Abstract

【課題】基材の合成樹脂製シートが薄くても書類を入れた時に変形せず、保管性が高いファイル台紙を提供する。
【解決手段】基材の合成樹脂製シートが薄くても立ち並べた時に変形しない手段として、ファイル台紙の背表紙の内側面の左右両折線の直近に３０ｍｍ〜６０ｍｍ巾のファイル台紙の基材である合成樹脂製シートと同素材の合成樹脂製シートを帯状にして、超音波シールなどにより固着する事により薄い基材であっても変形せず立ち並べる事が可能となり、さらに省資源ファイル台紙となる。

Description

本考案は省資源なファイル台紙に関する。
従来家庭や職場において使用されている合成樹脂製のファイルの台紙は、全体が１ｍｍ以上であるのが一般的である。これは、ファイルに書類などを収納して立ち並べた時にファイル台紙が変形しうまく立たせる事が困難であるからである。
 考案が解決しようとする課題
省資源であり、ファイル台紙の基材が薄くても変形せず保管性の良いファイル台紙を提供する事を目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
本考案のファイル台紙は、基材の合成樹脂製シートが薄くても立ち並べた時に変形しない手段として、ファイル台紙の背表紙の内側面の左右両折線の直近に３０ｍｍ〜６０ｍｍ巾のファイル台紙の基材である合成樹脂製シートと同素材の合成樹脂製シートを帯状にして、超音波シールなどにより固着する事により薄い基材であっても変形せず立ち並べる事が可能となる。
考案の効果
本考案は、基材のファイル台紙と同素材の合成樹脂製シートを帯状にして、ファイル台紙の背表紙の内側面の両左右折線の直近に超音波シールなどにより固着することにより背表紙の両側に腰ができ、全体の厚みが薄くても変形せずに立ち並べることが可能となる。これにより、従来のファイル台紙よりも省資源の地球に優しいファイル台紙となる。
本考案のファイル台紙は、図１に示される様に、ファイル台紙の左右両折線の直近に同素材の合成樹脂製シート（３）を（４）のように超音波シールなどにより固着する。

Claims (4)

  1. 厚み０．７ｍｍ〜１．０ｍｍの薄型合成樹脂製シートによるファイル台紙に同一素材の合成樹脂製シートを帯状体にしてファイル台紙の背表紙内側面の左右両端にそれぞれ固着することを特徴としたファイル台紙。
  2. ファイル表紙に固着する帯状体の巾を３０ｍｍ〜６０ｍｍとし、高さはファイル台紙と同等とする請求項１記載のファイル台紙。
  3. ファイル台紙に帯状体を超音波シールにて固着することを特徴とする請求項１記載のファイル台紙。
  4. ファイル台紙に帯状体を感圧接着剤にて固着することを特徴とする請求項１記載のファイル台紙。
