Description
Claims (15)
- サイクロイドディスクと、サイクロイドディスクの外側を周回するピン歯ハウジングと、サイクロイドディスクとピン歯ハウジングとの間に介在したピン歯ユニットとを備えるピン歯サイクロイド減速機であって、前記ピン歯ユニットが、ピン歯ハウジングの内側円周方向に沿って均一に分布した伝動ローラを複数有するピン歯サイクロイド減速機において、
前記伝動ローラは、スチールベルトまたはスチールワイヤを螺旋状に密に巻き付けて形成された中空ローラを備え、前記中空ローラのその軸方向に沿う両端が押圧されたときに、前記中空ローラの長さは、変化しないことを特徴とするピン歯サイクロイド減速機。 - 前記中空ローラの管壁の厚さは、前記中空ローラの外径の1/4〜1/6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピン歯サイクロイド減速機。
- 前記中空ローラの外径は、1.5mm〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピン歯サイクロイド減速機。
- 前記伝動ローラは、前記中空ローラ内に位置する内芯体を更に備え、前記中空ローラの内壁面と前記内芯体の外壁面との間には、中空ローラを弾性変形させる隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピン歯サイクロイド減速機。
- 前記内芯体は、中実柱体または螺旋ばねであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のピン歯サイクロイド減速機。
- 前記内芯体は、螺旋ばねであり、前記螺旋ばねと前記スチールベルトまたは前記スチールワイヤとの螺旋方向は、逆であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のピン歯サイクロイド減速機。
- 前記伝動ローラは、前記中空ローラと前記内芯体とを接着するための弾性接着剤を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のピン歯サイクロイド減速機。
- 伝動装置に用いられる伝動ローラであって、
前記伝動ローラは、スチールベルトまたはスチールワイヤを螺旋状に密に巻き付けて形成された中空ローラを備え、前記中空ローラのその軸方向に沿う両端が押圧されたときに、前記中空ローラの長さは、変化しないことを特徴とする伝動ローラ。 - 前記中空ローラの管壁の厚さは、前記中空ローラの外径の1/4〜1/6であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の伝動ローラ。
- 前記中空ローラの外径は、1.5mm〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の伝動ローラ。
- 前記伝動ローラは、前記中空ローラ内に位置する内芯体を更に備え、前記中空ローラの内壁面と前記内芯体の外壁面との間には、中空ローラを弾性変形させる隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の伝動ローラ。
- 前記内芯体は、中実柱体または螺旋ばねであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の伝動ローラ。
- 前記内芯体は、螺旋ばねであり、前記螺旋ばねと前記スチールベルトまたは前記スチールワイヤとの螺旋方向は、逆であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の伝動ローラ。
- 前記伝動ローラは、前記中空ローラと前記内芯体とを接着するための弾性接着剤を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の伝動ローラ。
- 間隔を空けて設けられる外軸受輪と内軸受輪、および、外軸受輪と内軸受輪の間に均一に設けられる複数のローラを備える軸受であって、
前記ローラは、請求項8から14の何れか一項に記載の伝動ローラであることを特徴とする軸受。
