Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、永久弾性的な材料から一体に成形されたシ
ートトップであって、底部分と、前側と、該前側に向か
い合って位置する後側とが設けられている形式のものに
関する。
このような形式のシートトップはシートに載着される
別個の部分であってよい。しかし、このような形式のシ
ートトップはシートに一体に組み込まれていてもよく、
この場合に前記シートトップはこのシートの上側の層を
成していて、座面のすぐ下に配置されている。もちろ
ん、このようなシートトップはカバー等で覆われていて
よい。
このような形式の公知のシートトップは一般に、比較
的軟らかい座り可能性を提供するために役立つ。このこ
とにより必然的に、負荷過程や負荷消滅過程によって生
ぜしめられるような通風は全く行なわれないか、もしく
は不十分にしか行なわれなくなってしまう。このことは
必然的に、極めて望ましくない外観を伴なう発汗を生ぜ
しめる。このようなシートトップを一層厚く構成するこ
とによってたしかにこのような不都合を解消することが
できるが、しかしこのことはやはり欠点を有している。
すなわち、シートトップが取扱いにくくなってしまう
か、もしくは不本意な座り高さが生じてしまい、このこ
とから不十分な安定性が生ぜしめられる。さらに、この
場合には、特に前方への滑り落ち傾向が著しく現れてし
まう。
本発明の課題は、冒頭で述べた形式のシートトップを
改良して、負荷変動時に十分な通気（通風）を生ぜし
め、したがって発汗なしの座りを可能にすると同時に、
前方への滑り落ちを阻止するようなシートトップを提供
することである。
この課題は請求項１の特徴部に記載の本発明によるシ
ートトップにより解決される。本発明の有利な構成は請
求項２〜５に記載されている。
以下に、本発明によるシートトップの有利な実施例を
図面につき詳しく説明する。
第１図は本発明によるシートトップの斜視図を示して
おり、 第２図は第１図に示したシートトップの側面図を示し
ている。
第１図に示した本発明によるシートトップは40〜100k
g/m3の比重を有する永久弾性的な材料から一体に成形さ
れている。このシートトップは負荷されてない状態で図
示されていて、ほぼ方形の底面を有する底部分１を有し
ている。特に第２図から判かるように、底部分１からは
座り方向に対して横方向に延びる５つのウェブ2,3,4,5,
6が上方に突出している。この場合に、ウェブ2,3は前側
の範囲に、ウェブ４は中央の範囲に、ウェブ5,6は後側
の範囲にそれぞれ配置されている。これらのウェブはほ
ぼ互いに平行に配置されていて、各ウェブの間にウェブ
中間室12を開放している。図示のシートトップの左側が
前側となり、それに対して右側は後側となる。したがっ
て「座り方向」とは、後側から前側に向かう方向を意味
する。ウェブ2,3は前側に向かって傾けられていて、側
方で自由端部に突起7,8を有しており、この突起はほぼ
水平方向で前側に向かって延びている。ウェブ4,5,6は
後側に向かって傾けられていて、同じく側方で自由端部
に突起9,10,11を有しており、この突起はほぼ水平方向
で後側に向かって延びている。前記突起は部分的にウェ
ブ中間室12をカバーしていて、第１図から認められるよ
うに上側の自由端部と共に座面13を形成している。
ウェブ２は側方でその上側の自由端部に耳たぶ状の延
長部14を備えている。この延長部は底部分１に達するま
で折曲げられているので、この延長部は底部分１の下面
と同一平面内で合致している。この耳たぶ状の延長部14
の内側には、横方向に延びる複数の支持ウェブ15が設け
られており、この支持ウェブは折曲げによって形成され
た中空室内に延びている。
前記シートトップの使用時に、ウェブ2,3,4,5,6はそ
れぞれ傾斜方向に変形し、この場合、ウェブ2,3は前方
に作用する力を生ぜしめ、ウェブ4,5,6は後方に（背も
たれに向かって）向けられた力を生ぜしめる。このこと
から合成力が生ぜしめられ、この合成力は後方に向けら
れていて、前方への使用者の滑落ちに抗するように作用
している。さらにそれと同時に、互いに逆方向に向けら
れた力の対に基づき、使用者の前記座面13に載置した衣
服のある程度の緊定が行なわれ、このことは、しわもし
くは折り目の形成を阻止する。
ウェブ中間室12を部分的にカバーしている突起7,8,9,
10,11は前記ウェブの上側の自由端部と共に快適なクッ
ションを生ぜしめて、負荷交番時に最大の通風を、つま
りシートトップひいては特に座面の負荷および負荷消滅
によって形成される通気を可能にする。これによって、
使用者の発汗に基づき生ぜしめられる載着した衣服の湿
りが阻止される。
さらに、座面13は後方に向かって僅かに降下してい
る。すなわち、ウェブ3,4,5,6の鉛直方向の高さが後端
部に向かって僅かに減少しているわけである。このこと
は、著しい後方傾斜を有する公知のシートトップによっ
て得られる座部よりも良好でかつ快適な座部を生ぜしめ
る。前側に向けられた耳たぶ状の延長部14の折曲げと、
横方向に延びる支持ウェブ15の折曲げとに基づき、エル
ゴノミ部分が形成されており、このエルゴノミ部分自体
は同様に良好で実際に疲労なしの座位に寄与している。
ウェブ６をも十分有効にさせるためには、シートトッ
プの後側でウェブ６に対して平行に延びるスペーサビー
ド16が配置されている。このスペーサビードは、ウェブ
６が背もたれに当接してしまい、これによって所望の量
で後方に変形し得なくなってその有効性を失ってしまう
ことを阻止している。ばね特性の補助と通風との目的
で、ウェブ2,3,4,5,6は端面13を形成する表面に溝状の
凹部17を備えており、この場合、この凹部17は互いに平
行に延びている。
前側に向かって傾けられたウェブ2,3を備えた前範囲
は座範囲全体の1/5〜2/5であると有利である。
本発明によるシートヘッドの前記特性に基づき、着座
した使用者の運動（負荷交番）および／またはたとえば
シートトップが車両シートに位置している場合には揺れ
の大きい走行によって、結合組織マッサージもしくはリ
ンパドレナージが行なわれることが容易に判かる。この
ような結合組織マッサージもしくはリンパドレナージは
一般にも、特に車椅子運転者によっても極めて歓迎され
る。
ウェブの数はもちろん可変であり、前記実施例で記載
した数に限定されない。
実際の使用においては、シートトップをカバーに差し
込むと有利である。この場合、カバーは、所望の変形を
可能にするために狭すぎてはならない。

Claims (5)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】永久弾性的な材料から一体に成形されたシ
    ートトップであって、底部分と、前側と、該前側に向か
    い合って位置する後側とが設けられている形式のものに
    おいて、底部分（１）から、互いにほぼ平行にかつ座り
    方向に対して横方向に配置された複数のウェブ（2,3,4,
    5,6）が突出しており、該ウェブのうち前側の範囲に配
    置されたウェブ（2,3）が前側に向かって傾けられてい
    て、中心の範囲と後側の範囲とに配置された残りのウェ
    ブ（4,5,6）が後側に向かって傾けられており、前側に
    向かって傾けられた前記ウェブ（2,3）がその上側の自
    由端部に突起（7,8）を備えており、該突起がほぼ水平
    方向にもしくは底部分（１）に対してほぼ平行に後側に
    向かって延びており、後側に向かって傾けられた前記ウ
    ェブ（4,5,6）が側方でその上側の自由端部に突起（9,1
    0,11）を備えており、該突起がほぼ水平方向にもしくは
    底部分（１）に対してほぼ平行に前側に向かって延びて
    いて、前記全ての突起がウェブ中間室を部分的にカバー
    していて、前記ウェブ（2,3,4,5,6）の上側の自由端部
    と共に座面（13）を形成していることを特徴とする、永
    久弾性的な材料から一体に成形されたシートトップ。
  2. 【請求項２】前側に隣接したウェブ（２）の上側の自由
    端部に側方前方で耳たぶ状の延長部（14）が配置されて
    おり、該延長部が底部分（１）にまで折曲げられてい
    て、底部分（１）の下側と同一平面で合致しており、前
    記耳たぶ状の延長部（14）から、座り方向に対して横方
    向に延びる単数または複数の支持ウェブ（15）が、折曲
    げによって形成された中空室内に延びている、請求項１
    記載のシートトップ。
  3. 【請求項３】後側に隣接したウェブ（６）に、該ウェブ
    に対して平行に延びるスペーサビード（16）が配置され
    ている、請求項１または２記載のシートトップ。
  4. 【請求項４】前記ウェブ（2,3,4,5,6）が前記座面（1
    3）に沿って、互いに平行に延びる溝状の凹部（17）を
    有している、請求項１から３までのいずれか１項記載の
    シートトップ。
  5. 【請求項５】永久弾性的な材料が40〜100kg/m3の比重を
    有している、請求項１から４までのいずれか１項記載の
    シートトップ。
