この発明は、パチンコ機に関し、特に打球が権利発生口に入賞するなど特定の条件が成立して権利状態にあるときに、打球が権利始動口に流入することにより、大入賞装置を遊技者に不利な第1状態から遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換することのできるパチンコ機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
周知のように、この種のパチンコ機は数多く開発されている。例えば、特開平3−261492号公報では、球導入口を備える入賞空間内に権利発生口を備える権利発生装置を配設すると共に、入賞空間内に導入した球を上記権利発生装置に向けて移動可能な振分部材を配設したパチンコ機が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記したパチンコ機を始め、従来のこの種のパチンコ機においては、権利発生装置に入球して権利発生中に、球が権利発生口に再び入球する可能性があった。従って、遊技者が権利を充分に行使しないうちに権利が消滅する危険性が多々あり、遊技性が半減している。また、甚だしい場合には、権利を行使しないうちに権利が消滅してしまい、納得がいかない遊技になる場合もあった。
本発明は上記に鑑み提案されたもので、入賞空間へ飛入した球を権利発生口へ向けて移送可能であると共に、権利発生口における打球の入球に基づいて権利が発生したら、以後、権利発生口における球の入球に基づく権利の消滅を防止し、権利を充分に活用可能なパチンコ機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため発明は、遊技盤の遊技部に役物を備えたパチンコ機であって、役物は、遊技盤の遊技部から球を羽根部材の開放された球導入口のみから流入可能な入賞空間と、遊技部から球導入口を経由して入賞空間に流入された球を検出するカウントスイッチと、入賞空間の下部前側に設けられて左右側から中央側に球を誘導する球受棚と、入賞空間の上部後側に設けられて中央側から左右側に球を誘導する後方部分と、後方部分に設けられた権利発生口と、後方部分に設けられた一般入賞口と、権利発生口及び一般入賞口を閉止するシヤッター部材と、球受棚から後方部分にを移送する移送手段と、球導入口から入賞空間に流入された球を移送手段よりも左右側を通って球受棚に誘導する球通路と、球を後方部分から移送手段よりも左右側を通って球受棚に戻す戻り球通路とを備え、移送手段の球を移送する上面は左右側から中央側に球を集める凹状であり、権利発生口は移送手段の上面の最も窪んだ部分で移送される球を受け入れるように移送手段の上面の最も窪んだ部分と対応した位置に設けられ、一般入賞口は権利発生口よりも左右側に設けられ、羽根部材が球導入口を開放し、遊技部から球導入口を経由して入賞空間に流入された球が球通路を経由して球受棚に到達し、上記遊技部から球導入口を経由して入賞空間に流入された球がカウントスイッチによってカウントされ、このカウントされた球数が移送手段で一度に移送され権利発生口および一般入賞口に入る最大の球数よりも多いと、羽根部材が球導入口を閉じ、移送手段が球受棚に到達した球を球受棚から後方部分に向けて移送する動作を開始し、この移送手段によって移送された球がシヤッター部材の開放された権利発生口およびシヤッター部材の開放された一般入賞口に入賞し、球が一般入賞口に入賞しても権利発生状態とならず、球が権利発生口に入賞すると、権利発生状態となるとともにシヤッター部材が権利発生口及び一般入賞口を閉止し、その後に権利が消滅し、権利が消滅するとシヤッター部材が権利発生口及び一般入賞口を開放し、上記権利消滅に伴い移送手段が球を球受棚から後方部分に向けて移送する時間後に移送動作を停止するようにしたものである。

以下、本発明を図面の実施例について説明すると、図1は遊技盤1の正面図であって、この遊技盤1にはガイドレール2で囲まれる遊技部3を形成し、該遊技部3のほゞ中央鉛直線に沿って、上方から天入賞口4を備えると共に図柄表示装置5を備えるセンター役物6、図柄始動スイッチ7が臨む図柄始動装置8、普通電動役物9を備えると共に、権利スイッチ10が臨む権利発生口11を構成するセンター下役物12を配設し、最下位置にはアウト口13が開設してある。また、上記図柄始動装置8の向って左側には一般入賞となる一般入賞装置14を、向って右側には権利始動スイッチ15を備える権利始動入賞装置16を配設する。

センター役物6は、普通入賞となって所定数の賞球を獲得可能な天入賞口4を備えると共に、図柄表示装置5を備えている。この図柄表示装置5は、例えば、7セグメント発光ダイオードからなる所謂デジタル表示器からなり、3桁の数字やアルファベット等、複数の図柄を表示可能である。この図柄表示装置5は、所定の条件を創出するための特定状態創出手段を構成しており、当該図柄表示装置5が表示する表示図柄が、所定の図柄と一致するときに特定状態、即ち「当り」となって後述する普通電動役物9を打球の流入が可能なように開成する。また、上記天入賞口4の前飾りには、上記図柄表示装置5における前回の当り図柄を表示する開放図柄表示装置23を設ける。更に、図柄表示装置5の側方には、後述する図柄始動装置8の最大4個まで記憶可能な入賞記憶を可視表示する始動入賞記憶表示灯24を設ける。尚、上記特定状態創出手段はどのような構成のものであってもよい。

センター下役物12は打球の流入が可能な入賞空間25を有している。この入賞空間25へは、後述する球導入口26を通してのみ遊技部3を流下する打球が流入する。球導入口26は、図示の実施例によれば、打球の流入ができずに遊技者に不利な第1状態と、打球の流入が容易で遊技者に有利な第2状態とに変換可能な普通電動役物9によって構成してある。また、上記入賞空間25の後方部分には、仕切板27を設けると共に該仕切板27の後方に、権利スイッチ10が臨む権利発生口11及び普通の入賞になる一般入賞口28とを設ける。更に、上記球導入口26には、この球導入口26を通って入賞空間25に流入する球を検出するカウントスイッチ29を臨ませる。

上記センター下役物12の具体例を図2ないし図6に示す。このセンター下役物12は、取付基板30の上方に普通電動役物9を構成する一対の羽根部材31及び当該羽根部材31の駆動源である普通電動役物ソレノイド32を有し、この普通電動役物9の下方に入賞空間25が形成してある。

そして、上記入賞空間25の内部には、球受棚39が受け止めた球を前記した権利発生口11及び一般入賞口28へ移送する移送手段40を設ける。また、上記権利発生口11及び一般入賞口28には、移送手段40によって運ばれた球が当該権利発生口11及び一般入賞口28へ球が流入することを阻止可能な閉止手段41を開閉可能に設ける。

各閉止手段41は、前後方向にスライド可能なシャッター部材50と、駆動源として自己保持可なラッチングソレノイドからなるシャッターソレノイド51とを夫々備えている。この閉止手段41は、基端を支軸52aによって回動自在に軸着すると共に先端をシャッター部材50に枢着した作動部材52と、上記シャッターソレノイド51のプランジャ51aの先端に連結ピン53aで連結した連結部材53とを備え、上記作動部材52の中間部分に連結部材53を連結ピン53bで軸着して構成してある。尚、上記シャッター部材50はガイド溝54によって水平方向にスライドするように案内される。また、上記支軸52aは、支軸押え52bによってリヤケース36に止着される。従って、上記シャッターソレノイド51を励磁すると、プランジャ51aが突出して権利発生口11または一般入賞口28を閉止したり、プランジャ51aが後退して権利発生口11または一般入賞口28を開放することができる。

仕切板27の後方中央に位置する権利発生口11には、権利入賞球通路46を連通させ、この権利入賞球通路46の途中に権利スイッチ10を設ける。この権利発生口11は、球が一個通過可能な大きさに開設してあり、左右は閉止板27′によって閉止してあり、後述する一般入賞口28は、この閉止板27′の更に外側に開設してある。この閉止板27′は、権利発生口11側が高く、側方が低くなっている。また、この権利発生口11を閉止するシャッター部材50(シャッターA)の上面は山形に突出しており、このシャッター部材50に載った球は、後述する一般入賞口28へ流れる。尚、権利入賞球通路46の下端は、入賞球を機裏に排出するように開口している。

一般入賞口28は、仕切板27の後方で且つ前記した戻り球通路49の後端に位置する。この一般入賞口28も球が一個流入可能な大きさに形成されると共に、シャッターソレノイド51(シャッターソレノイドB、シャッターソレノイドB′)を駆動源としてスライド可能なシャッター部材50(シャッターB、シャッターB′)を備える閉止手段41を設ける。従って、この一般入賞口28がシャッター部材50によって一般入賞口28が塞がれているときには、球が戻り球通路49を通って入賞空間25の前面側に移動する。また、上記一般入賞口28に連通する一般入賞球通路47を上記戻り球通路49の下方に設け、一般入賞球を側方に排出する。

一方、センター役物6の右側に位置する権利始動入賞装置16は、図7に示すように、取付板58の前面側にモータ59を駆動源とする円筒状の回転部材60を軸着し、この回転部材60の側周面に球一個を受入可能な断面ほゞU字形の球受凹部61を設ける。また、回転部材60の周囲には、上部に球の直径より若干幅広な球受入口62を開設した囲繞壁63を設ける。そして、上記取付板58には回転部材60の球受凹部61と連通可能な位置に球出口64を開設する。また、上記取付板58の裏面側にはガイド壁65を設けると共にカバー体66を止着して、上記球出口64に連通する球連通路67を形成し、この球連通路67には権利始動スイッチ15を臨ませる。尚、上記カバー体66にはモータ取付ボス69を設け、この取付ボス69を介してモータ59が取り付けてある。

上記のような構成の権利始動入賞装置16においては、例えば1分間に5回転するモータ59を適用すると、回転部材60は12秒で一回転する。そこで、遊技部3を流下する球が囲繞壁63の球受入口62に入っても、球受入口62と球受凹部61とが一致していないときは、球は回転部材60の側周面に載って球受凹部61が巡って来るまで待機する。そして、球受凹部61が巡って来ると、当該球受凹部61にこの球が嵌入し、回転部材60の回転に伴って球出口64に移送され、球出口64から球連通路67を通って権利始動スイッチ15に作用したのち、遊技盤1の裏面側へ排出される。従って、遊技盤1を流下する打球が連続して球受入口62へ到達しても、一発目の球が権利始動スイッチ15をオンさせた後、次の球が再び権利始動スイッチ15をオンさせるには少なくとも12秒の間隔が開くことになる。尚、図7において符号Gは前面ガラスである。
