【0001】
【0039】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ultrasonic cosmetic device in which an ultrasonic stimulation is applied to skin by bringing a vibrating part to which an ultrasonic transducer is attached into contact with skin such as a face.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, an ultrasonic vibration (ultrasonic stimulation) is imparted to the skin by bringing a vibrating portion formed by joining an ultrasonic transducer to a horn disposed at the tip of the probe into contact with the skin such as the face. Ultrasonic cosmetic instruments are known. FIG. 12 is a configuration diagram of a conventional ultrasonic cosmetic device. (A) is a whole block diagram, (b) is an enlarged block diagram of the vibration part mentioned later. The ultrasonic cosmetic device vibrates with a vibration unit 10 including an ultrasonic vibrator 1 that generates ultrasonic waves, and a horn 2 that is brought into contact with the skin with the radiation surface 22 and joined to the ultrasonic vibrator 1 at the joint surface 21. A probe 3 including a housing 31 that fixes the unit 10 and is held by a user, and a drive unit 4 that is driven by supplying power to the ultrasonic transducer 1 via the probe cord 32 and the lead wire 11. It has.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When using the ultrasonic cosmetic device as described above, if an excessive tension is applied between the probe 3 and the drive unit 4, the probe cord 32 may be disconnected. In addition, when the probe 3 is dropped on the floor surface or the like, the joint between the lead wire 11 and the electrode of the ultrasonic transducer 1 may be disconnected or the ultrasonic transducer 1 may be damaged due to an impact. In such a case, the intended power is not supplied from the drive unit 4 to the ultrasonic transducer 1, so that the original or no ultrasonic vibration (ultrasonic stimulation) can be applied to the skin from the horn 2.
[0004]
However, the user of the ultrasonic cosmetic device determines whether or not ultrasonic vibration (ultrasonic stimulation) is applied to the skin from the horn 2 based on the characteristic of ultrasonic vibration. Since it is difficult to make a judgment based on the perception of vibration sound, etc., the ultrasonic cosmetic device is continuously used even though power is not supplied from the drive unit 4 to the ultrasonic transducer 1. There was a thing.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic cosmetic device capable of easily confirming whether electric power is supplied to an ultrasonic transducer.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An ultrasonic cosmetic device according to the present invention is an ultrasonic cosmetic device that applies ultrasonic stimulation to the skin, and an ultrasonic transducer that generates ultrasonic waves and a bonding surface joined to the ultrasonic transducer, and a radiation surface A probe having a vibrating part including a horn for applying ultrasonic waves to the skin, a driving unit that supplies power for excitation to the ultrasonic transducer, and power that is supplied from the driving unit to the ultrasonic transducer Detection means for detecting whether or not is, and notification means for notifying the detection result by the detection means,The driving unit includes a frequency changing unit that changes a driving frequency that is a frequency for driving the ultrasonic transducer, and the detecting unit detects a driving current supplied from the driving unit to the ultrasonic transducer. Thus, it is detected whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer, and the ultrasonic transducer is detected by detecting a change in the drive current accompanying a change in the drive frequency by the frequency changing means. It is characterized by detecting whether or not electric power is supplied.
[0007]
According to the above configuration, the driving unit supplies excitation power to the ultrasonic transducer, the ultrasonic transducer generates ultrasonic waves, and the horn applies ultrasonic waves from the radiation surface to the skin. . Whether or not electric power is supplied from the driving means to the ultrasonic vibrator is detected by the detecting means, and whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator because the detection result is notified by the notifying means. It becomes possible to easily confirm whether or not.
[0009]
Also,According to the above configuration, the detection unit detects whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer by detecting the drive current supplied from the drive unit to the ultrasonic transducer. It is possible to detect whether power is supplied to the vibrator with a simple circuit configuration.
[0010]
Also,According to the above configuration, the drive frequency that is the frequency for driving the ultrasonic transducer is changed by the frequency changing unit, and the change of the drive current accompanying the change of the drive frequency by the frequency changing unit is detected by the detecting unit. Therefore, it is detected whether or not power is supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator. Therefore, even when the driving means includes a filter circuit made up of an LC circuit or the like for noise countermeasures, power is supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator. It can be detected whether or not.

The horizontal axis in the figure is time, and the left side of the time TA at the substantially central portion in the horizontal axis direction is a state in which power is supplied from the drive unit 4 to the ultrasonic transducer 1 (referred to as drive state), and the time TA The right side is a state in which power is not supplied from the drive unit 4 to the ultrasonic transducer 1 due to disconnection or the like (referred to as a non-drive state).
[0020]
In the driving state, a predetermined current flows through the ultrasonic transducer 1, the output voltage of the current detection circuit 51A has a predetermined value that is not 0, the output voltage of the envelope detection circuit 52A has a predetermined value that is not 0, and the signal Since the output voltage of the amplifier circuit 53A and the input voltage of the display control circuit 61A are lower than the reference voltage, no display signal is output by the display control circuit 61A (the output is 5V), and the switch transistor of the display circuit 62A is switched on. Since it remains off, the current from the power source does not flow through the LED, and the LED is turned off.
[0021]
In the non-driving state, no current flows through the ultrasonic transducer 1, the output voltage of the current detection circuit 51A and the output voltage of the envelope detection circuit 52A become 0, the output voltage of the signal amplification circuit 53A, and the display control circuit 61A. [0023]
(Third embodiment: an example of an embodiment of an ultrasonic cosmetic device according to claim 3)

A current detection circuit 54B and a signal amplification circuit 55B that inverts and amplifies the voltage detected by the current detection circuit 54B are provided. Since the output current of the DC constant voltage power supply of the amplifier circuit 42B is smoothed by the electrolytic capacitor on the output side of the DC constant voltage power supply, it becomes a DC current, and the output voltage of the current detection circuit 54B (voltage across the resistor) is DC. Voltage. Here, the display circuit 62B is composed of an LED lighting circuit.
[0026]
FIG. 6 is a waveform diagram for explaining the operation of the ultrasonic cosmetic device of the third embodiment. (A) is the waveform of the voltage applied to the ultrasonic transducer 1, (b) is the waveform of the current flowing through the ultrasonic transducer 1, and (c) is the output of the DC constant voltage power supply of the amplifier circuit 42B. (D) is the waveform of the output voltage of the current detection circuit 54B, (e) is the waveform of the output voltage of the signal amplification circuit 55B, and (f) is the input voltage of the display control circuit 61B. Yes, (g) is the output voltage of the display control circuit 61B, and (h) is the output of the display circuit 62B. The horizontal axis of the figure is time, and the left side of the time TB at the substantially central portion in the horizontal axis direction is a state in which power is supplied from the drive unit 4B to the ultrasonic transducer 1 (referred to as drive state), and time TB The right side is a state in which power is not supplied from the drive unit 4 to the ultrasonic transducer 1 due to disconnection or the like (referred to as a non-driven state).
[0027]
In the driving state, a predetermined current flows through the ultrasonic transducer 1, the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42B and the output voltage of the current detection circuit 54B become a predetermined value other than 0, and the output of the signal amplifier circuit 53A Since the voltage and the input voltage of the display control circuit 61B are lower than the reference voltage, no display signal is output by the display control circuit 61B (the output is 5V), and the switching transistor of the display circuit 62B remains off. Therefore, the current from the power source does not flow through the LED, and the LED is turned off.
[0028]
In the non-driving state, no current flows through the ultrasonic transducer 1, the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42B and the output voltage of the current detection circuit 54B become 0, and the output voltage and display control of the signal amplifier circuit 53B. Since the input voltage of the circuit 61B is higher than the reference voltage, a display signal is output by the display control circuit 61B (output becomes 0V), the switch transistor of the display circuit 62B is turned on, and a current flows from the power source to the LED. Since it flows, the LED is turned on.
[0029]
The detection unit 5B (current detection circuit 54B) detects whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer 1 by detecting a drive current that is a current supplied from the drive unit 4B to the ultrasonic transducer 1. Therefore, it is not necessary to amplify the high-frequency current as in the third embodiment, and it is possible to detect whether electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer 1 with a simple circuit configuration.
[0030]
(4th Embodiment: An example of embodiment of the ultrasonic cosmetic device of Claim 4)
FIG. 7 is a circuit diagram of an ultrasonic cosmetic device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The ultrasonic cosmetic device includes an ultrasonic vibrator 1 that generates ultrasonic waves, a vibrating unit 10 that includes a horn 2 that has a radiation surface in contact with the skin and is bonded to the ultrasonic vibrator 1 at a bonding surface, and ultrasonic waves. A drive unit 4C (corresponding to a drive unit) that is driven by supplying power to the vibrator 1 and a detection unit 5C (detection) that detects whether power is supplied from the drive unit 4C to the ultrasonic vibrator 1 And a display unit 6C (corresponding to a notification unit) for displaying a detection result by the detection unit 5C.
[0031]
The drive unit 4C includes an oscillation circuit 41C composed of a PLL circuit that generates a high-frequency voltage, and an amplification circuit 42C that amplifies the high-frequency voltage generated by the oscillation circuit 41C. The amplifier circuit 42C includes a push-pull circuit, a DC constant voltage power source, and a filter circuit 421C that removes noise. The detection unit 5C detects the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42C, converts it into a voltage, and outputs the voltage. The detection unit 5C includes a resistor that detects the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42C. A current detection circuit 54C and a signal amplification circuit 55C for converting the current detected by the current detection circuit 54C into a voltage and inverting and amplifying the voltage are provided. Since the output current of the DC constant voltage power supply of the amplifier circuit 42C is smoothed by the electrolytic capacitor on the output side of the DC constant voltage power supply, it becomes a DC current, and the output voltage of the current detection circuit 54C (voltage across the resistor) is DC. Voltage.
[0032]
The display unit 6C calculates a change amount ΔV of the input voltage of the display control circuit 61C before and after changing the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 41C described later, and the display circuit 62C when the change amount ΔV is less than a predetermined reference value ΔV0. A display control circuit 61C provided with a microcomputer MC having an A / D conversion function and a display circuit 62C for receiving a display signal from the display control circuit 61C and displaying a detection result of the detection unit 5C. It has. Here, the display circuit 62C is composed of an LED lighting circuit. Note that the microcomputer MC of the display control circuit 61C has a function of setting and changing the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 41C according to a procedure described later. That is, the microcomputer MC of the display control circuit 61C corresponds to the frequency changing means.
[0033]
FIG. 8 is a waveform diagram for explaining the operation of the ultrasonic cosmetic device of the fourth embodiment. (A) is the waveform of the voltage applied to the ultrasonic transducer 1, (b) is the waveform of the current flowing through the ultrasonic transducer 1, and (c) is the current flowing from the filter circuit 421C to the ground side. (D) is the waveform of the sum of the current flowing through the ultrasonic transducer 1 and the current flowing from the filter circuit 421C to the ground side (that is, the current flowing through the filter circuit 421C), and (e) is the amplifier circuit. 42C shows the waveform of the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of 42C, (f) shows the waveform of the output voltage of the current detection circuit 54C, and (g) shows the waveform of the output voltage of the signal amplification circuit 55C. The horizontal axis of the figure is time, and the left side of the time TC at the substantially central portion in the horizontal axis direction is a state in which power is supplied from the drive unit 4C to the ultrasonic transducer 1 (referred to as a drive state), and the time TC The right side is a state in which power is not supplied from the drive unit 4 to the ultrasonic transducer 1 due to disconnection or the like (referred to as a non-driven state).
[0034]
In the driving state, a predetermined current flows through the filter circuit 421C and the ultrasonic transducer 1, the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42C becomes a predetermined value other than 0, and the output voltage and signal amplification of the current detection circuit 54C. The output voltage of the circuit 55C becomes a predetermined value. On the other hand, in the non-driving state, no current flows through the ultrasonic transducer 1, but since a current flows from the filter circuit 421C to the ground side, the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42C and the current detection circuit The output voltage of 54C is a predetermined value that is not zero. Since the value of the current flowing through the filter circuit 421C is determined by the impedance when the filter circuit 421C side is viewed from the oscillation circuit 41C side, the current value increases in the non-driving state as compared to the driving state as shown in the figure. There is a case. In this way, since the current flows through the filter circuit 421C even in the non-driving state, it is detected whether or not it is in the non-driving state depending on whether or not the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42C is zero. It is not possible.
[0035]
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of impedance characteristics of the vibration unit 10 including the ultrasonic vibrator 1 and the horn 2 and frequency characteristics of the filter circuit 421C. (A) is the impedance characteristic of the vibration part 10, and a horizontal axis is a drive frequency and a vertical axis | shaft is the impedance of the vibration part 10. FIG. The impedance of the vibration part 10 becomes a minimum value at the resonance point OCP near 1.00 MHz, and becomes a maximum at the antiresonance point AOP near 1.00 MHz. (B) is a frequency characteristic of the filter circuit 421C, where the horizontal axis represents frequency and the vertical axis represents attenuation. This filter circuit 421C functions as a low-pass filter for removing frequency components higher than several MHz.
[0036]
Next, in the present embodiment, an operation when the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 41C is changed from 1.00 MHz to 1.02 MHz by the microcomputer MC of the display control circuit 61C will be described with reference to FIGS. . FIG. 10 is a waveform diagram in the driving state, and FIG. 11 is a waveform diagram in the non-driving state. 10 and 11, (a) is a waveform of a voltage applied to the ultrasonic transducer 1, (b) is a waveform of a current flowing through the ultrasonic transducer 1, and (c) is a filter circuit. (D) is the waveform of the sum of the current flowing from the ultrasonic transducer 1 and the current flowing from the filter circuit 421C to the ground side (that is, the current flowing to the filter circuit 421C). (E) shows the waveform of the output current of the DC constant voltage power supply of the amplifier circuit 42C, (f) shows the waveform of the output voltage of the current detection circuit 54C, and (g) shows the output voltage of the signal amplifier circuit 55C. (H) is the input voltage of the display control circuit 61C. The horizontal axis of FIGS. 10 and 11 is time, and the left side of the time TD (TE) at the substantially central portion in the horizontal axis direction is the state where the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 41C is 1.00 MHz, and the time TD (TE The right side of) shows a state where the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 41C is 1.02 MHz.
[0037]
In the driving state, as shown in FIG. 10, when the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 41C is changed from 1.00 MHz to 1.02 MHz, the impedance of the vibration unit 10 increases from 20Ω to 200Ω. Since the current flowing through the child 1 decreases and the attenuation of the filter circuit 421C does not change (0 dB), the current flowing from the filter circuit 421C to the ground side does not change. Therefore, the sum of the current flowing through the ultrasonic transducer 1 and the current flowing from the filter circuit 421C to the ground side decreases, the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42C decreases, and the output voltage of the signal amplifier circuit 55C and The input voltage of the display control circuit 61C increases. Then, the microcomputer MC of the display control circuit 61C calculates the change amount ΔV of the input voltage of the display control circuit 61C. Since this change amount ΔV is equal to or greater than a predetermined reference value ΔV0, the display control circuit 61C displays the display signal. Is not output (the output is 5V), and the switching transistor of the display circuit 62C remains off, so that no current flows from the power source to the LED, and the LED is turned off.
[0038]
In the non-driving state, as shown in FIG. 11, when the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 41C is changed from 1.00 MHz to 1.02 MHz, the current flowing through the ultrasonic transducer 1 is 0, and the filter circuit 421C Is not changed (0 dB), the current flowing through the filter circuit 421C does not change. Therefore, the sum of the current flowing through the ultrasonic transducer 1 and the current flowing through the filter circuit 421C does not change, the output current of the DC constant voltage power source of the amplifier circuit 42C does not change, and the output voltage of the signal amplifier circuit 55C. Also, the input voltage of the display control circuit 61C does not change. Then, the microcomputer MC of the display control circuit 61C calculates the change amount ΔV of the input voltage of the display control circuit 61C as 0, and this change amount ΔV (= 0) is less than the predetermined reference value ΔV0. The display signal is output by the control circuit 61C (output becomes 0V), the switching transistor of the display circuit 62C is turned on, and a current flows from the power source to the LED, so that the LED is turned on.
[0039]
In this way, the drive frequency that is the frequency for driving the ultrasonic transducer 1 is changed by the microcomputer MC, and the change in the drive current accompanying the change of the drive frequency by the microcomputer MC is detected by the detection unit 5C. Since it is detected whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator 1, the electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator 1 even when the drive unit 4 </ b> C includes a filter circuit 421 </ b> C composed of an LC circuit or the like for noise countermeasures. Can be detected.
[0040]
In addition, since the output of the ultrasonic wave provided to skin from an ultrasonic cosmetics device will change if a drive frequency is changed, it is not preferable to change a drive frequency while using an ultrasonic cosmetic device. Therefore, the timing for changing the driving frequency by the microcomputer MC is such that the power source is “ON” from when the power is turned on until the user touches the horn 2 on the skin, and the ultrasonic cosmetic device is not being used ( This is done when no ultrasonic stimulation is applied to the skin). For example, it may be performed within a predetermined short time after the power is turned on. Further, the drive frequency is automatically changed from 1.00 MHz to 1.02 MHz.
[0041]
The ultrasonic cosmetic device of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be adopted as described below.
(A) In the first to fourth embodiments, the case where the display unit displays the detection result by the detection unit by blinking the LED has been described. However, the detection result by the detection unit may be displayed by another method. For example, a form in which a text message is displayed on a display unit such as a liquid crystal monitor may be used. Moreover, as an alerting | reporting means, the aspect which outputs the detection results, such as an alarm by a speaker other than the aspect which displays a detection result, may be sufficient.
(B) In the first to fourth embodiments, the case where the display unit includes the display circuit has been described. However, the display circuit provided for other purposes such as the display of “ON / OFF” of the power supply may be shared. Good. In this case, the structure of the ultrasonic cosmetic device is simplified, and the cost can be reduced.
(C) In the first to fourth embodiments, a case has been described in which the detection unit detects the current supplied from the drive unit to the ultrasonic transducer 1 and inverts and amplifies it to convert the voltage. The form which does not perform at least one of these may be sufficient.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, excitation power is supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator by the driving means, ultrasonic waves are generated by the ultrasonic vibrator, and ultrasonic waves are emitted from the radiation surface to the skin by the horn. To be granted. Whether or not electric power is supplied from the driving means to the ultrasonic vibrator is detected by the detecting means, and whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator because the detection result is notified by the notifying means. It becomes possible to easily confirm whether or not.
[0044]
Also,Claim1According to the invention described in (4), since it is detected whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer by detecting the drive current supplied from the drive unit to the ultrasonic transducer, It becomes possible to detect whether electric power is supplied to the sonic transducer with a simple circuit configuration.
[0045]
Also,Claim1According to the invention described in (1), the drive frequency, which is the frequency for driving the ultrasonic transducer, is changed by the frequency changing means, and the change of the drive current accompanying the change of the drive frequency by the frequency changing means is detected by the detecting means. Therefore, whether or not electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer is detected. Therefore, even when the driving means includes a filter circuit including an LC circuit for noise countermeasures, electric power is supplied to the ultrasonic transducer. It can be detected whether or not.
