Description

The present invention relates to scissors, which are cutting tools.

Conventional scissors do not have the ability to illuminate the object to be cut.

However, when using scissors in the dark, it is necessary to illuminate the target.

It would be nice if grounding and other lighting fixtures would suffice, but if that wasn't possible, one hand would be occupied by holding the lighting equipment.

As a remedy for this, the scissors are equipped with a lighting device to illuminate the cutting edge of the scissors.

There are already scissors that are simply equipped with a lighting device, but there are still no scissors designed to illuminate the cutting edge of the scissors themselves or the object to be cut.

According to the present invention, if the hand holding the scissors can also serve as a light source, the other hand can be freed to hold an object or can be used for other purposes at the same time, thereby improving work efficiency and accuracy. Examples of possible usage scenes include, but are not limited to, nose hair trimming, disaster sites, and the like.

The problem to be solved is that one hand is blocked by holding the light when using the scissors in the dark.

The main feature of the present invention is that it has a function of illuminating an object with only one hand using scissors.

The manufacturing method is simply to equip the scissors with an illumination device so as to illuminate the object. The electric circuit related to the lighting can be made with a basic and simple one. Although conventional scissors may be used to attach the lighting device, the shape of the scissors may be devised so that the lighting device can be easily attached. Lenses and reflectors can be devised to enhance lighting effects, but lenses and reflectors are not essential.

The present invention has the advantage that the user can illuminate the object with only one hand holding the scissors, leaving the other hand free.

This structure is considered to be the simplest. It is a type in which a square LED is attached to a conventional pair of scissors. Although a battery box and a switch are drawn as an example, they can be positioned anywhere and the size of each part can be arbitrary. The electric circuit is omitted because it is a rudimentary circuit that anyone can make without relying on the present invention. (Example 1) This is an example of LED and lens embedded in the blade of scissors. (Example 2) The cutting edge in Fig. 2 is enlarged for clarity.
