Abstract
【解決手段】機械構造部材である収容部を有するベアリング座と、該ベアリング座に取り付けられるカバー体とを備え、前記ベアリング座は、その表面に少なくとも1つの変形穴を有し、前記カバー体は、外壁面と内壁面を有すると共に、開口端部が設けられ、該開口端部の内面を前記変形穴側のベアリング座の外表面と互いに接合するようにし、接合した状態で押圧変形による結合をするようにした。

Claims (3)
- 機械構造部材である収容部11を有するベアリング座10と、該ベアリング座10に取り付けられるカバー体20とを備え、
前記ベアリング座10は、その表面側に開孔する少なくとも1つの変形穴13を有し、
前記カバー体20は、外壁面と内壁面を有すると共に、開口端部21が設けられ、該開口端部21の内面を前記変形穴13側のベアリング座10の外表面と互いに接合するようにし、接合した状態で押圧変形結合手段によって結合するようにしたことを特徴とする機械構造部材間の押圧変形結合構造。 - 前記ベアリング座10は更に少なくとも1つの端部14を有し、前記変形穴13が該端部14に連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械構造部材間の押圧変形結合構造。
- 前記ベアリング座10は、外表面と収容部11と端部14と変形穴13を有する円筒体であり、前記カバー体20は、外壁面と内壁面と開口端部21を有すると共に、前記ベアリング座10を嵌装する円筒体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機械構造部材間の押圧変形結合構造。
