Abstract

【課題】磨耗塵を除去する事でホイールの美しさを保つディスクブレーキを提供する。
【解決手段】ディスクブレーキのパッドの周囲に不燃繊維材を巻付け接着して磨耗塵を飛散させず集塵する事でホイールの美しさを保つ。ローターが一定方向に多目に回転する為磨耗塵も一方向に片寄る磨耗塵の片寄る所だけブレーキパッドに接着させず空間を作りそこに磨耗塵を収容する事で飛散させず集塵する事ができる。

Description

これはブレーキパッドの周囲に不燃繊維材を巻付け接着したディスクブレーキに関する物です。
ディスクブレーキの摩擦による磨耗塵でホイールを汚し美しさを損なっていた。
考案が解決しょうとする課題
ホイールの汚れを落とす装置は有るが最初から汚れを飛散させない物は無かった。
課題を解決する為の手段
ブレーキパッドの周囲に不燃繊維材を巻付け接着する事で磨耗塵を飛散させず清潔を保つ事が出来る。
ローターが一定方向に多目に回転する為磨耗塵も一方向に片寄る磨耗塵の片寄る所だけブレーキパッドに接着させず空間を作りそこに磨耗塵を収容する事で飛散させず集塵する事ができる。
ディスクブレーキは常に小石、泥、水、等にさらされている。
壊れないようにする為に不燃繊維材の外面部を硬化剤で硬くして対応する。
ブレーキパッドは車種によって大きさが異なるため不燃繊維材の一部を切り離しその間に補助不燃繊維材をその長さに合わせて切りブレーキパッドに接着する事で対応する。
自動車の車輪のディスクブレーキ部分の図でキャリパーを外したブレーキパッド ローター ブレーキパッド周囲を巻いた不燃繊維材を表しています。 ブレーキパッドに巻きつける前の不燃繊維材とブレーキパッドの大きさに合わせる為の補助不燃繊維材を表す。
