Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device installed on a wall-side member such as a ceiling.

Conventionally, in an illuminating device installed on a wall-side member such as a ceiling, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, a socket S for supporting both ends of a fluorescent lamp and a ballast C for lighting a straight fluorescent lamp K The box-type lighting device main body L is embedded and attached to the opening of the ceiling R, and the reflector M that reflects the light of the straight tube fluorescent lamp K is provided. A hole H2 through which the screw B is inserted is provided at four positions corresponding to the screw holes H1 provided at the four corners of the apparatus main body L, and is attached to the inside of the lighting apparatus main body L by the screw inserted through the hole H2. (Patent Document 1).
Therefore, conventionally, when replacing the lighting device, first, the straight tube fluorescent lamp K is removed from the socket S, the four screws B are removed, the reflector M is removed from the lighting device main body L, and the ballast C and the power source are removed. The connection with the cord D is cut off, and the old lighting device main body L is removed from the opening of the ceiling R. After that, a new illuminating device main body L is attached to the opening of the ceiling R, re-wired to connect the ballast C and the power cord D, the reflector M is fixed to the inside of the illuminating device main body L, and the straight tube fluorescence The lamp K is attached to the socket S, and the replacement procedure is completed.
As described above, the replacement of the lighting device is conventionally labor intensive and time-consuming, and the replacement work is heavy labor because the operator is forced to perform the replacement work with the posture facing the ceiling side, that is, facing upward. .
In addition, due to the life of the lighting device, there may be a large number of lighting devices to be replaced in a large-scale building. In such a case, the time and labor spent on the replacement work are enormous. Therefore, improvement of the replacement work efficiency has been strongly desired.
Therefore, in order to respond to such a demand, a socket and a ballast are not attached to the lighting device body, but a socket and a ballast are attached to the reflecting plate, and further, a ballast is provided to the lighting device body and the reflecting plate. Proposal of an illuminating device that provides male and female terminals that can be connected to a power supply and that can be fixed to the inside of the illuminating device body with one touch by providing a special fixing means on the reflecting plate and the illuminating device body (Patent Document 2).
In this proposal, as described above, when the reflecting plate is fixed to the inside of the lighting device main body by the fixing means, the reflecting plate is guided by the guide member provided on the lighting device main body side, and the male and female terminals are connected. The lighting device is always connected, and the lighting device can be replaced only by the reflecting plate, and the reflecting plate can be easily fixed to the lighting device body.
JP 2000-164007 A (FIG. 5) Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-99006

However, in the proposed lighting device, the lighting device can be easily replaced, but has the following disadvantages.
That is, in the above proposal, each of the reflector and the lighting device main body adopts a special structure on the assumption that only the reflector is replaced. For this reason, even when only replacing the reflector when actually replacing the illumination device, if the illumination device body does not support the reflector as proposed above, the replacement operation can be performed easily and smoothly. In some cases, the reflector cannot be replaced.
In other words, if there is no male terminal in the existing lighting device body that has already been installed on the ceiling or the like and needs to be renewed, the female terminal connected to the ballast of the reflector is used as the power source. As a result, work such as removing and rewiring the male and female terminals is necessary, and also when attaching to the reflector and the illuminator body, the illuminator body is fixed on the reflector side. If it does not correspond to the means, the reflector may not be exchanged.
Therefore, in the above proposal, since the reflector and the lighting device main body are dedicated products, if the lighting device main body does not support the reflecting plate, the lighting device main body should be replaced as in the conventional lighting device. It will be forced, it is poor in versatility, there is a point to put to practical use.
Therefore, the present invention was devised in order to improve the above-described problems, and the lighting device that can complete the replacement of the lighting device by replacing only the reflecting plate, regardless of the standard of the existing lighting device body. It is to improve the versatility and practicality.

In order to achieve the above object, the problem-solving means of the present invention includes a reflector that reflects light from a straight tube fluorescent lamp, and supports both ends of the straight tube fluorescent lamp provided at both ends of the reflector and a straight tube. Illumination device comprising at least a pair of sockets for supplying power to the fluorescent lamp, a ballast provided on the back side of the reflector for lighting the straight tube fluorescent lamp, and a terminal capable of connecting the ballast and the power cord And the elongate hole which can insert a screw in each of the four corner side of a reflecting plate was provided.

According to the lighting device of the present invention, long holes through which screws can be inserted are provided at each of the four corners of the reflector, so that various existing standards with different standards that are already installed on the ceiling or the like that require failure or renewal are installed. The lighting device can be attached to the lighting device body, and the versatility and practicality of the lighting device are improved.
And when renewing an existing lighting device in a building where existing lighting device bodies of different standards coexist, it is only necessary to prepare the same lighting device, so that an operator already exists. It is also possible to avoid the complicated work of checking the standard of the lighting device body up close, selecting the appropriate lighting device, and performing the renewal work, and different lighting to support multiple standards. The problem of having to produce the device is also eliminated.

The present invention will be described below based on the illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of a lighting device according to an embodiment. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the reflecting surface side of the lighting device according to the embodiment. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the reflector. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the lighting device is suspended from the wall-side member. FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a procedure for removing a reflector from an existing lighting device body that needs to be renewed. FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a procedure for removing a socket from an existing lighting device body that needs renewal and cutting a power cord. FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a procedure of attaching the lighting device according to the embodiment to an existing lighting device body that needs to be renewed.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the illuminating device 1 in one embodiment includes a reflector 2 that reflects light from the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20, and a straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 that is provided on both ends of the reflector 2. Two pairs of sockets 5 that support both ends and supply power to the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20, a ballast 4 provided on the back side of the reflector 2 to light the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20, a ballast 4 and an external power source A terminal 3 for connecting a power cord extending from the board, a long hole 6 through which a screw can be inserted into each of the four corners of the reflector 2, and a suspension means 7 capable of suspending the reflector 2 from the wall side member, 7.

Hereinafter, each part will be described in detail.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the reflecting plate 2 includes a top portion a and a side portion b that extends from the four sides of the top portion a and surrounds the four sides of the top portion a, and has a reflection surface 2 a side opened. The top part a and the side part b are connected by a curved surface, and a flange-shaped edge part 2b is provided on the outer periphery of the side part b. In addition, the shape of the reflecting plate 2 described above is not limited to this, and may be another shape.

And in the both ends of the longitudinal direction in the top part a of the reflecting plate 2, it arranges in the transversal direction, respectively, ie, a total of four notch holes 2c are opened at both ends, the notch hole 2c on one end side and the other end side Are opened at positions facing each other.

An L-shaped metal fitting 10 that supports the socket 5 and the socket 5 is inserted into the cutout hole 2c from the back surface 2d side of the reflection plate 2, and the metal fitting 10 is fixed to the reflection plate 2 by riveting or the like. Thus, the four sockets 5 are attached so as to protrude toward the reflecting surface 2 a of the reflecting plate 2.

Then, both ends of the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 can be supported by the sockets 5 facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the reflector 2 so that the electrodes provided at both ends of the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 can be energized. It has become. The socket 5 may be of any type as long as it can support the end of the straight fluorescent lamp 20 and can be energized as described above.

Therefore, the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 is installed on the inner side of the reflecting plate 2, that is, on the reflecting surface 2a side, so that the light can be efficiently reflected from the reflecting surface 2a to a place where the light from the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 is desired to be illuminated. It has become.

Furthermore, two long holes 6 through which screws can be inserted are arranged in parallel at each of the four corners of the top part a of the reflector 2 and are provided in a total of eight locations. Reference numeral 6 denotes a position on the inner side of the position where the socket 5 facing in the longitudinal direction is provided, and each is opened toward a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 1, a ballast 4 is attached to the back surface 2 d of the top portion a of the reflector 2 via a pair of brackets 11, 12. Electric power can be supplied via a supply cord (not shown), and the straight fluorescent lamp 20 supported by the socket 5 can be turned on.

The ballast 4 is interpreted in a broad sense in this paper, and controls the current flowing through the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 to supply a starting voltage necessary for lighting the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 and an appropriate residual heat voltage to each electrode. Various types such as a rapid start type and an inverter type can be used.

The pair of brackets 11 and 12 are both bottom portions 11a and 12a welded to the back surface 2d of the top portion a of the reflector 2 by spot welding or the like, and raised portions 11b and 12b rising from the bottom portions 11a and 12a. Horizontal portions 11c and 12c that extend horizontally from the upright portions 11b and 12b, and are fixed at positions opposite to each other on one end side and the center side of the back surface 2d of the reflecting plate 2, and the ballast 4 is attached to each bracket. 11 and 12 are fixed by screws or the like so as to be bridged over the horizontal portions 11c and 12c.

Therefore, since the ballast 4 is fixed to the back surface 2d side of the reflector 2 by the brackets 11 and 12, the brackets 11 and 12 are placed between the ballast 4 and the back surface 2d of the reflector 2. A space corresponding to the height of the upper portions 11b and 12b is generated to provide a space.

As described above, in this lighting device 1, since the space is provided between the ballast 4 and the reflector 2, the heat generated during operation of the ballast 4 is efficiently radiated to the outside air. It is possible to do.

Further, since the ballast 4 is attached to the reflecting plate 2 via brackets 11 and 12 fixed to the reflecting plate 2 by welding, a screw or the like for fixing the ballast 4 is a reflecting surface 2a of the reflecting plate 2. Thus, the aesthetic appearance of the lighting device 1 is not impaired, and the light from the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 can be efficiently reflected.

Further, of the brackets 11 and 12, the horizontal portion 12c of the bracket 12 fixed to the center side of the reflector 2 is provided with a terminal 3, and this terminal 3 extends from an external power source 2. The power cord can be connected to a power cord and a grounding cord, and is connected to the ballast 4 with a cord (not shown), and power can be supplied to the ballast 4 from the external power source via the terminal 3. It is like that.

A bracket 13 having the same shape as the bracket 11 is welded and joined to the other end of the back surface 2d of the reflector 2 by spot welding or the like. Of the bracket 13 and the brackets 11 and 12, the reflector One end of a wire 14 as a chord member is connected to the horizontal portion 11c of the bracket 11 fixed to one end of the wire 2, and a hook 15 as an attachment means is provided at the other end of the wire 14. .

As shown in FIG. 4, the hook 15 serving as the attachment means connects the wire 14 to the existing lighting device main body 30 which is a wall side member from which the reflector plate originally installed on the ceiling R or the like that needs to be broken or renewed is removed. The hook 15 is hooked on a position where the hook 15 of the existing lighting device main body 30 can be hooked, so that each hook 15 and the wire 14 are removed from the existing lighting device main body 30 as a wall side member. The reflecting plate 2 can be suspended.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the hanging means is constituted by the pair of wires 14 and the hook 15. In addition to the hook 15, any attachment means may be used as long as it can attach the wire 14 to the existing lighting device main body 30 in a detachable manner, and a screw or other metal fitting may be adopted as the attachment means. Although it is possible, the hook 15 is convenient because the reflector 2 can be suspended by a simple operation of hooking on the existing lighting device main body 30. Further, the hook 15 is a so-called eggplant hook, and when it is hooked on the existing lighting device main body 30, it is locked and does not fall off.

And the connection position of each said wire 14 to the brackets 11 and 13 is made into the site | part which exists on the diagonal of the reflecting plate 2. FIG. Thereby, even if the reflecting plate 2 is suspended from the existing lighting device main body 30, a situation in which the reflecting plate 2 is extremely inclined is prevented.

The string member may be any member that is flexible and has sufficient strength not to be broken by the total weight of the lighting device 1. For example, a chain, rope, string, or the like is used in addition to the wire 14 described above. Can do.

Moreover, since one bracket 11 that supports the ballast 4 and the bracket 13 to which the wire 14 is connected are made the same shape and the part shape is unified, the productivity is improved and the manufacturing cost is also reduced. .

Now, the illuminating device 1 comprised as mentioned above can be attached to the existing illuminating device main body 30 currently installed in the ceiling R in the procedure as shown below.

First, as shown in FIG. 5, the straight tube fluorescent lamp 31 is removed from the existing lighting device main body 30 that is the lighting device to be replaced, and further, through the four corners of the reflector 32, into the screw holes 30 a of the existing lighting device main body 30. The threaded screw 33 is loosened and removed, and the reflector 32 is removed from the existing lighting device main body 30.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, the power cord 35 that supplies power to the ballast 34 of the existing lighting device main body 30 is drawn downward, cut at an arbitrary location, and installed in the existing lighting device main body 30. The socket 36 is removed from the existing lighting device main body 30 after a cord (not shown) connecting the socket 36 and the ballast 34 is cut.

After that, as shown in FIG. 4, the hooks 15 are hooked on appropriate portions of the existing lighting device main body 30 to suspend the lighting device 1, and the power cord 35 is connected to the terminal 5 while maintaining the state. At this time, the length of the wire 14 which is the above-described string member is such that an operator who is working on a stepladder or the like while the lighting device 1 is suspended can sufficiently look down the back surface 2d of the reflector 2. When the work for connecting the power cord 35 to the terminal 3 is performed, the worker may be forced to have a posture that tends to increase the work burden of looking up. Therefore, the work load is reduced, and the work efficiency can be improved because the work can be performed while checking the hand easily.

Further, as described above, the connection position of each wire 14 to the brackets 11 and 13 is a portion on the diagonal line of the reflector 2, and even if the reflector 2 is suspended from the existing lighting device main body 30, The situation where the reflecting plate 2 is extremely inclined is prevented.

Therefore, the reflector 2 is greatly inclined in the direction opposite to the operator side, and the operator is bothered to get off the stepladder, shift the stepladder, and step on the stepladder again to go around the opposite side of the reflector 2. When carrying out work involving the danger of connecting the power cord 35 to the terminal 3, there is no trouble of being forced to correct the tilt of the reflector 2, and the work load is reduced, and workability is improved and work is performed. The safety of employees will be ensured.

Subsequently, from the above-described state, as shown in FIG. 7, the reflector 2 is inserted inward of the existing lighting device main body 30 and coincides with the position of the screw hole 33 in each of the long holes 6 provided in the reflector 2. The screws 33 are inserted into the four long holes 6, and the screws 33 are screwed into the screw holes 30 a to fix the reflector 2 to the existing lighting device main body 30. That is, the old existing lighting device main body 30 is fitted and killed as it is, and only serves to fix the new lighting device 1 to the ceiling R or the like.

Moreover, since the edge part 2b is provided in the above-mentioned reflecting plate 2, the frame of the existing illuminating device main body 30 can be covered with the edge part 2b, and further, the size around the outer periphery of the illuminating device 1 is existing. Even if it is slightly smaller than that of the illuminating device main body 30, no gap is formed between the outer periphery of the illuminating device 1 and the frame of the existing illuminating device main body 30, so that the beauty around the illuminating device 1 after renewal is achieved. Is prevented from being damaged.

And as above-mentioned, the hole through which the screw 33 is inserted in order to attach the illuminating device 1 to the existing illuminating device main body 30 used before is made into the long hole 6, The screw hole of the existing illuminating device main body 30 If a part of the long hole 6 coincides with the position of 30a, it is possible to attach the lighting device 1 to the existing lighting device main body 30, so that the same lighting device 1 can be applied to various existing lighting device main bodies 30 having different standards. Can be attached, and the versatility and practicality of the lighting device 1 are improved.

And when renewing the existing illuminating device in a building where existing illuminating device main bodies 30 of different standards are mixed, it is only necessary to prepare the same illuminating device 1, so that the operator It is possible to avoid the complicated work of checking the plan of the existing lighting device main body 30 one by one, selecting the appropriate lighting device, and performing the renewal work, and to support multiple standards. The problem of having to produce a different lighting device is also eliminated.

Therefore, a total of four long holes 6 may be provided at each of the four corners of the reflecting plate 2, but by providing two in parallel as in the present embodiment. Thus, it becomes possible to deal with more existing lighting device bodies 30 of different standards, and the versatility and practicality of the lighting device 1 can be further improved, and the above-described complicated renewal work can be further avoided. Yes, also in terms of production. It goes without saying that more standards can be accommodated by increasing the number of elongated holes 6 arranged in parallel.

Further, since the position of the screw hole 30a of the existing lighting device body 30 is often provided directly above the straight tube fluorescent lamp 31 of the existing lighting device body 30, the elongated hole 6 is formed in the axial direction of the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20. Even if the interval and the number of straight fluorescent lamps of the existing lighting device main body 30 are different from the interval and the number of straight fluorescent lamps 20 of the lighting device 1, the lighting device The possibility of being able to attach 1 is increased, which is advantageous.

Therefore, when the plurality of long holes 6 are provided in each of the four corners of the reflecting plate 2 in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 and are arranged in parallel, the lighting device 1 is effectively attached to the existing lighting device main body 30. This makes it possible to support more standards.

Finally, the straight tube fluorescent lamp 20 is attached to the sockets 5 and 5, and the renewal of the lighting device is completed.

Note that the hook 14 as the attachment means is left attached to the existing lighting device main body 30, and for some reason, the screw 33 loosens and comes off, and the lighting device 1 comes out of the existing lighting device main body 30. Even if it happens, since the lighting device 1 is not suspended from the suspension means 7 and 7 and dropped onto the floor, the safety and reliability of the lighting device 1 are improved.

This is the end of the description of the embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is of course not limited to the details shown or described.
