測定対象物20と基準対象物21とを準備する工程と、第1測定ユニット31および第2測定ユニット32によって測定対象物20および基準対象物60を測定する工程とを備え、第1測定ユニット31は、第1方向に対向し、測定対象物20までの距離を測定する第1変位計311および第2変位計312を有し、第2測定ユニット32は、第1方向に対向し、基準対象物60までの距離を測定する第3変位計321および第4変位計322を有し、枠状の支持部材35として、第1変位計311および第3変位計321を支持する第1フレーム部351と、第2変位計312および第4変位計322を支持する第2フレーム部352と、第1フレーム部351および第2フレーム部352の両端部同士を接続する第3フレーム部353および第4フレーム部354とを含むものを用いる。

Claims (1)
- 互いに相対する第1被測定面および第2被測定面を有する測定対象物と、互いに相対する第1基準面および第2基準面を有する基準対象物と、を準備する工程と、
枠状の支持部材によって支持された第1測定ユニットおよび第2測定ユニットによって、前記測定対象物および前記基準対象物を測定する工程と、を備え、
前記第1測定ユニットは、第1方向に対向するように配置された第1変位計および第2変位計を有し、
前記第2測定ユニットは、前記第1方向に対向するように配置された第3変位計および第4変位計を有し、
前記第1測定ユニットおよび前記第2測定ユニットは、前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に並んだ状態で前記枠状の支持部材に支持されており、
前記測定対象物と前記基準対象物とを準備する工程において、前記第1変位計に前記第1被測定面が対向し、前記第2変位計に前記第2被測定面が対向するように前記測定対象物を配置し、かつ、前記第3変位計に前記第1基準面が対向し、前記第4変位計に前記第2基準面が対向するように前記基準対象物を配置し、
前記測定対象物および前記基準対象物を測定する工程は、前記第1被測定面および前記第2被測定面までの距離をそれぞれ前記第1変位計および前記第2変位計によって測定し、かつ、前記第1基準面および前記第2基準面までの距離をそれぞれ前記第3変位計および前記第4変位計によって測定する工程を含み、
前記枠状の支持部材として、前記第1方向の一方側で、前記第1変位計および前記第3変位計を支持する第1フレーム部と、前記第1方向の他方側で、前記第2変位計および前記第4変位計を支持する第2フレーム部と、前記第2方向の一方側において前記第1フレーム部および前記第2フレーム部の端部同士を接続する第3フレーム部と、前記第2方向の他方側において前記第1フレーム部および前記第2フレーム部の端部同士を接続する第4フレーム部とを含むものを用いる、測定方法。
