Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for investigating the number of flying insects and capturing them when necessary.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The inventor has already proposed a device of this type as a means for investigating flying insects in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-6788, “Attracting and catching insect investigation device”. The above device is a device that is installed outdoors and is practically effective for investigating the distribution of flying insects. However, since the above apparatus has a high function, it is used for a special application such as an exhibition hall. However, it is expensive and not suitable for a general application such as a food factory.
[0003]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to investigate the distribution state of flying insects with an inexpensive and lightweight device, and to capture the flying insects according to the application.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Invention]
Under the above object, the present invention is provided with an insect lamp on the base, and a transparent casing having a flying insect entry port is attached to the base, and the light emitting element and the light receiving sensor face each other at a position opposite to the entry port. in providing, to form a diffused reflection preventing surface passband infrared rays from the light emitting element near the penetration opening, also connects the output terminal of the light receiving sensor to an input terminal of the counter for integrating, penetration openings inside the Ke pacing The insect catching sheet is detachably attached to the space from the insect trap to the insect lamp, and the insect lamp is a discharge lamp in the ultraviolet region, the light emitting region of the light emitting element and the light receiving region of the light receiving sensor are in the infrared wavelength region, and the insect attracting lamp, the light emitting element and The flying insect detection device is configured with the light receiving sensor (7) as a different wavelength region .
[0005]
When the lure lamp is lit, flying insects enter the casing through the entrance. At this time, since the light (infrared rays) from the light emitting element is blocked by the flying insect, the light receiving sensor detects the blocked state and sends a signal to the counter. Here, the counter counts the invading state of the flying insect by integrating the blocking state. The flying insect that has entered the casing eventually comes into contact with the insect catching sheet and is captured by its adhesive force. Here, the irregular reflection preventing surface absorbs infrared rays and light rays from the insect attracting lamp, thereby preventing malfunction by the light receiving sensor and improving the accuracy of detecting flying insects.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 3 show a flying insect detection apparatus 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 4 shows an electric circuit. The flying insect detection device 1 is provided with an insect lamp 3 on a base 2, and a transparent casing 4 is attached to the base 2 so as to surround the insect lamp 3, and an infrared ray is provided at an entrance 5 formed in the casing 4. The light-emitting element 6 and the light-receiving sensor 7 are opposed to each other, an irregular reflection-preventing surface 8 is formed in the infrared passage area, for example, the inner wall surface near the entrance 5, and the insect catching sheet 10 is detachable inside the casing 4 It is provided and configured.
[0007]
The insect attracting lamp 3 generates ultraviolet light (300 to 400 [nm]) having a high attracting effect and is detachably attached to sockets 11 attached to both ends of the base 2. Of course, the base 2 includes a lighting unit (starter / choke coil, capacitor) 14 and the like on the back side.
[0008]
The casing 4 is formed, for example, in the shape of a bowl made of transparent plastic. The casing 4 is attached to the surface of the base 2 by appropriate fixing means so as to surround the insect lamp 3, and has a length corresponding to the insect lamp 3. The intrusion port 5 is integrally formed.
[0009]
The infrared light emitting element 6 and the light receiving sensor 7 are paired and embedded in, for example, the opposing wall on the short side of the rectangular intrusion port 5 and face each other optically. For this reason, the inner wall surface of the entrance 5 serves as an irregular reflection preventing surface 8 in order to prevent irregular reflection of infrared rays from the light emitting element 6 or irregular reflection of ultraviolet rays from the attracting lamp 3 and prevent malfunction of the light receiving sensor 7. Yes. The irregular reflection preventing surface 8 is constituted by sticking a substance that absorbs infrared rays or ultraviolet rays, such as black felt or a paper sheet, to the inner wall surface of the entrance 5. The output terminal of the light receiving sensor 7 is connected to the counter 9 via the amplifier unit 13. The counter 9 may be attached to the back surface of the base 2 inside the casing 4 or may be attached to the outside thereof.
[0010]
Further, the insect trapping sheet 10 is an adhesive trapping type or insecticide spreading type, and is detachable with respect to a pair of supports 12 provided in the casing 4 by, for example, an adhesive or by being sandwiched between slits or the like. It is attached.
[0011]
The flying insect detection apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration is attached to the outside of the investigation target area, or on the ceiling or wall surface of a food factory. Before starting use, the reset button is pressed to set the count value of the counter 9 to “0”. Incidentally, when inspecting the light emitting element 6 and the light receiving sensor 7, a thin bar is taken in and out of the infrared detection region from the light emitting element 6 to the light receiving sensor 7 to check whether the counter 9 operates.
[0012]
In this attached state, the insect attracting lamp 3 generates ultraviolet light, and attracts flying insects by utilizing the traveling property of the flying insects. On the other hand, the light emitting element 6 generates infrared rays and sends them toward the light receiving sensor 7. In this state, when the flying insect enters the inside of the casing 4 from the entry port 5, the ultraviolet rays from the light emitting element 6 are blocked by the flying insect. Therefore, the light receiving sensor 7 sends the pulse signal corresponding to the light shielding state to the counter 9 while being amplified by the amplifier unit 13. Here, the counter 9 integrates the pulse-like signal at the time of interruption, displays the integrated value as a numerical value, and outputs it as integrated data from its output terminal to an external counting device or the like.
[0013]
In addition, the flying insect that has entered the inside of the casing 4 touches the adhesive insect-collecting sheet 10 in the process of flying around inside the casing 4 and is captured there. The manager looks at the capture status, removes the casing 4 from the base 2 at an appropriate time, replaces the insect catching sheet 10 with a new one, and prepares for subsequent capture. In addition, if the purpose of use of the flying insect detection device 1 is only to manage the distribution data of flying insects, the insect capturing sheet 10 is not necessary, and therefore is used without it.
[0014]
Note that when the insect catching sheet 10 is not attached, the flying insect may enter and exit the intrusion port 5, so the count value of the counter 9 at that time is not the detection of the number of flying insect individuals but the flying state. This is the number of flying insects. When the insect catching sheet 10 is attached, most insects entering the inside of the casing 4 are captured by the insect catching sheet 10. Therefore, the count value of the counter 9 at this time is invited to the insect attracting lamp 3, This is the number of flying insects (individuals) that have entered the casing 4.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, since the device can be configured as a light and simple device, the device can be provided at a low cost, and can be installed or used in a food factory or the like. In addition, an infrared light emitting element and a light receiving sensor are installed facing each other at the entrance of the casing. By using this and the counter, the distribution data and capture data of flying insects can be aggregated, so the distribution state of flying insects is investigated. It is an optimal device to do. In addition, since the diffused reflection prevention surface is formed on the inner wall surface of the entrance, it is possible to prevent malfunction due to external light, light from the insect lamp, and irregular reflection of infrared light from the light emitting element, and light from the insect lamp. Since the light of the light emitting element is in a different wavelength region, the reliability of data is improved. Furthermore, since the insect catching sheet is detachably attached to the inside of the casing, in addition to collecting the distribution data of flying insects, the flying insects can be captured according to the application, so the function of collecting and capturing data is provided. Can be achieved at the same time.
