図6は、実施形態3の係止体を示す。以下、実施形態3の吊り金具用脱落防止金具については、上記実施形態2と異なる係止体30のみの説明とし、共通部分の説明は省略する。実施形態3の係止体30は、実施形態2と同様に薄鋼板を略L字状に屈曲して、係止片31と固定片32とを形成する。係止片31には、連結ボルト40の軸部42が前記固定片32の上面に載置される高さ位置に透孔33を形成し、前記係止片31には内側に向かって突出し、且つ、前記透孔33の上端とほぼ同じ高さ位置にその上端が形成された突出片24を設ける(図6(ロ)参照)。
前記固定片32には端部から下方に延出するように折り曲げて形成した支持片35を設ける。支持片35により吊り金具Aの開口端部に広く当接することができるので、溝形鋼Bの垂直フランジB2に当接する係止片31と共に、反力の支点としてより安定して固定することができる。
(Embodiment 3)
Fig. 6 shows a locking body of embodiment 3. The following description of the anti-disengagement fitting for a hanging fitting of embodiment 3 will focus on the locking body 30, which is different from embodiment 2, and will omit a description of the common parts. The locking body 30 of embodiment 3 is formed by bending a thin steel plate into a substantially L-shape, as in embodiment 2, to form a locking piece 31 and a fixed piece 32. A through hole 33 is formed in the locking piece 31 at a height position where the shaft 42 of a connecting bolt 40 is placed on the upper surface of the fixed piece 32, and a protruding piece 24 is provided in the locking piece 31, which protrudes inward and has its upper end formed at a height position substantially the same as the upper end of the through hole 33 (see Fig. 6(b)).
The fixed piece 32 is provided with a support piece 35 formed by bending it so as to extend downward from its end. The support piece 35 can make contact with a wide area of the open end of the hanging hardware A, and together with the locking piece 31 which abuts against the vertical flange B2 of the channel steel B, it can be fixed more stably as a fulcrum for the reaction force.

図7、8は、実施形態3を吊り金具Aに取付けた状態であり、実施形態1で説明した通り、吊り金具Aは、水平方向に延びる溝形鋼Bの水平フランジB1に開口を挿入し、締付ボルトA1の締付けにより上下方向から挟持して固定された状態で、係止体30の透孔33に連結ボルト40を挿入し、係止片31が溝形鋼Bの垂直フランジB2の背面に当接した状態で前記連結ボルトの40の端部を前記吊り金具の背面に配置した受止体50の透孔51に挿通させて外側からナット60を締付ける。
その際、連結ボルト40が溝形鋼Bの水平フランジB1の下面に当接するように係止体30を上方へ押し付けることで、図8中の斜線部に示すように、連結ボルト40の頭部41の上側が係止片11を介して垂直フランジB2に重なった状態とする。
ナット60を回転させて締付ける際には、突出片34が溝形鋼Bの水平フランジB1の下面に当接することで係止体30との共回りを防ぐことができ、係止体30を水平に取り付けることができる。
ナット60の締付けにより係止体30は吊り金具Aの方向に引っ張られて、溝形鋼Bの垂直フランジB2に当接する係止片31と、吊り金具Aの開口端面に当接する支持片35が反力の支点となり、より安定して固定することができる。
透孔33の周辺において外側に突出する複数の突起36を、連結ボルト40の六角状の頭部41の6つの側面のうち少なくとも2つの側面と対向する位置に突起36を形成してもよい。突起36を形成することで、ナット60を回転させて締付ける際に、突起36が頭部41に当接して回転を規制し、連結ボルト40が共回りするのを防ぐことができ、より取付けの手間がなくなり容易になる。
前記実施形態1~3として示した係止体10、20、30は薄鋼鈑をプレス加工により一体的に形成することが望ましい。

At that time, the locking body 30 is pressed upward so that the connecting bolt 40 abuts against the underside of the horizontal flange B1 of the channel steel B, so that the upper side of the head 41 of the connecting bolt 40 overlaps the vertical flange B2 via the locking piece 11, as shown in the shaded area in Figure 8.
When the nut 60 is rotated to tighten, the protruding piece 34 abuts against the underside of the horizontal flange B1 of the channel steel B, preventing it from rotating together with the locking body 30, and allowing the locking body 30 to be attached horizontally.
When nut 60 is tightened, the locking body 30 is pulled in the direction of the hanging fitting A, and the locking piece 31 abutting against the vertical flange B2 of the channel steel B and the support piece 35 abutting against the open end face of the hanging fitting A become the fulcrum of the reaction force, allowing the fitting to be fixed more stably.
A plurality of protrusions 36 protruding outward around the through hole 33 may be formed at positions facing at least two of the six side surfaces of the hexagonal head 41 of the connecting bolt 40. By forming the protrusions 36, when the nut 60 is rotated to tighten, the protrusions 36 come into contact with the head 41 to restrict rotation and prevent the connecting bolt 40 from rotating together, making installation easier and less laborious.
The locking bodies 10, 20, and 30 shown in the first to third embodiments are desirably formed integrally from thin steel plates by pressing.

Claims (3)

垂直フランジの正面から水平フランジが延出する形鋼材の該水平フランジを金具本体の開口に挿入して、締付けボルトにより上下方向から挟持して固定する吊り金具の抜出しを防止する吊り金具用脱落防止金具であって、
前記吊り金具に取付ける受止体と、前記形鋼材の垂直フランジに係止する係止体と、該受止体及び該係止体に挿通して緊締する連結ボルトとナットと、を備え、
前記係止体は、前記垂直フランジの背面に係止する係止片と、該係止片から略L型に屈曲してその端部が前記水平フランジに取付けた吊り金具の開口端部に当接する固定片とを有し、
前記係止片は、前記連結ボルトを挿通した際に、該連結ボルトの軸部が前記固定片の上面に載置した状態となる位置に透孔を有することを特徴とする吊り金具用脱落防止金具。
