Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 かやぶき屋根の制作に当たっては、天然の材
料や専門の職人が不足し、完成後もメンテナンスが困難
である。 【解決手段】 実物のかやぶき屋根の表面に模した原型
から雌型をつくりそれに合成樹脂を流し込んで板状屋根
構造材を制作する。これをつなぎ合わせてかやぶき屋根
と同様の形態に成形し、屋根部にとりつける。

【考案の詳細な説明】 【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、かやぶき屋根において使用される天然の素材に代わり、合成樹脂製 で外観上本物と同様の美観の得られる構造材に関わるものである。
【従来の技術】
従来のかやぶき屋根は天然のかやを材料としていた。
【考案が解決しようとする課題】
かやぶき屋根は、材料や専門の職人不足から、制作やその後のメンテナンスが 困難なうえ、他の近代的な建築材料との組合わせが難しかった。
【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本考案における屋根構造材は合成樹脂を素材とす る。実物と同様の素材を使ってかやぶき屋根の表面の形状を模した任意の大きさ の原型をつくる。これをもとに弾力性のある型取り材で雌型をつくり、これに合 成樹脂を流し込み成形する。
【実施例】
屋根構造材は、合成樹脂製であるため自在に切断、接着する事ができるので、 個々の屋根の形状に合わせて容易に加工することができる。
【考案の効果】
本考案において天然のかやを使用しなくても外観上本物と同様の美観が得られ る。また耐久性に優れているのでメンテナンスがほとんどいらないし、着色を変 えるだけで古屋から新築まで表現できる。
