態の治療器具1を用いると、骨癒合中に、後外側欠損に伴う骨頭旋回や遷延癒合などの合併症のリスクを軽減することができるので、良好に大腿骨転子部骨折を治療することができるうえ、欠損した後外側骨片104が主骨部105に接合されるまで両者を互いに離れることなく固定できるので、両者の癒合が阻害されることがなく良好な整復位を維持することができる。また、髄内釘10の施術時にも、プレート2により欠損した後外側骨片104を主骨部105に固定することができ、髄内釘10の埋め込み前から埋め込み完了までの間、後外側骨片104の整復位を維持することができるので、カンシによる仮固定の必要がない。第1実施形態の治療器具1はカンシのようにハンドルがないので、髄内釘10の施術時の術野を邪魔せず、また、治療器具1を体内に挿入するために切開する皮膚の大きさを小さくすることができる。

Claims (15)
- 長管骨の骨折の治療に使用される治療器具であって、
弾性を有するプレートからなり、
前記プレートは、湾曲した形状を呈する又は湾曲可能であり、前記湾曲を拡げた変形により生じる復元力によって骨折部分を一方から押さえる押圧部を少なくとも1つ備える、治療器具。 - 前記押圧部は、前記プレートの幅方向の一端側に設けられている、請求項1に記載の治療器具。
- 前記プレートは、前記押圧部を複数備え、複数の前記押圧部は、前記プレートの幅方向に間隔をあけて配される複数のアームの先端にそれぞれ備えられている、請求項2に記載の治療器具。
- 前記プレートは、幅方向の他端側に、前記湾曲を拡げた変形により生じる復元力によって骨折部分を他方から押さえて前記押圧部とで把持する第2押圧部を少なくとも1つ備える、請求項2又は3に記載の治療器具。
- 前記押圧部及び前記第2押圧部は、先端に内向きに突き出たフックを含む、請求項4に記載の治療器具。
- 前記押圧部のフックは、90°を超えて内向きに折れ曲がる、請求項5に記載の治療器具。
- 前記第2押圧部のフックは、90°で内向きに折れ曲がる、請求項5又は6に記載の治療器具。
- 前記プレートは、幅方向と平行な中心軸線に対して上下対称である、請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の治療器具。
- 前記プレートは、長手形状を呈し、
前記プレートには、少なくとも前記押圧部以外の領域に貫通孔が少なくとも1つ形成されている、請求項1に記載の治療器具。 - 前記プレートには、全域にわたって複数の貫通孔が間隔をあけて均一に形成されている、請求項9に記載の治療器具。
- 前記押圧部は、前記プレートの他の部分よりも厚みが大きい、請求項9又は10に記載の治療器具。
- 前記押圧部は、前記プレートの長手方向の一端部が折り重ねられてなる、請求項11に記載の治療器具。
- 前記プレートは、前記押圧部から長手方向の他端部に向けて上端縁が低く傾斜している、請求項9~12のいずれか一項に記載の治療器具。
- 請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の治療器具であって、
大腿骨転子部骨折又は転子下骨折の治療に使用され、
前記押圧部は、前記湾曲を拡げた変形により生じる復元力によって大腿骨の転子部を後
方から押さえる、治療器具。 - 前記第2押圧部は、前記湾曲を拡げた変形により生じる復元力によって大腿骨の転子部を前方から押さえる、請求項4~8のいずれかを引用する請求項14に記載の治療器具。
