Description
−腐食機構に関して危険な構成部分をできるだけ薄壁に構成し、したがって腐食を避けることができ、
−廃熱ボイラ又は熱交換器の、それぞれ1つの入口装置から高熱ガスを供給される必要な加熱面管の数を最小にし、
−かつ装置の構成部分においてきわめて高い冷却媒体又は水圧力(ほぼ150バールまで)から結果として生じる力を確実に支配する。
−冷却媒体ガイド管を介した冷却媒体圧力によって又は熱応力から引起こされる力の負荷除去は、この範囲を厚くし又は強化して構成する必要なしに、廃熱ボイラの加熱面管内に高熱ガスを導入するための装置の高熱ガス側において流れ技術的に最適な構成(例えばトランペット状の拡張)を可能にする。それにより構成部分における腐食の危険が少なくなる。
−この位置における機械的及び熱的な負荷からなる合計が明らかに減少されているので、反転キャップの範囲において最小の壁厚さが実現できる。
−きわめて大きな熱的負荷の位置は、きわめて大きな機械的応力の位置から連結解除されており、かつとくに廃熱ボイラの加熱面管内に高熱ガスを導入するための装置の入口円錐又は円筒の範囲における負荷取り除き点を選択することによって、全入口範囲において熱的にもっともわずかに負荷を受ける場所が選択されている。
−反転キャップ範囲は、反転範囲における組込みを妨害しないので、著しく簡単に点検することができ、かつ清掃することができる。
−反転キャップ範囲は、短い時間内に比較的簡単な手段により単一片として交換することができる。
−熱的及び機械的応力の導入に関して最高の負荷を受ける反転キャップ範囲を結合解除する。
−廃熱ボイラの加熱面管内に高熱ガスを導入するための装置の冷却媒体ガイド板の位置決めは、機械的に安定に構成されておりかつ位置において変わりやすくないので、いつでも一義的である。
−場合によっては生じる汚れから反転キャップを水側において清掃することが簡単に可能である。
−廃熱ボイラの加熱面管内に高熱ガスを導入するための本発明による装置を通るガス流速は、廃熱ボイラの加熱面管内に高熱ガスを導入するための支持されない装置に対して、かなり高い質量流速を加えることができ(ほぼ2ないし4倍の超過流速の係数)、その際、入口幾何学的構造を拡大する構造的に別の可能性が存在する。

Claims (10)
- ボイラ壁に、とくに管底部に結合された外側管、高熱ガスのための入口開口を形成するように丸められた反転キャップを介して外側管に接続されかつ円筒形の又は円錐形に狭くなった流入部分及び加熱面管に結合された流出部分を有しかつ間隔を置いて外側管によって囲まれた内側又は入口管、及び外側管と内側管との間に配置されかつ反転キャップの近くにまで延びた冷却媒体ガイド管を有する、廃熱ボイラの加熱面管内に高熱ガスを導入するための装置において、ガイド管(4)が、力伝達構成部分として形成されており、かつ力を導入し又は伝達するために、それぞれ周にわたって均一に分散された少なくとも3つの結合リブ(7,8)によって、内側管(5)にかつ外側管(3)に緩く又は固定的に結合されていることを特徴とする、廃熱ボイラの加熱面管内に高熱ガスを導入するための装置。
- 結合リブ(7,8)の長手軸線(28)が、それぞれ装置長手軸線(2)に対して平行であり、かつ結合リブ(7,8)が、半径方向に整列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 結合リブ(7,8)の長さ(L)が、ガイド管(4)又は装置(1)の長さの少なくとも1つの部分範囲を占めていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 結合リブ(7,8)が、円錐形又は円筒形の入口部分(17)の範囲に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の装置。
- 冷却媒体(20)の流れ方向に見て、結合リブ(7,8)又はこれらの結合リブの流れ当たり面(27)及び/又は流れ去り面(29)が、流れに望ましく形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4の1つに記載の装置。
- 外側又は内側管(3,5)とガイド管(4)との間の固定的な結合の際、内側管(5)とガイド管(4)との間の結合リブ(7,8)が、高熱ガス(19)の流れ方向に見て、外側管(3)とガイド管(4)との間の結合リブ(7,8)の上流又は下流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5の1つに記載の装置。
- 横断面において外側管(3)とガイド管(4)との間の結合リブ(7)が、内側管(5)とガイド管(4)との間の結合リブ(8)に対して角度的にずらして配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6の1つに記載の装置。
- それぞれの結合リブ(7,8)の範囲におけるリング状の流れ横断面(23,24)が、それぞれの結合リブ(7,8)の上流又は下流におけるリング状の流れ横断面と大体において同じ大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7の1つに記載の装置、
- 外側又は内側管(3,5)とガイド管(4)との間の緩い結合の際、ガイド管(4)の外側及び内側周が、内側又は外側管(3,5)のそれぞれの結合リブ(7,8)を収容するために溝(9,10)を有するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8の1つに記載の装置。
- 結合リブ(7,8)が、溝(9,10)内において半径方向に可動に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
