, it may become cloudy or separate when stored for a long period of time in a high temperature or low temperature state, and a stable transparent cleansing agent in a wide temperature range has been required.
In addition, with the launch of various types of makeup cosmetics, consumers have a wide range of choices, and it has become impossible to remove makeup satisfactorily with a single cleansing agent.
In view of this situation, the present invention is a transparent and stable cleansing agent containing water and oil, which is transparent and stable in a wide temperature range, and has many different types of oily and water-based makeups. To provide a cleansing agent that has high detergency for up cosmetics (for example, lip color, waterproof mascara, film type mascara), reduces the residual feeling of oil components after washing, and is easy to wash off with water. Make it an issue.

Component (E): Water The cleansing agent of the present invention contains 15 to 45% by mass of water as the component (E) in order to obtain a cleaning effect and a washing effect. If the water content is less than 15% by mass, it may be difficult to remove the film-type make-up cosmetics (for example, film-type mascara). When the water content exceeds 45% by mass, the cleansing power for makeup cosmetics having excellent durability (makeup lasting effect) such as waterproof type makeup cosmetics (for example, waterproof type eyeliner) decreases. The fear increases. In the present invention, by setting the component (E) in the range of 15 to 45% by mass, the cleansing agent of the present invention is a make-up cosmetic having a different type (for example, lip liner, waterproof eyeliner, film type mascara). You will be able to drop any of them.
Examples and comparative examples of the cleansing agent of the present invention are shown below, and the features and effects of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the test examples.
1. 1. Effect test method Each cleansing agent of Examples and Comparative Examples was evaluated by the following method.
<Method of confirming stability over time (appearance observation)>
The prepared cleansing agent was filled in a transparent glass bottle with a screw cap having a diameter of 30 mm, and the transparency was evaluated by reading the type of 10 points from the side at room temperature (RT, 25 ° C.). For transparent materials, the uniformity was visually evaluated. In this test, none was transparent or non-uniform. Therefore, the following words are used in the table.
Transparent: Transparent / uniform state
White turbidity: White turbid and opaque (those that do not meet the above-mentioned "transparent" criteria are considered white turbid)
Separation: Separated into two or more phases

The samples that were transparent immediately after preparation were stored in a thermostatic chamber at 5 ° C, 25 ° C, 40 ° C, and 50 ° C.
The stability test was not performed on the sample whose state immediately after preparation was separated, and it was described as "-" in the table. The appearance after storage at each storage temperature for one month was observed at each storage temperature. The wording in the table is as follows.
○: Transparent / uniform state
White turbidity: White turbid and opaque (those that do not meet the above-mentioned "transparent" criteria are considered white turbid)
Separation: Separated into two or more phases
Haze: Transparent, but haze was observed and not uniform. In this test, no sample was found to have "haze".

<Evaluation method of flushing performance (volume standard average diameter)>
The cleansing agent used in the test was diluted with water so as to be 0.1% to prepare an O / W type emulsified composition, and the emulsified particle size in this composition was set to ELSZ-1000 (manufactured by Otsuka Electronics Co., Ltd.). The particle size distribution was measured by the dynamic light scattering method using the above, and the volume-based average diameter was measured. This emulsified particle size (volume-based average diameter) was adopted as an evaluation of washability.
Regarding the relationship between the emulsified particle size and the flushing effect, Japanese Patent No. 6234533 describes the following.
(1) If the emulsified particle size is large, an oily feeling remains on the skin.
(2) If the diameter of the emulsified particles formed when water is added is 300 nm or less, it can be washed off quickly and neatly.
In this test, the following (3) was added by introducing a device capable of measuring the diameter of emulsified particles having a size of 100 nm or less.
(3) If the emulsified particle size is 100 nm or less, it can be washed off more quickly and neatly.
In this test, in order to see the wash-off performance, it is considered that the size of the emulsified particle size can be evaluated as described in (1) to (3) above, and the emulsified particle size (volume-based mean diameter) is tested and evaluated. did. In the table, the numerical values of the emulsified particle size (volume-based average diameter) are shown as they are. In the table, "-" indicates that the measurement has not been performed because the separation or cloudiness occurred immediately after the preparation, or the sample amount was insufficient.

In the same manner, a cleansing agent having the composition of Comparative Examples 6 to 15 (composition in Table 2) was prepared in which the component (D) was not blended and the amount of water of the component (E) was changed. Using Examples 2 and 3 and Comparative Examples 6 to 15, the transparency / uniformity immediately after preparation, the flushing performance (volume-based average diameter), and the change due to storage were tested in the same manner as in Example 1. (D) The evaluation result of the effect of the component combination is shown in the lower part of Table 2.

The cleansing agents of Examples 2 and 3 contained glycerin and polyglycerin-5 as the component (D), and it was possible to prepare a transparent and highly stable cleansing agent.
On the other hand, as shown in Comparative Examples 6 to 13, it was difficult to prepare a transparent and highly stable cleansing agent with BG or DPG. Further, the compositions of Comparative Examples 14 and 15 were compositions using sorbitol or methylgluces-10, which is widely used as a moisturizer, but a cleansing agent that was transparent for a long period of time and had high storage stability could not be prepared.
From the above tests, it was found that glycerin and polyglycerin-5 have a high effect on the transparency and stability of the cleansing agent.

10. Confirmation test of the effect according to the actual usage conditions Using the transparent cleansing agents of Examples 14 and 22 described above, the cleansing power in the scene according to the actual usage conditions was tested. The actual usage means that it is assumed that water will be mixed in by using it in a bathroom or the like. The test method was evaluated according to <Cleansing power evaluation method when mixed with water (cleaning target; lip color)> of the method described above.
In addition, as another actual usage, eyeliner and mascara often remove makeup indoors, so assuming indoor use (use scene where water does not mix), the above-mentioned <cleansing power evaluation Tested and evaluated according to the method (cleansing target; waterproof eyeliner, film type mascara)>. Further, a cleansing agent having the composition of Comparative Examples 35 to 37 was prepared and tested and evaluated in the same manner.
Comparative Example 35 has a composition lacking the B component, the D component, and the E component of the present invention ((A) + (C) match), and Comparative Example 36 has a composition lacking the B component and the E component of the present invention ((A). ) + (C) + (D) match), and Comparative Example 37 has a composition lacking the (A) component, the (B) component, the (D) component, and the (E) component of the present invention ((C) matches). ). In Comparative Examples 35 to 37, an arbitrary component is added to prepare a transparent cleansing agent. Polyglyceryl-20 octaisononanoate, sorbeth-30 tetraoleate, polysorbate 80, and sorbitan oleate contained in Comparative Examples 35 to 37 are surfactants. The composition of Comparative Examples 35 to 37 is a typical composition as a conventional oil-based cleansing agent.
Table 9 below shows the compositions of Examples 14 and 22 and Comparative Examples 35 to 37. Comparative Examples 35 to 37 have a composition (1% by mass or less of water) that does not contain the water of the component (E) at all or substantially does not contain the water of the component (E), and has a composition with respect to the waterproof eyeliner. It is a composition confirmed to have strong detergency. Further, Example 14 is the same as that shown in Table 3 and Example 22 is the same as those shown in Table 7.

<Cleansing power when mixed with water (cleaning target; lip color)>
FIG. 1 shows the cleaning rate (%) when 40 to 100% by mass of water is added to 100% by mass of each cleansing agent of Example 22, Comparative Example 35, and Comparative Example 37. In addition, Example 14 and Comparative Example 36 were not tested.
In Example 22, the amount of the oil agent and the amount of the surfactant of the component (C) (the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B)) are the amount of the oil agent and the surface activity of the component (C) in the compositions of Comparative Examples 35 and 37. Despite being smaller than the amount of the agent, it had the same cleansing performance as Comparative Example 35 even when water was mixed. Further, in Comparative Example 37, a remarkable decrease in cleansing performance was observed due to the mixing of water.

図2に示す通り、油性メイクのウォータープルーフタイプアイライナーに対して、実施例14および実施例22のクレンジング料は、(C)成分の油剤量、界面活性剤量((A)成分と(B)成分の合計量)が、比較例35、36、37の(C)成分の油剤量、界面活性剤量と比べて少ないにも関わらず強い洗浄効果を示した。この洗浄効果は、油性クレンジング料である比較例35〜37と同等か又はそれ以上のクレンジング性能を有していた。
<Evaluation of cleansing power (cleaning target; waterproof type eyeliner, film type mascara)>
(1) Evaluation of Cleansing Force for Waterproof Eyeliner FIG. 2 shows the evaluation results of the cleansing agents having the compositions of Examples 14, 22, and Comparative Examples 35 to 37 for the waterproof eyeliner.
As shown in FIG. 2, for the waterproof type eyeliner of oil-based makeup, the cleansing agents of Examples 14 and 22 are the amount of the oil agent of the component (C), the amount of the surfactant (component (A) and (B). ) The total amount of the components) was smaller than the amount of the oil agent and the surfactant of the component (C) of Comparative Examples 35, 36 and 37, but showed a strong cleaning effect. This cleaning effect had a cleansing performance equal to or better than that of Comparative Examples 35 to 37, which is an oil-based cleansing agent.

(2) Evaluation of Cleansing Power for Film-Type Mascara FIG. 3 shows the evaluation results of the cleansing power of the cleansing agents having the compositions of Examples 14, 22, and Comparative Examples 35 to 37 for the film-type mascara.
Examples 14 and 22 of the present invention showed a strong cleansing effect on the film-type mascara forming the film. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 35 to 37, which are conventional oil-based cleansing agents, had extremely weak detergency with respect to the film type mascara. Example 14 contains 35% by mass of water, and Example 22 contains 30% by mass of water. It is considered that this exerted a strong detergency against the film type mascara.

<洗い流し性能(体積基準平均径)>
実施例14、実施例22、比較例35、比較例36、比較例37のクレンジング料の0.1質量%水溶液の乳化粒子の体積基準平均径測定結果を下記表10に示す。体積基準平均径測定値が11438nmと非常に大きかった比較例37を除いた実施例14、22、比較例35、36について、体積基準平均径測定値をグラフ化して図4に示した。
<Rinse performance (volume standard average diameter)>
Table 10 below shows the volume-based mean diameter measurement results of the emulsified particles of the 0.1% by mass aqueous solution of the cleansing agent of Example 14, Example 22, Comparative Example 35, Comparative Example 36, and Comparative Example 37. The volume-based average diameter measured values of Examples 14 and 22, and Comparative Examples 35 and 36, excluding Comparative Example 37, which had a very large volume-based average diameter measurement value of 11438 nm, were graphed and shown in FIG.

As is clear from Table 10 and FIG. 4, except that the emulsified particle size (volume-based average diameter) of Comparative Example 37 was 11438 nm, all of them were 300 nm or less, which can be evaluated as a level that can be washed away quickly and neatly. .. Of these, Examples 14 and 22 have an emulsified particle size (volume-based mean diameter) of 100 nm or less, have a very fine particle size as compared with Comparative Examples 35 to 37, and are washed away more quickly. I decided that I could do it.
Since the emulsified particle size (volume-based average diameter) of Examples 1 to 2 described above is approximately 100 nm or less and 140.9 nm at the maximum (Example 23), the cleansing agent having the configuration of the present invention is washed away. It can be judged that the properties are superior to those of general oil-based cleansing agents.

As described above, the cleansing agent of the present invention has water resistance equivalent to that of the conventional water-resistant cleansing oil in a test according to actual use, and is used for a lip color typical as an oil-based makeup cosmetic. It had the same cleansing performance as the conventional cleansing oil (Example 22 and Comparative Example 35 in FIG. 1).
In addition, it had the same or better cleansing performance as conventional cleansing oils for waterproof type cosmetics (for example, waterproof type eyeliner), which are considered to be difficult to remove with general oil-based cleansing agents (for example, waterproof type eyeliner). Figure 2). Further, it has been clarified that the cleansing agent of the present invention has high cleansing performance as compared with the film type mascara which has been difficult to remove with the conventional cleansing oil (Fig. 3).
Further, it is clear from the measurement results of the volume-based average diameter that the cleansing agent having the constitution of the present invention can be easily washed away after cleansing (Tables 10 and 4).

There are various types of makeup cosmetics on the market, the choice of which is left to the taste of the consumer.
Since the transparent cleansing agent having the constitution of the present invention contains water in a stable manner in advance, no matter what type of make-up cosmetics the consumer selects and uses, and which consumer is Even if the cleansing action (makeup remover) was performed in such a usage situation (bathroom where there is a high risk of water contamination / indoor where there is no risk of water contamination), a stable and excellent cleansing effect could always be obtained. ..
In the conventional technology, for example, for eye makeup that is difficult to remove, it is necessary to take complicated makeup actions such as removing makeup with a special cleansing agent to remove it and removing makeup with another cleansing agent for the entire face. .. In other words, it was natural for consumers to have multiple cleansing agents according to the type of makeup cosmetics they liked. However, if it is a cleansing agent having the constitution of the present invention, it is possible to remove different types of makeup cosmetics with one cleansing agent. This effect has not been considered in the cleansing agent of the prior art, and the invention of the present application that has achieved it is epoch-making.
Next, optional components (cyanocobalamine with coloring effect, (chlorophyllin / copper) complex, BG, other surfactants, rosemary extract as a moisturizing component), and component (C) (orange) that also scents the product. Examples 33 to 36 in which fruit skin oil and rosemary leaf oil) are blended are shown. The unit is mass%. Prepared by a conventional method.

As shown in Examples 33 to 36 of Table 11, the cleansing agent having the constitution of the present invention was transparent and temperature stable. In addition, the emulsified particle size (volume-based average diameter) was 300 nm or less, which can be evaluated as a level that can be washed away quickly and cleanly. When the cleansing charges of Examples 33 to 36 were passed to 20 female monitors and a home use test was conducted, no dissatisfaction was found with the cleansing ability, and the opinion column showed film type mascara and waterproof type. The eyeliner, foundation, and lipstick all fell off well, which was highly evaluated.
