Claims (3)
- 気管支鏡のハンドルの内部に設けられる気管支鏡の引張コードのための制御機構において、
該制御機構は、ハンドルの内部空間に枢着されて、回転可能な構造となり、上部に収容溝が設けられる回転輪と、回転輪の収容溝内に設けられ、下方にスプリングが設けられ、その上部が円弧状に設けられ、また中心孔が設けられ、その上部にまた滑り止めシート結合される牽引ブロックとを含み,
回転輪の上部に対するハンドルの一部は球面体構造として設けられ、また縦型長溝孔が設けられ、
制御シートは、ハンドルの球面体の上方に設けられ、その下方に連結棒が設けられ、該連結棒は球面体における長溝孔を貫通して、下方の牽引ブロックの中心孔と結合し、
気管支鏡の二本の引張コードの近端部は制御機構の回転軸に延在するように結合されることを特徴とする気管支鏡の引張コードのための制御機構。 - 制御シートを押圧して前後に移動させる時、牽引ブロックを連動させて回転輪を動かして回転させ、引張コードの相対位置を変え、更に気管支鏡のカテーテルの遠端部を湾曲させることができることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の気管支鏡の引張コードのための制御機構。 - 制御シートが押圧されない時、スプリングの上向きの弾力により牽引ブロックにおける滑り止めシートをハンドルの球面体の内表面に密着させ、回転輪、引張コード及びカテーテルの遠端部をいずれも安定した位置決め状態にすることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の気管支鏡の引張コードのための制御機構。
