Claims (9)
- 車両用プログラムの更新を実行する車両用制御装置であって、
車両とは別の車外装置から無線通信を介して受信した更新用プログラムを用いて前記車両用プログラムの更新を実行するプログラム更新部と、
前記車両用プログラムの更新を実行する要求が有る場合には、前記更新の実行中に消費される電力量である更新時消費電力量を供給する車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の低下を抑制する制御を実行する残量低下抑制部と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用制御装置。 - 前記車両用プログラムの更新を実行する要求が有る場合には、前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量が、前記更新を実行する際に必要となる前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量である、前記更新時消費電力量が確保された更新時必要残電力量以上であるか否かを判定する残量判定部を更に含み、
前記残量低下抑制部は、前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量が前記更新時必要残電力量未満であると判定された場合に、前記残電力量の低下を抑制する制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記残量判定部は、前記車両の走行経路及び運転者の操作に応じて変化する前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の推定値を算出するものであり、
前記残量判定部は、前記車両用プログラムの更新の開始時点における前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の推定値を、前記更新時必要残電力量との比較に用いる前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量として算出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記残量判定部は、前記更新用プログラムにおけるデータ更新量に基づいて、前記更新時消費電力量の推定値を算出すると共に、前記車両用プログラムの更新を実行する要求が無い通常時に必要となる前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量である通常時必要残電力量に前記更新時消費電力量の推定値を加算した値を前記更新時必要残電力量として算出することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記残量低下抑制部は、前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の目標値を前記通常時必要残電力量から前記更新時必要残電力量へ変更し、前記残電力量が前記目標値以上となるように制御することで、前記残電力量の低下を抑制する制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記残量低下抑制部は、前記車両用蓄電装置の出力電力により駆動される車両用電動機の出力トルクを用いて走行するモータ走行を禁止するか又は前記モータ走行の領域を制限することで、前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の低下を抑制する制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記残量低下抑制部は、前記車両用プログラムの更新を実行する要求が無い場合に比べて、前記車両用蓄電装置を充電可能な車両用発電機の発電電力を増加させることで、前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の低下を抑制する制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記残量低下抑制部は、車両用動力源であり且つ前記車両用蓄電装置を充電する電力を発電させるように車両用発電機を駆動するエンジンの運転を一時的に停止するアイドリングストップ制御を禁止することで、前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の低下を抑制する制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記プログラム更新部は、前記車両の停止中であり、且つ、前記車両が駆動トルクを発生し得ない状態であるときに、前記車両用プログラムの更新を実行するものであり、
前記残量低下抑制部は、前記車両用プログラムの更新を実行する要求が有った後、且つ、前記車両用プログラムの更新の開始前において、前記車両用蓄電装置の残電力量の低下を抑制する制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
