Claims (3)
- 殺菌抗菌原材料(1)と,添加原材料(2)とからなる混合材料であって,該殺菌抗菌原材料は,ヒノキチオール(化学式: C10H12O2 )を自ら含み,かつ木酢液を浸透吸収した檜製チップ材からなり,そして該添加原材料は,少なくとも炭化物灰分原材料(2a)と,米ぬか原材料(2b)とからなり,該炭化物灰分原材料は,炭化物燃焼によって生成した微粉末状の細粒灰粉体を主成分とする事を特徴とする発酵促進剤。
- 未乾燥の檜木材(20)の粉砕細片化(S 20a)及び非加熱乾燥(S 20b)を経て,檜製チップ材(22)を確保し,そして該檜製チップ材材に木酢液(21)を混合(S 22a)し,混合された混合物を,該木酢液が檜製チップ材に十分浸透吸収するまで含浸(S 22b)させ,殺菌抗菌原材料(1)を確保し,次に該殺菌抗菌原材料と,炭化物燃焼によって生成した細粒灰粉体を主成分とする炭化物灰分原材料(2a)と,米ぬか原材料(2b)とを,攪拌しながら混合(S1)し,発酵促進剤(3)を確保する事を特徴とする,発酵促進剤の製造方法。
- 発酵促進剤(30)を粉砕細片化(S 30a)し,細片材料(32)を確保し、次に水(31)を,所定の量だけ補充して水分調整(S 32a)し,水分調整済材料(33)を確保し,次に所定の量の請求項1記載の発酵促進剤(3)を,攪拌しながら混合(S 33a)し,そして発酵(S 33b)させ,所定の発酵温度持続後,所定の肥料(4)を確保する事を特徴とする,発酵促進剤を用いる発酵処理方法。
